A True Friendship

A true friendship is a rare gem indeed. One is just as hard to find when in dire need. This is when one learns who is an acquaintance, Shown by a small yet significant difference. Once the subtleties have been distinguished, And those fly by night friendships extinguished. Hopefully the true friends are the ones you keep. As the saying goes, "What you sow is what you reap.” True friends lift you to the highest heights, They make your heart sing with angelic delight. So many people have those gems locked in their heart. Remind them often you love them and never to part.
