Premium Member Life Passing Me By POTD

From obscurity come the strangers
Fading away, like old dangers.
Walking the street of flowers
more people pass every hour
A few are pleasantry exchangers.

Near my porch, robin sings
Beautiful music for summer swing!
Red berries in a bowl
Kelly green butterfles, on patrol
Noontime's for swaying and musing.

Passersby, smiles of the moment
Starry eyes, upon distance fervent!
Jasmine fragrance in the air
Pink hummingbird is stopping there
Yellow balloon wafts by, silent.

Indigo Haze

Alone on a crisp seashore

Bellowing storm clouds engage

Rolling above me as I walk the beach

A pleasantry lifting my rage

Bending my head back looking up

My arms stretched out to their sides

Cool rain drops lightly kiss me

Sensuous tempestuous skies

Taking in a deep breath

I let my repression fade

Peace penetrates my Heartmind

Removing the storm's I've made

Slowly with each rhythmic beat

From these tiny three foot waves...

My anger vanished with the storm

Into a gothic indigo haze~

Where Is the Bathroom?

I had to find a bathroom,
A reasonable request,
I was all alone
And my bladder was quite stressed.

So I asked a man nearby,
“Do you know where a bathroom is?”
He merely shook his head,
And went about his biz.

I continued walking,
And sure enough around,
A woman with her children
Could tell me where a bathroom’s found.

She said, “I have no idea,
I’m busy you can tell.”
She fussed to shush her baby,
Who had just begun to yell.

I continued on my quest,
Moving with rapid stride,
When I found a large restaurant,
Surely, there must be a bathroom inside!

I went up to the waiter,
I said, “I really have to pee.”
Slightly irritated,
I decided to forego all pleasantry.

He said, “Oh, ours isn’t working,
Someone clogged it the day before,
But there is one a few blocks down,
About three or four.”

And so I hurried along,
Quite desperate to find the joint,
My bladder was close to reaching
Its natural breaking point.

I reached a tiny gas station,
Where the clerk mumbled to me,
“We do have an outside bathroom,
But someone lost the key.”

I turned and stomped outside,
I wailed out vehemently,
“How hard is it to find a bathroom
In modern society?”

A gentleman heard my plight,
And said, “You know, there’s a store—“
I interrupted, “Never mind,
I don’t have to go anymore.”

Red Line

**********************To Beautiful... Forever on my mind**************************

I awake to such pleasantry
her beautiful face once more
I get dressed, grab my keys
and head for the front door
I try to think of anything
to relieve my mind of her
I can't get anything done
my mind is slightly blurred
she has me twisted
it's not like me,
sprung, bewitched
I'm slowly dropping to my knees

For twenty two years
been friends
For eighteen months
been lovers
I care for her most
there is no-one else
above her

******************************

My pager vibrates
than blares out loud
what a hellacious sound
I recognize the number
her mother is calling me
is it a special occasion?
because for nothing do we agree.
She answers with a sniffle
mumbling incoherently
Beautiful has been shot
in a convenience store robbery

My blood drained quickly,
face turned casper white.
My legs turned to Jell-O
now i've lost my sight
I used whatever strength I had
whatever I could muster
I had to reach the hospital
to tell her that I love her.
Be there when she needs me most
be strong and show no pain.
Hold back my tears,
going against my grain.

By the time I reached her bedside
able to hold her hand.
The doctor said "We've lost her"
" We've done everything we can.."

Ode To My Love

Ode to my Love

Your immense black eyes, so cherished and dazzling
Your radiant toned skin that shines like daylight
Hands as soft as sheet of linen
And a childlike feet that is also soft and clean

His smile makes every each day complete
His sweet caress warmth my cold numb feeling
When you glance, it just melts me away
And when you stare I am stunned

Your soft voice that makes things unruffled
Your sweetness that run over
Heartbreak to pleasantry, sorrow to laughter
Makes every bitter moment better

The man who take same step as mine
Partaking every wonderful feeling
Selfless, Patience, and Loving
Oh how I love to love my love

Willow

A tribute to Joyce Kilmer

I sit under this willow tree.
Its pendulous branchlets swaying
In concinnity around me,
spontaneously bestirring
a soliloquized pleasantry:
No measured words and rhymes I write
Could ever describe your beauty
Because fools never get it right
and” Poems are made by fools like me”
imperfect, conventional lines.
“But only God can make a tree”
creation of perfect design.
So I write down beneath this tree
these feeble lines of poetry.

Premium Member Spring Is In the Air

Sparkle of dawn perks up inert callow greens
Inviting a resurgence of dormant waterfalls
When spring ignites revival of river’s journey
Hidden far behind the soaring mountaintops.

A blue bird lingers on a pink flowery branch
Watching vibrant tulips in a graceful dance
Where fragrant breeze sways budding fields
As golden daybreak proposes a lyrical scene.

Adoring pinkish white cherry blossom trees
People cherish vistas of reflective river basin
Meandering through a garden of red roses
Wearing glitter of pleasantry on their faces.

Yellow blossoms rise from long green stems
Where red blooms comingle cohesive ways
And butterflies roam searching sweet nectar
Celebrating gleefully abundance of flowers.

Sky has resumed wearing aquamarine blue
Dissipating the vestiges of melancholic hues
As spring's passion makes it abundantly clear
A season of fervent love is flirting in the air.

