Using abbaa rhyme shceme

A Spanish form of eight syllable lines. The rhyming scheme can vary in presentation ie a.a.b.b.a, a.b.b.a.a. etc but only two consecutive lines may have the same rhyme scheme.

My drunkard muse can be a curse. Pouring shots full of poetry, craving a sober history. Tipsy rhymes reverb in reverse, so ink's teetotal in free verse.

So fun, SO! This is a carefully craft bit of whimsy with words like "drunkard," "shots," "sober," "tipsy," and, my favorite "teetotal!" So clever. Made me smile ear to ear. Enjoyed the humor of your writing ! You are equally at ease with rhyming poetry and free verse. In your free verse, the muse in you finds free rein and ventures out to conquer dizzying heights. I allow my pen to have a recess for a few days, as I am going on a tour for a few days. Won't be able to read your poems or comment on them.

Teetotal is a person who has never drank alcohol.. You are always too kind in your comments and your poetry is far superior than mine... this is what rains brings, poetry i guess lol.. Thanks
