Not criminally responsible

In a few seconds it was over, Tim never had a chance.
He was killed, decapitated actually. The police arrested the killer
with Tim's head in hand. The trial judge ordered a psychiatric exam,
and it was determined that he (the killer) was schizophrenic,
and at the time of the killing was experiencing a psychotic episode.
The judge declared him to be NCR (Not criminally responsible)
and ordered him to go to a medical facility for treatment for an
undetermined time. After a few years, it was observed that the killer understood that he needed his medication to be able to live without
being a danger to himself or to society in general. After eight years
the killer was released back into the general population, under minimum supervision. Tim's mother was distraught at the news, and was rendered speechless. Was justice served?

Premium Member You Are Responsible

Amid the devilment your dimples devise,
your smile is a mile of wonderful lies.
Your eyes hypnotize, and your silences speak
volumes of verses to someone as weak
as the wreck that I am,
since, meek as a lamb,
I was caught by your charm,
doing myself irreparable harm
to my centers of logic and cool calculation.
You are responsible: I demand reparation.

We Are Responsible

We Are Responsible
Sandy Hook, so many children murdered,
I saw Obama cry. Gaza today hundred of
children murdered blown into the air like
ragdolls, broken limbs empty eyes; does
Obama cry today? Brothers can you spare
a tear so easily spilt when watching a film
on TV, for the children of Gaza? Or are you
sinking into apathy, blaming the victims?

This ghetto revolt, this time we cannot say
“We didn´t know,” wringing our damp hands
finding excuses, deflecting the cause of this
slaughter, but to no avail, we are responsible!
What happens in Gaza now will toll far into
the future and demand its exact retribution.

Premium Member You Are Only Responsible For What He Gave

Do you have everything?
Would we ever have everything?
What is everything?
Does everything mean anything you want?
Or everything means everything includes what we don't want
Before you ask for everything
Think of what you don't want
Does God know what we don't want
or do we have to tell Him?
Does God know that everything includes what we want
and not what we don't want?
Do we have to tell Him?
I used to tell Him a lot
asking for what I want
until one day I asked for everything
Since that day I found that
anytime I want something
I usually get it
Is it always?
I'd like to think so
But it's always the case - so far
I don't want to be haughty and puffed up
But I believe God will give you what you want
if you ask Him
Be smart about what you ask Him
Follow your spirit
He puts it there for a reason
To serve you
What do you really want?
Or think that you want
There is a difference
The bottom line is
If it is what you really want
then ask Him
You may be surprised that that is what He wants too
Anyhow your spirit is serving you
Use it
It can intercede for you
when you don't know what to pray
It can muster groans, words that only He can know
It can go where you can't
In another word it can do wonder
Get in touch with that side of you
Get to know you
Anyway happy finding
That is all I'd say right now

Premium Member You Are Responsible For You

It's good to be proud.
Of yourself, and of others.
Be pure and kind too.

Take pleasure in nice
Find hobbies that you can love
For fulfilling life

Don't expect others
To give up their dreams and goals
to entertain you.

Whining's worrisome.
And complaining is wearing.
Be happy today.

Your life's work is to
Fulfill yourself completely
And Follow your bliss

Premium Member We Are Responsible

What happened to the idea of believing in honor and integrity?

There was a time we believed that the end did not justify the means,
and the influences we had in our lives were for a purpose.

Let us remember to separate conflicting influences for what they are.

Life matters and our journey in life matters before we forget.

We are all responsible for who we are and our choices in the end.

Yesterday's Youth Reborn Responsible

Youth is a puzzling mystery.
A period of purely magical history!

There is power in being who you long to be.
Yet ignorance blinds you, so you can't see.

Youth lives each day like it's the last.
Neither looking to the future,or facing the past!

Like if a play’s performed with no cast,
Youth can become nothing, but wasted trash.

Then one day your youth is gone!
You lose your energy, and become withdrawn.

You play out scenarios in your head,
And wonder why your old self is dead!?

It's not so bad, for you should not morn!
This process means you've been reborn!

You finally look to the future, and learn from the past!
And it's there you find yourself, genuine and true, ..... it's you, ....at last!!

