My drunkard muse can be a curse.
Pouring shots full of poetry,
craving a sober history.
Tipsy rhymes reverb in reverse,
so ink's teetotal in free verse.

I Cry Alone

Time passing all around in the air
Seemingly so without even a care

On the ground an empty turtle shell
Off to swim the vacant waterless well

Watching from inside the tree so hollow
The Pied Piper plays and they all follow

Staring blanks into that black hole sun
Marching prisioners from the lost race run

Hark the demons and how they do sing
Calling out unto the sacred buried things

Echoing reverb in the darkness so vast
Spiral downward crazy how it goes so fast

Searching for answers in all that's unsaid
But left speechless and one of the undead

Anticipating that strife and all the misery
Quietly awaiting amid all that haunts me

Counting the leaves while they do fall down
During the removal of such a gifted crown

Grasping fiercely stubborn for what I may
When all the cherished goods steal away

Screaming silence and left in the wake
As the mirror begins to crack and break

Turning to the darkest parts deep inside
Bravely I dig into that cesspool of pride

Bringing winter's bitter yet sweet icy cold
Touching the shards of glass ever so bold

But the shattered pieces turn into icy stones
And while bleeding among them I cry alone

Memories

At early dawn, the view’s superb.
Sat upon my bed scrolling thru
My phone’s pictures, I got perturb.
Your brightest smile widespread imbue,
On obituary reverb.
Life seldom gives joy alone too,
So I’ll cherish your life reverb.
With tears of peace, I will construe,
Your gallant life acclaim the verb
Of possibility pursue,
Peace of divinity superb,
Giving hope in painful adieu.

Premium Member Silk-Fire and Arctic-Air

I'm silk-fire, curled in emblazoned quartz horizons,
Of aurous equator, rising in smoke as a secular bird,
From own fossil-ashes, flying to distant honey-shores, scarlet spun,
Stretching across merlot crusts of earth, like a coal-storm, sobered

Yet, my heart is not a silent sandstone, flaming with rage,
It whispers to my Mon Cherie, my arctic air,
In dialects of redolent romance, midst ethers of space,
And he, who fuels my glory by igniting spirit, emerges in graphite flares

Our skies are not sketched with rose-gold glitters,
Rushing in a black-horse's symphony,
crashing porcelain herbs,
We paint universe in ruins of lead and metallic cinders,
Me and arctic air, breathe as one in thunderous heartbeats of reverb;

Orbiting in jade bonfires of ornamented redwood,
While cradling wrath in crimson vineyards,
Has any nurtured offspring of starburst hope withstood,
If our eclipsed union is a toxic twinkle upon sacred lotus' haven-yarns?

Sharp Nibbed, Diminished

"Sharp Nibbed, Diminished"

Ignominy, cries softly ...

When the ground swallowed him
When life imploded inside
When the little girl cried
At that moment life died

When his heart broke
When all words dried
When his tears cried
the second time spent

absent love wept
willows drowning dreams
turning pages slowly

a life boat floating aimlessly
sharp-nibbed oars
beak-like bleeding

dipping feathers
into a black sea
heart shark-bit

calligraphy
diminished
forgiveness

writ.

“All that noise, and all that sound
All those places I got found
And birds go flying at the speed of sound
To show you how it all began
Birds came flying from the underground
If you could see it then you'd understand..."

Headed In a Back-Words Direction (Eternal-Reverb)

(how well I could play)
in a straight forward way;
simplifying it, making it more pure
in a clear sound, turning it up
and bearing down...

there'd be distortion, red-anger, punk-blue,
get it up tough, keep it going,
'cause I didn't know what else to do.

at fifteen I was unreasonably accomplished
with those long dynamic echo-delayed riffs;
at eleven I was sleeping in the back of a car
surrounded by books an amp and a guitar,

rolling around with the sound of
a welt chord, a grace note, Henry Miller and Nietzsche;
laying-down these upholstery-songs in the summer of seventy-eight
where reverb was explored beyond the return of counter-culture,
going 'round the bend, headed in a back-words direction again

If rhyme belittles verse then let it be;
At night the sun outshines eclipsing moon.
And though no green is seen on any tree,
By shrouds of dark unwind the bright cocoon.
Around in circles back to where we start,
Let footsteps never trace or hold your hand;
I’ve seen you smile. I’ve felt my breathless heart.
I’ve written poems I don’t understand.
Yet, who am I to speak, besides unknown?
In truth, I often ask the very same.
From youthful chords reverb an ancient tone;
My measures merely sing without a name,
  But yours I whisper; may joy be upon it;
This poet declares your beauty his sonnet.

Heather Bids To Whither

You can't fool a dancer,

hard reverb coming at you like Prancer-

welcome-wagon interstellar like Lancer-

holy demon!
When did my steam stop?

Holly weedin'!
Where did you chop chop?

Heeeeeeeeeeeey! ! ! !

