The Tablet

No, no leave me here
upon the table
and, if she's able
she'll pen a few lines.
No, no don't put me away
let me stay
with these blue lines
to guide a thought
she might find a lot
to say.

Its almost like I call to her:
"See, see. You can,
you can write, right."
And, through the night
and all through the day
I'll be here
near the chair
or near the bed
and suddenly,
she'll be holding me
scribbling furiously
as though someone
is chasing her.

‘0 LITTLE WHITE TABLET’

O little white tablet, how I hate you,
I was only 21 years old, when introduced to you.
You looked so innocent, so white, so pure.
I was told you were the answer to everything,
(The cure)
No-one told me, when they introduced me to
the rest of your family, the yellow and the blue.
The blue being five times stronger than you.
No-one told me of the dangers you held within.
Of all the pain I would have to go through, all the suffering.
No-one told me. YOU would rob me, of eighteen
years of my life.
That I would be unable to function properly,
as a Mother and Wife.
No-one told me, I would get addicted to you.
Of all the pain and suffering, I would
have to go through.
To get you out of my system, alone took two years.
Two more years of heartbreak, many, many tears.
Then to find out, I had Agoraphobia.
Several more years, destroyed by fear.
Which a lot of people, say is caused by you.
Not being able to go out, far or near.
Hurting all the ones, I loved so dear.
O little white tablet, how I hate you.
But in the end I was the winner Not you.

Tablet

teardrops appeared on my tablet
on both sides of the glass
mine on top
hers underneath,
shed from miles away

which was which
who was where
did not matter
any longer

real or virtual,
all merged into one
- a brook of joy
running through the valley of time
destined for
unchartered pleasures

Why I Don Not Use a Tablet

It looks so cute, you decide to take it home.
You so thought that a new toy would amuse,
And that is when you first begin to moan.
That little finger pad, it does confuse.

As you begin to move it to and fro,
Ease of use? That really has no merit.
Was hard to line it up and make it stay,
You let go gently for just a minute.

You have no control of where it lingers,
When suddenly o’re the flat screen it sails.
‘Twas not made for crooked ageing fingers,
Nor if you have long lovely pretty nails!

I want to hear a keyboard soundly click,
And then hear how many letters I pick!

Premium Member Tablet Trouble

My tablet wasn't charging, there must have been a glitch
I jiggled the white cable, and soon got to screaming pitch
I asked my helpful hubby, if could he sort out the hitch
Then hubby started laughing... I’d not flicked the 'on' switch!

Tablet

Fierce little whirlwind
Swirling and folding, effervescing
Substance collision, a nucleus
Tiny fireworks rising then bursting
A globe in a bucket of acid
Being consumed, absorbed fully, watching
This miniature landscape burning up
Under the weight of its own sun
Dispersing completely, another world
In a glass of milky way

Premium Member Lady Liberty's Tablet

There's a stash of swag and bling in lady liberty's lamp
and if you look closely enough her tablet says:
To succeed you can grind along or just be a tramp
you could spin cycle the system -be another government lamb
or pick up your @ss and become your own woman or man-
There are the privileged but they're rarer than one might think
its not a good fit for 300 million blue collars you see on the street-
Hate is thriving in the darkest and brightest corners of society
and in no way is it just a triple k or white supremacy thing
its crept into black and brown hearts and is gathering steam
the media makes alot of green from spinning on our misery.
Crime-gangs and poverty run ablaze in every big city,
drugs are painted on every pillar of low and high society
laws are lax and punishments are getting a little to breezy
taxes go to the ogres who get perfume dabbed on the wrist
three squares -free medical- recreation -education-meditation
access to the internet to torment their victims again and again
Freedom is never for free, but pursuit of happiness just may be
darkness wants to bend the barrel of the second amendment
chainsaw liberty-pull the tongue from the mouth of free speech
tear down every nativity scene while buffing up the pentagram
treating the black book and starry flag like a back alley snot rag.
Without doubt a second civil war is stirring in the soil
the blood is filling the pot and coming to a rolling boil
the masses are hoarding caliber-scripture and bread
painting a winking bulls eye on the soon to be dead...
where in the he!! is our wayward god in all this mess?

