Your passport to happiness is deep in your soul
Gives passage to Happy Land without any toll
Just smile a big smile
A big ten on the dial
In a bottomless pit of ecstasy you'll roll

I Am A Book
By David J Walker
I am a book of Unread pages
I am a book
I am a book Written in stages in
A travel log On a road called Time
With the foreign stamps Of Passport Ministers
Checking my credentials along the way
I am a book
I am a book Of unread scripture
With the lectures on faith
In staggered chapters and the
Tattered chronicled collections of
Odd jobs We have asked of a Loving God
Written in a foreign language
I am A book
I am a book Of erotic poetry in
Pictograph albums Scrutinized and analyze
Then censored By holier than me censors
I am a book
I am a book With pages numbered
And then sealed Its secrets to be
Revealed in full on an unannounced
Judgment day with Disputes left in the hands of
A Divine Defender
I am a book
I am a book
To be colored Everyday
Where the lines do not matter
Only the hue and The view
In which you see me
I am a book
I am a book Not to be left On the dusty shelf of
A forgotten library Rarely opened in a
Distant history I am a book to be read
And even if misunderstood To be savored
I am a book
~Passport To Europe~
(Taxidevo Agape)
Travel thru Europe
can be really nice
Germany's ancient
Beautiful country
With breathtaking views
Everywhere you go you'll enjoy enchanting sights
Traveling thru small towns with so much history
Most locals are nice and polite willing to help
You'll get to see many castles still standing 'round
Tall and proud filled of much beauty and history
In Paris take walk
Spain is full of charm
Riding the train thru
Europe is much fun
Travel will bring joy.

The 'Taxidevo Agape' is a poetry style created by
Joseph Spence Sr.
There’s things to see in foreign lands
just waiting for us all.
The Tahj Mahal and Pyramids,
some Canyons, Dams and Falls.
Around the world, from shore to shore,
between our ice capped poles
the things you’ll find are wondrous
and lovely to behold.
The Artic wastes and Desert sands,
Great Forests lush and green,
Villages built high on stilts,
Italian Towers that lean.
But have you ever traveled
in the highways of your mind,
a territory so unexplored
amazing what you’ll find.
Anger, Hatred, Jealousy,
Cruelty, Fear and Greeds
are lurking there within its walls.
with far much better seeds.
Kindness, Passion, Sympathy,
Humour, Joy and Love
share this land with all these things,
But which will rise above.
The traveller within us cries
to sample all we tread,
but normally we ‘choose’ the place,
we finally make our bed.
So hold your passport in your heart
and stamp your visas clear,
so you, as well as those you touch,
know just which path you steer.

Praise the lord for his milk, might and mercies,
Praise him for his love, light and Lordship,
Praise him for his peace, power and presence,
Praise him for his grace, grains and greatness,
Praise him for his word, works and wonders,
Praise him in sickness, strength and sorrows,
Praise him in winter… whatever the weather,
Praise him for your breath, blood and body,
Praise him for your wealth, woes and weakness,
Praise him for your earnings, errors and essence,
Praise him for the storms, the stars and sunshine,
Praise him for the rains, the rods and the rainbows
Praise him in spring… summer; sweet or sour seasons
Praise him in his sanctuary, while sitting or standing
Praise him for the soil, the skies and… the seas
Praise him for what you owe, own and hope for
Praise him for your past, present and prospects
Praises is the passport to peace, power and progress
Praise the lord wherever, whenever and whatever…
Your passport to happiness is deep in your soul
Gives passage to HappyLand without any toll
Just smile a big smile
A big ten on the dial
In a bottomless pit of ecstasy you'll roll
Excuse me sir ,said the Security at the Airport.
Can you Please show me the Passport.
Have you ever thought of a Passport.
Who are you without a Passport.
Like an alien without a Passport.
Like a criminal without a Passport.
Why can not we walk without a Passport.
Why can not we meet without a Passport.
I am thinking of the one who made the Passport.
Should be sent to Pluto with the Passport.
Teach your children truth about the Passport.
We are all Human without the Passport.
Passport in hand, lookin’ down the line,
Done it countless times, no need to look at the customs sign,
Pulled and pushed from one place to another, no reason to whine,
It’s just life, your life, all day every day, international like mine.
Passport in hand, dropping your bags in the new place,
Hoping It has a really good Wi-Fi connection or else it’s a waste,
Will these cultural foods even leave in my mouth a good taste?
You don’t know, about a lot of things, except it’s hard being a new face.
Passport in hand, but quickly put away because of the picture,
Yet again you have to find another group of friends in the school mixture,
Find out what’s cool, what’s trending to secure yourself in the popularity figures,
As the next new teacher stands and makes you welcome, to you it’s a familiar lecture.
Passport in hand, trying to not feel like a cultural alien, feeling socially spent,
You close your eyes, you see home, or what it used to be, now you’re a loner,
“Where will I be next, how will they react?”, don’t worry, that’s not your department,
Trust in Him who was originally the alien, trust in His promises and you’ll never be a foreigner.

There's a passport I would like to revoke
from one person who thinks it's a joke
to repeatedly make fun of fellow writers.
Like a pugilist, she calls us 'prizefighters.'
What harm if we enjoy entering contests?
That doesn't prove whose poetry is best
because one person's opinion has weight
and another says it's open for debate.
If she's trying to deflate anyone's intellect,
she won't do it with a weapon of disrespect.
I applaud people who bravely try a new form
They're not afraid to write out of the norm.
She stabs with a pen, trying to draw blood
while sitting on her toosh like a couch spud.
We don't write to be popular. She's wrong,
but lord, she keeps howling the same ol song.
She claims we want attention and a high profile,
but her posts draw attention in words that defile.
I've never understood why her eyes get glazed
over contest entrants who should be praised.
She dares write of grace and having humility
but complains vehemently, and with hostility.
Her PS passport should be revoked & shredded
as punishment for being rude and hardheaded.
Since I was blessed to land here,
One matures…….as a young deer.
To be popular, is not my desire.
But to grow in desire, for poetry’s fire.
To be above all, graced with humility.
Do I try new forms in a mad frenzy?
For me, that simply…is not my style.
Truth, beauty, but never high profile!
The rain kisses the earth, as I now write.
Unable to pen of matters, rude or too trite.
