Best Stressors Poems
In the forest of my dreams
where Divine light shines through
Seeing prisms of spectacular beauty
of pinks, mauve and cornflower blue
The wind whispers through the trees
generating a sublime sweet tune
Gently blowing away all stressors
wrapping you in a blissful cocoon
Filtered sunlight will kiss your skin
Illuminating warmth will cleanse your soul
Filling you with peacefulness and love
making your being amazingly whole
Pungent smells will engulf your senses
exhilarating you from head to toe
While song birds a sweet melody
Euphoria in you will enormously grow
Please join me in my forest of dreams
let serenity fill the recesses of your heart
Your essence will be unbelievably renewed
My dream forest you'll never want to part

Stress is starting to overwhelm me;
It’s certainly wearing on my health.
To many stressors all surround me:
Lack of time, lack of wealth,
Adult children always sponging off me…
Are pushing me into early death.
My landlord is not helping;
He’s forcing us to leave.
The mess my children made
Is something nobody would believe.
I’ts too late for cleaning.
I’ll be changing occupations
If interviews go well.
The uncertainty amplifies frustrations…
Certain Purgatory, uncertain Hell.
Hoping for tomorrow,
A better day…
Beg, steal, borrow.
I’m stressed.
I’m stressed!
Help!

"Better Than Ever"
Took a lot of tries
Opened up my eyes
And became wise
Thought
A lot
Took a shot
And got after what I sought
Fought against torment and rot
So oft
People mock
It never ceases to stop
Finally connected the dots
I took it to a higher notch
Time is what it cost
Pondering, whether I ought to or not
As I sat atop a peculiar spot
Where many lives were lost
On a morning with frost
It's a sphere, not flat
As time continues to elapse
This is where I'm currently at
Staying on track
Honing my craft
Had some nice chats and so many laughs
On this world, I've had a blast
Won't be the first or the last
Can't let the opportunity pass
When she crosses my path
Because I'm still looking for my other half
What an adventure!
It's been a pleasure
Doing better than ever
Being clever
Through endeavors
Handling stressors
And pressure
In any weather
Getting an accurate measure
I found some treasure
While in the air was a zephyr
Never
Going to be a pretender
From January to December
I might be of the same feather
But I don't always want to flock together
Can't surrender
Or settle for lesser
A lot of benders
Eyes slightly redder
Stoking some embers
I still remember
All the splendor
God bless her
I wrote you a letter
And left it on the dresser
Beside a craft made with leather

I couldn't suppress
How music makes me feel if I tried
It comforts me
It spirits me away
From stressors of the day
It's almost like magic
How it buoys my spirit
From song to song on my playlist
Bobbing my head front and back
Grooving side-to-side
It gets my fingers snappin'
And my hands clappin'
And my feet tappin'
It makes me dance
Like nobody's watchin'
A good beat keeps my body movin'
When I'm in the club, whooping it up
When I'm at the gym, sweating it out
When I'm at home, relaxin'. I love music...
It doesn't matter the genre or language

SELF-IMAGE
Oh Lord, why do I feel this way?
My body is fatigued and just wants to lay
On soft pillows under a ceiling fan
Where peace is tranquil and divine.
No pain or stressors are involved.
Just me free of troubles and another’s problems.
Where the world is outside and I am indoors,
To achieve the level of contentment I search for,
This is what I call pure existence.
A bliss of equanimity that refines person.
Is there such quintessence?
Therefore, I must set the perfect example.

THE ECHOES IN THE COSMOS
In silence of sleep, I slept.
From the warmth of cava manifested remembrance.
The dreamlike state I was in is where the echoes of the past hid.
As I languor, I became contented.
The half-moon was elevated above.
The voices were the echoes I heard.
Time had passed so fast.
The slumber was much needed even when there were no stressors to speak on.
This is cultivation of perfection via mind, body and soul.
Totalizing the spiritual form, the echoes enlightened knowledge and acumen.
Reverberations that is resonance refined awareness of divinity.
Where the mind escapes reality.
Further, my spirit reverent in awe of what I am being shown.
The echoes gave intuition to life known.
Like Scrooge mettle as he journeys through life transgression, life existing, and life forthcoming, a prophetic path partook.
I am drinking sparkling wine and laughing with everyone.
The echoes become intense to fashion a mind-set.
An eye of sagacity took shape.
Penetrating thoughts brought forth the existing world where people smiles were not true and their loving voices misconstrued.
The echoes were not hidden anymore, as I am to be the fool unearthed.
Lies, discrimination, and injuries became a worm’s hole, insofar as a homeless person miens to be an empty soul.
Where the echoes hide within the cosmos.