Tablets On Top of a Tablet

tablets on top of a tablet
thinking about existence and the what and the why
shaking a bottle of water fighting with the stubbornness of my reluctance
knowing i do not have the heart
trying to force the hardcore in
continuously stepping aside for my teddy bear exterior and interior
remembering i cannot fight God's creation
tablet becomes a sliding board over a trash can
choosing life
starting over
talking to myself
shutting my eyes tightly with face drowned in my hands
wondering how it all got to this....how it all got here....to this point....this destination
blowing off the powdery remains from the tablets on top of a tablet
remembering snowfalls and hot chocolate with marshmallows
remembering saturday morning cartoons in late september
remembering what people like about me past and present
thinking about the less fortunate or the even lesser fortunate
realizing that i do not have it so bad
opening my eyes to the steadiness, the stability, and the consistency in my life
grabbing me a dr. pepper from the fridge
putting the leftover bacon cheeseburger pizza in the microwave
cutting on the tv and turning it to 'snapped'
stifling an expletive and slapping myself in the face wondering what the hell i was thinking....
finally realizing Life Is God....Life Is Good....

Elliptical White Tablet

Consume not liquid lest you feel inebriation
The fat of this earth shall not pass your tongue.
While under the thrall of this passionless thing
Never again to know reality's touch.

Beware the effects
that will certainly occur.
The thoughts may cause some nausea

when you see the malady
mercurial and volatile
spinning straight into the sky.

Swallow whole this deliverance
and salivate with indifference.

Do not chew and do not crush,
and do not dare inhale the dust.

Hey Lady From Down Under, You Don'T Belong Down Under a Tablet of Talent

and don't say no......i'll bet you if i had asked you to wrte me a poem about the beauty of a
mother with a nest of eggs, but make it as funny as you are capable of being...methinks you
may want to write for the wrong reason
A MANIAC FROM LIKE UPSIDE DOWN ON THE EARTH SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS:This is the
meanest poem sandi ever read!
PROUD TO BE A FATHER TO FEATHERS
She picked that particular point on the porch
Where hung a philodendron by the flame of a Tiki torch
My wife and i never witnessed her arrival
But the bird knew now it was a matter of survival

The mama kept going to that plant and I wondered why
And when I saw her reason it made me saliently sigh
Within the potted plant she’d picked out with such care
Suddenly it turned into six tiny eggs in their mama’s little lair

I'd silently and quickly check on mama and her brood
Without a sound I’d make certain mama had enough food
It was thrilling to watch each day and to share a mother’s heart
Alas I knew one day the fledglings would, by instinct, depart

Well I checked every day and sometimes even at night
In the dark I would worry and check if the eggs were all right
i knew very soon they would hatch so i gathered each egg gently for safety’s sake
because i didn't want them to break before my wife could use them to make a most moist and
marvelous cake

I Found the Following Information On a Secret Tablet That Foretells the F------G Future

DID YOU SAY CLOWN OR DROWN

I aimed my eyes essentially to the east
While trying to escape a beast
I looked to the sanctimonious sea
With waves intent on drowning me

I heard some underwater creatures having a discussion
And with every word I understood every repercussion
They said there is a consequence to every action I consign
While I relegate to yesterday that which used to be mine

I had a staring contest with a blinding sun
And to me it mattered not who lost or won
I looked at my mast and realized it had cracked
And at that moment I realized drowning was a matter of fact

I looked behind to yesterday
And didn’t care for what it had to say
Over the years I’ve considered ashes or the graves
But I never, for one moment, thought my headstone would be the waves

Tablet

9:30 Beep

A reminder rings
Its time to induce sleep yet again
I get a cold glass of water and slowly swallow the little blue tablet.
I walk to my bed with aching bones and tired eyes.
I slowly pull back the blankets almost falling over from sheer exhaustion
I am young but frail and tired.
I lay down
my head hits the pillow
They feel like liquid bricks surrounding my skull
I try to sleep but I am unsuccessful yet again
Oh ,well
Its just another sleepless night.

Little White Tablet

A little white tablet
To cure all your needs
To ease your sorrows
And to stop your tears
Just a little white tablet
That’s all you need
They say it fixs broken hearts
And woeful souls
And minds that scream
 I’m all alone
This little white tablet
It’s not all I was told
my sorrows still hurt
my tears still sting
my thoughts are screaming
I wonder if they work
If I take them all.

Premium Member Moldavite Tablet

Indonesian folklore and Brazilian god An Puch are in agreement
moldavite, a vitreous silica projectile glass is the remnant of an invasion.
sky people from the Tyraxious Galaxy
left it as a clue when they took the Mayans
dispelling beliefs that Mayans were killed out by disease or an earthquake.

emerald tablet which is here today has mystical powers understood by….
a seventh daughter of the seventh daughter of the seventh daughter
this crucial tablet fell from alien space ship as it left with the Mayans
if we are to transform into the kindest, purest humans we can be.

until we unlock the secrets and memories of the moldavite tablet
the earth will continue to have a struggle with strife, disease and war.
spiritual beings are unlocking our minds all the time, to elicit change.
knowing when we understand, we will all become one.
because one equals won.