Welcome here...
Its home in the winter.

Heeeeeeeeeeeey! ! ! !

Dear Splinter,

it's a creep in the depths of the beat,

it's the 'I won'ts' in the Orgasms and weeps,

the liver turns into seed,
never forgets to breathe,

because the end will set us all free! ! !

Welcome here,
I have a reason to sound clear,

so don't drop out justifyin' why you're not-
flappin- flippin- rectifyin,'
or wearing any gear...

Heather bids to whither in winter with a sinner!

Dharma- bammered- donner's party at dinner!

Don-wan gets undertaken by the cowards of the crewman,

that's what happens off stage at an out-land!

Astounding as the crowd that attracts,

jumpin' jimmy's all around the facts,

people clambering over outdated nick-nacks,

elders not retiring because they know they put evil back,

William wondered of war over sea's with the remorse,

Donna sang to the serious on stage with the poor,

verdict was made to off set the players inundating us with words,

technology crashed the earth and left the economy for the birds.

This Land Is Your Land

as turf wars go
here
the weapons concealed
before agendas revealed
and courtyard orders sealed
inside wetzel gooey goodness
grand central its not
maybe from the outside
but inside the buzz is low
the reverb high
lingering as smoke choking
on its own asthma
void of cache
or any semblance
of the character
chiseled into posts,
ceiling festoons
and the ethnic parades
chanting in uniform grunts,
silence and glares
required vitals from
their lost or stolen IDs
it isnt Union Station for nothing
a primal yack, spit and grin
flowing from the cakes of
baked commuters
forsaked souls
and a neighborhood watch
that drools in adoration
point a to point b (or c)
never had an intermission like this
then again
here
every director is the drama
they wish they could
coddle into love.

Fyi Talking 'Bout You, Reverb

Think, your rhymes are quick and rapid No record, on the wall? Aah! Snap, it went placid Tell’n me all how, you did this and that, rat a tat tat but it doesn’t matter, coz when it hits the fan, you are shattered Your rap's are just RIP’s, while tryn to give your cousin’s, the slip
You ain't lived the Dozens and my roots, aint under your whip While your mind's a buzzin, you want respect, show me your intellect Not how many, brother’s and sister’s you done rekt Your eyes roll on fleek, coz now you lost the beat Let me, slo-mo matrix’s style and then repeat It’s not bullet time, so just chill and don’t take the pills The drugs-n-thugs, got swept under the rug, need a refill? Thinking, you’re off the hook , read a book! Absurd, you think but in word, you’re just a reverb

Physiology of a Dust Particle

Moon drips are like gigantic slides and cloud surfing is very very exciting particularly when shoved with a broom. Base jumping off smaller spheres can be hazardous and mind the cats on the way down. They can pickle. It is often wise to omit zero shine to a coat. As many layers can spring around. Touching all areas. Yet stagnant in none. And all the time the warbling sounds. The jeering molluscs. Suited in rows. Caterpillar women with beady eyes. And large bulbous land based porpoises. Well, they will never get to create a pretty picture on the sandy ground. Such is the rationalisation of the purple winking frog who hops over global obstacles with a swoosh. Reverb is not an easy option so never swing back carrying ten cups of tea. Merely a cataclysm. In catacombs. In chasms. And often in pans. Pinnacles of diamante peas can fall. And tomato ships will arrive in a tray boat. No Incentive

I go down to be the first in a race I could not win
No inducement.
To run for the fun of running is where others find
Enticement.
To have no prize to spur the effort, for encouragement
No reason.
To break my back and strain my heart to find winning
Out of season.
But to sit and watch, as the slow run withers all fiber of
My compassion.
Pity shrivels my heart and does not reverb, for it is
Off fashion.
And still I must run.

A Prayer For Today

12:35 pm 22 sept 2016

The leaves applaud the wonder of your might
As your breath blows across the earth cooling the night

The crickets and frogs a choir for your ears
The owls declare who can stand in your presence here

The deer nestled on the ground
Look up in admiration when they hear your sound

The earth groans and quakes as your foot stool
The oceans shine as your reflecting pool

The universe is your home that you built with your words
Forever echos with sounds of creations reverb

You are the glory and the glory is yours
The heavens expand as into it the micro verse pours

Have mercy on us little ones Great Father of all
We have lost our way, from you we did fall

We weep we gnash our teeth and wail
We cry out to you Father from our man made hell

We have forgotten who and what we are
We greedily devour riches near and far

We have lost our love and replaced it with hate
Come help us dear Father before its too late

Just as you said our faith has fell dead
We are lovers of ourselves and our lust fills our heads

Strengthen those whom still love you
And bring back those who used to

Give us wisdom and understanding to govern our free will
Give us grace to cleans our hearts and then love to fill

Let love fill us completely
Then spill out so sweetly

Let the grace given to us be passed on from heart to heart
Until it makes its way back to you where all true love starts.

in Christ name we pray and we all say amen