Epic
Firm against the tempest we stand
Hip to hip and hand in hand
And when your hair flicks my nose
An excited shiver reaches my toes
As we stand beneath shining full moon
I shuffle a little to create room
To fully appreciate the breathless sight
That is your beauty by silvery light
Then I look upon that incongruous stanza
Doubts roll through me like a German Panzer
But stressors melt at the touch of your palm
For when we embrace my mind goes calm
We hang our destinies on the same hook
And into a hazy future together we look

Sonnet
Let me tell you straight-up that I been in too many relationships where the sex was
not about fulfillment, therefore, I do not want to deal with the stressors.
You see I need a certain man to take me as I am even when I am in my mood swings.
The frustrated points, the agony in wanting, and the denial of desires unfulfilled is
nothing more than incompatibility.
I do not like being under pressure.
My mind, my body, my soul are not interweaved.
These are three different aspects my man must perceive to conceive.
I do not need a war zone in that this occurs when you lie about who you are.
A domestic violator from herein is palpable.
You see I want to be a whole person.
Do not meddle my mind.
Do not deny my body the enjoyment it desires.
Do not play in that we are of the same vibes.
I just want a lover that realizes that I am his to cultivate.
He is there to soul mate.
Insofar as we may part eventually, he will be forever a part of me.
Please understand.
I merely intend for love and happiness to win.

RISE-UP
Why are we dumb as woman and man?
The world is [really] not like that to live in.
We don't let stressors break us down when we should address them right now.
We are what feels the grit and grime that disengages a stable mind.
Never does this not aspect, but when it is addressed, we have found the ultimate
perspective.
“If” is a very big word in which the only thing tried is a failure.
Put forth effort.
Rise above your obstacles!
Let the world know that you are not that damn man or that damn woman, do for self first.
Yet, either this concepts or aspects... Of course, this conceives.
So please get with it!
Rise-up and show others what life has to give.

We all have our stressors
We all have things that make us want to break
We have felt as though we give
Much more than we take
We have all wondering what was God doing and why
We have had our heads down to ground instead up to the sky
We all have things that bother us-things that cause us pain
Things that cause us to know that only God keeps us sane
We all have trouble in more than area
We all have trouble with money, interpersonal relations
We all have felt trapped but then we get in the Word and get revelation
Then we see no change but we know there's a plan
We know that God knows better than we do how much we can stand
And still stand tall for Him
We all have things weighing our minds and causing fragments to our souls
We all have things going on within us which we feel we have no cry
We all cry inside-we all get sad at times
We all have emotional roller coasters
But we know that God is all in all
And He is our salvation, our fortress, and our deliverer
Praise Party
Glory to God for who He is!!
Praise His name in through it all!!
Praise His name in all life seasons
Winter, spring, summer, fall!
Praise ye the Lord
All ye lands
For all he does
He is our rock and our protector
He is our healer and provider
Praise the Lord when things look grim
Praise the Lord when it seems the light is dim
And even in dark times praise ye the Lord
For He is the light of the world
And the Creator of light
Praise the Lord
All the time
Not just when things are going well
When you need peace praise ye the Lord
When you need a dose of joy praise ye the Lord
And when you need to feel loved praise ye the Lord
For He loved us enough to die for us!

Light Verse
I have no urge to do what used to be a necessity; I don’t dwell on the past. In your
presence of physical and mental distribution, subsiding the bad for good, putting
me in a state of equilibrium. It’s not safe to be writing these things this early. But
its how I feel. The cloth that your skin resembles dries up my past, and absorbs it
without any question. The warmth you radiate makes it unevenly distribute
throughout my body, you bring warmth and shivers. The safety issues don’t play
a role in either of our minds, what is needed is the presence of each other. It’s a
word that has no existence, but yet keeps us both wanting more. As the smile
radiates your figure, it does mine also. The one on one attention brings calamity
to my bindings. What’s embedded inside my delicate figure has been strangled
for such a long duration. It’s waiting to be released by the power you invested into
the lock. You’re entitled to the contents of this wooden chest. The color gold
resides all throughout your figure, but the feeling of another time, the warmth of
present time, the question of future time, is the Golden Rule. The intense but yet
visible attraction draws out all stressors in my mind. The chemical impoundment
is so concrete and so obvious that we both will not deny that it’s there. And what
we have, I’ve never felt before.