Persons Responsible For Violations

in the territory
of former Yugoslavia there are some war crimes
in the territory of former Yugoslavian crimes are the subject
and persons are responsible of mass graves
in the territory of former Yugoslavic
individual and institutional
racist behavior
are responsible for the greatest violations of human rights
in the territory of former Yugoslavia as around the world directly -
indirectly you can buy an express ticket
at the tourist information
and behind the rail way station
read the names of those responsible
of war crimes around the world
you can as well visit another country
buy another rail ticket
to German then the culture of silence
may build another wall around you

Who Is Responsible

"Who is Responsible"

Thousand of tears falling from sky, I saw a pearl in someone's eye.
Thousand of hands joint for prayer, Someone somewhere is still in fear.
Thousand of people migrated here and there ,Somone is still searching his near and dears.

Standing behind the tree ,crying loud, someone can see only a dream for house..
Looking here and there ,he found only flood and floating bodies near...
Craving for a roof ,
Craving for food ,
Craving for sunshine,
Craving for ray of hope,
HE asked ALMIGHTY"Will ever there would be an END"
will he be able to survive, would thre b any one beside or like every one he will close his eyes.

Silence accompanied him ,Tears rolled down his cheeks..
Simultaneous to his Silence disaster speaks...
" WHO IS RESPONSIBLE"
" WHO IS RESPONSIBLE"

Who is responsible for this tease ..
Who is responsible for the pain which is not being ease..
Who is responsible for this disaster..
Who is the creator and who is the master...

Its non other than .. but MAN

HE creates he destroye ,he preserves he exploit
He played twice he played thrice
He is still being so innocent and nice..
Keeping his head high ,taking impulsive decisions..
HE knows that he is the only REASON ...

Responsible Parents

Dear Dad dear mum, I take this time
Writing my letter now, to thank all of you
For your own maximum, support and care
No one knows how, you loved and cared

Forty K you sent, to buy the charter
Fifteen thousand you sent, for VC’s upkeep
For instagram to buy, you sent twelve K
No one knows how, you loved and cared

Higher education loan, ten K to purchase
Mandatory for comrades, a basic necessity
The graduation square, you sent thirteen K
No one knows how, you loved and cared

Thirteen K you sent, as odd unquestionable
Forty K you sent, so high and reasonable
Hundreds of cash, familiar for granted
No one knows how, you loved and cared

My graduation is done, ready for second degree
To enroll am ready, your children must learn
My enrolment my job, my mother employ
No one knows how, you loved and cared

At last I expect, to purchase a Facebook
Twitter and email, philosophy and psychology
The money for faculty, mess and deferment
Sent that my dad, and mum you care

Being Responsible

Being Responsible
Dalene Deale

A life without sorrow, I don’t want to know
For how then in life, will you ever grow?
Decisions are hard to make
Which is why SOMETIMES it’s better, your time to take.

Being impulsive is all good and well
It always assures you good stories to tell
But stability is something we all work to
And usually this requires, things to be thought through.

Be careful, that with life, you don’t become bored
This could leave you with unused enthusiasm stored
Which later in life, to you might become a burden
Ask me, for this is something I know for certain.

I Am Responsible For My Soul

i am responsible for my soul
there not anybody in any way
God has given chances to all
why self misleading and decay?

judgement day will come sure
in my time i will be in that court alone there
my all false verses will be of no use
without excuse without excuse......

Premium Member Who Is To Be Blamed

Problems man can't solve
He refers to God
Because man's wisdom is limited
And man's confidence will finally collapse
He blames God
For whatever it is
Because he's the creator
He creates man and the universe
He'll be responsible
But I just don't understand
Because it's beyond my knowledge
But I never blame my parents
Who bring me to this world
Who give me life
Education and happiness
And no matter how much there are

A Responsible Beginning

This is the night to bring in a new year
You might want to celebrate with some beer
That is quite all right
As long as you have someone sober drive tonight
Drinking and driving is not cool
At best, you would drive like a fool
Don’t be one of those that drink and drive
The two just don’t jive
You could end up in jail
Causing someone to pay your bail
You could total your car
Once you leave the bar
You could get hurt
So, let someone drive that is alert
You could hurt someone
Who could be a stranger or a loved one
You could die
Causing loved ones to cry
You could kill someone
As a result of what your drunk driving has done
Then you would spend time in prison
While mourners wear red ribbons
This is all avoidable
As long as you drink responsible