Oh Mother Africa

Oh mother Africa
A citadel of brotherly affection
A place of epitome of beauties
A place where morality flourished like sea wind
Where positive values are honored
Where ethical principles strive with passion
A continent where peace dwell
A place where perfect tranquility abound
A place where spring flow without caution
A home of good tidy
The origin of the mother earth

Oh mother Africa
A land where birds signs melodiously
A place where rivers claps
And rocky stones serve as shelter
Where earth honors the existence of man
A land where structures are monuments
And were man thanks the creator for all things
A land whose existence
Proved the existence of the creator.
A land with all it takes to enjoy perfect happiness
A land where pleasure and joy spreads like wind
To her inhabitant

A land with flourished pleasantry
And tranquility
A land where birds sing gloriously to God
A land where lilies of various kinds
And colors
Dance graciously to the creator
A land where the blueness of the sky is felt
And wholeheartedly appreciated
I would have being unfortunate if I was not born by her

Intellectual Foreplay

Even if we will never touch
Or see the other one just as much,
Our conversations still takes a tone,
Between the whispers and after moans...
As soothing treble become the bass,
On such a level your voice escapes,
Replacing touches you used to feel,
With words in such a way that's so real...
Massage my cortex and rub my soul,
With bits and pieces that make you whole,
Such alphabetical pleasantry,
You're hypothetically here with me...
Comprise a theme full of lust and sin,
Inside a dream that you'll hide me in,
Then bare your mind unto only me,
Prepare to find what your body needs...
Although you linger on every word,
Remember what you have felt and heard,
So when you daydream you won't forget,
The reason why it will end so wet....

Whispering Winds

Hello,

Feelings of danger, just borderline from being a stranger. Wrapped with an emotional slice of anger.
When does it all stop? Popping tops , listening day after day, as the gun goes pop.

Knocks at the door; screams in the streets.
Heat rains down upon your head and feet. Wondering could you be here? Right this minute, in the now, or just my imagination lost, instead.

Dread the future, not knowing what it has in store.
Close narrow minded thinking, leaves you guessing, whats next behind the door.

Processing the urge to live free, even within the worse conditions.
These cruel intentions, that you forgot to mention. Full blown repartitions misleading contradictions, of others lone finger.

Linger in and out of consciousness, dazed, blazed and no longer amazed; lost in this mascaraed of slumber. Bearing witness to the things, that you think are true. When only escaping the pleasantry of times cracked view.

Hello, and you are?

Premium Member The Smile of God-

Whereas if it is meant to be
Can we see God's Holy face
is it in his pleasantry die
It reaches far from beyond
 mileage bigger than the sun
And how do we know the righteousness
Of his grace
And will we ever see His fourth in his face
Am I to be reckoned with
Up to no despair does God love me
Does He even care
He gave His gift to us
No one on this Earth
Loves and such as God He smiles on
On those, the children both stay in and save
The Saints and the Sinners all reluctantly play
They forget where they came from
They look up into the sky
And ask the questions why
Rebuttal refers to refused own delusion,
Confusion
What is it that they are in the light
The case is also seen in the dark; there's a brightness
There's a flame that's burning in the bush in the rain
God smile. Did I make a game of you buy any of them home
I sent unto you God smile
Rain down on you beloved, beloved
You are loved
And your dirt and your sin you ate always forgiven
But don't, don't hesitate
Don't let it be too late relegated see beloved He loves you
So He has a smile bigger significant the ocean
Got smile and want to come to Visions the revelations of the Lord
a man in Jesus Christ you cannot tell
Whether it be in body Spirit call God rain
God in man was man
Jesus smile, and how do I relish the idea think He would make a man die for me
Does God smile when I take a life
Does God smile when I mistreat my wife
Does God smile when I see the impoverished in pain
does not smile when I leave the elderly distraught in the rain?
Does God smile when I have a dollar, and I don't give it to the panhandler on the corner.
Does God smile when I abruptly misuse my brother and sister
 for my devices?
Does God smile when I am evil because God smiles
when I am dismayed, and I played with the emotions of those its trade
Does God smile? Who knows the answer
You know the right solution
I won't be in the light of God from day
on the side the good side, when God smiles
You are in Him again, and Amen

Voluptuous Vibrations

The melodic motions resonate,
as the embryonic evulsions ovulate
Sensuous symphonies create,
thrusting the White Knights to migrate
Reverberating echoes of ecstasy,
within chimes of chemistry
Upon procreation of pleasantry,
rituals oscillating rhapsody…

Of the erotic erections elated,
through meretricious minds have mated
Vestal visions have consummated,
of the seductive streams lubricated
Amidst sonic ringing of celestial spheres
the arousing of titillating tears
Penetrating promiscuous pioneers,
lasting libidinous music to my ears.

The Pleasure of Thinking and Thanking

The Pleasure of Thinking and Thanking

Pleasure comes in many forms. The ultimate is what pleases you. So decide! Do for you, what others may not do.

Please do not misunderstand, it’s not a game. You are already a winner, just as you stated and did not hesitate.

It amazing, I can do both and receive the same joy. Ummm! The pleasure of thinking and thanking. It’s delicious and nutritious.

I must do it more. This, I could adore. I think, I will thank more.

Since I’ve tried it, I have become a better me. Ah! What a relief, no more tests, more rest, less stress, more pleasantry when dealing with humanity.

What was I thinking? When I could have been thanking. Oh well! Never too late, I may as well take the bait.

EXTRA- EXTRA, Read all about it! “Individual Discovers New Gift”. As a result of this discovery, numerous life changing events have made their life meaningful, joyful, and peaceful.

Thanking you, for thinking of me.