Unity of mind, body, and spirit the qualifier of love
Statuette
Statue
The wedding vows
If you love somebody, let him know.
When life is short, why would you not explode?
Whispering in his ear about your heart,
he will assume it’s an inner voice.
If you love somebody, shout it to the world.
Share time with that person so he will know.
Tell him via intimate words.
Write him a love poem.
When life is short, why would you not be a bombshell?
Spread your wings like a butterfly you are beautiful.
Make him recognize what he has.
Humor his mind make him laugh.
When you love somebody, superimpose.
Take control of his soul.
Lay above all his meants.
Create an ambiance he wants to be within.
If you love someone, find his passions.
Don’t allow negative stressors.
Time is of the essence.
Figurine - shape your bust all he wants is to be loved.

Ballad
One truth that's really hard to face is that our world is in a very
dark place.
Most people know it, one doesn't need to be sensitive nor even a poet.
Unless we're living like a mole, external stressors take their toll.
Mental health conditions are on the rise, four Americans out of five..
All modern cultures across our globe suffer these same stressors I've been told.
The human brain needs a sense of control to keep external stressors from
taking their toll.
A constant release of cortisone will weaken these bodies that we own.
If our stress hormones are constantly released our minds and our bodies
become diseased.
When a body is battling constant pain in time it actually shrinks the brain.
It becomes the brain that never shuts up until the immune systems had enough.
If we meditate, eat right and exercise, our brains will help us live long and
healthy lives..

Light Verse
We all know someone who has been depressed before.
We might have experienced depression ourselves. Being stressed out has become a integral part of life for many. Possibly we are withdrawn and feeling numb inside. Stress can be a result of many everyday occurrences. Financial problems, getting in debt or overextended, is a stressor most of us have shared with millions. The loss of a loved one, a marriage or breakup is a common stressor. A change in circumstances, an eviction notice or your home being foreclosed upon, car repossessed and homelessness have become commonplace as well. Going through bankruptcy, a pay cut, layoff at work or having to suspend further education due to lack of funds has touched many lives. These stressors are not rare but as a community we see them happening daily. Society as a whole expects us to just move on and deal with these ups and downs with little or no effect on our mental and physical well being. I specifically use these terms, because often this toll greatly effects the individual and then is ignored. As we take our health for granted and are ashamed of the stigma attached to any kind of mental health issue, we overlook the consequences of everyday stress.

Prose Poetry
I want to write a poem about starting the weekend right
Lol
Okay first of all you got to sleep in
That is a must
You would not feel like
you have a weekend if
you don’t at least sleep in
That is to tell your body to kick it
And let it fly to the wind
Second you got to shop
For the men I feel sorry for you
Because you don’t know
what you are missing
Well you can’t miss
something you don’t know
So that is okay
Third you got to
spend time outside
Do you feel like
You are going to get a sunburn?
Well it’s good for you
It’s your body’s
natural response to stressors
That will make you stronger
And look better
You want to get
those pale skins exposed
So you can blend in, haha
Fourth you got to do your errands
Got to do it my friend
It’s piling up on you
Waiting for the weekend
for you to attack it
If you don’t believe me
Those errands’ urgency will
come back and bite you
in a form of you
running out of
clothes to wear
Or fridge runs out of
your midnight snack
Oh yeah get your hair done, will ya?
And while you are at it, do something fun
Ahh you’ve been forgetting that part, haven’t you?
Let’s see now
What do you consider fun?
What I think is fun
maybe totally different than yours
So I’ll let you decide
But have fun while
You are doing all this
Actually have fun all year
Don’t wait till
the weekend to do it
You may not have
enough time
So get my drift
Okay start
You can go now
It’s officially Saturday
So yeyyy weekend time
Party time
Roll it baby!
