Yes I Can, Yes We Can

President Obama American president
Said yes I can, yes we can, and the whole
Nation cheered. He went on to say, he’ll do
All in his power to restore, and maintain
Democracy for the entire world to see.

I say, in my self am nothing, and cannot make
One step without God leading the way. One thing
I can say: yes I can do what He asks me to do
Through Christ He is my strength and stay.

Christ is my all in all, and nothing else.
No one and nothing can take His place,
The all inclusive Christ, full of great wisdom
Love and power not long now before I see His face.

The Power of Prayer, You Beat It Once

Jimmy, you beat it once
but now it's back, full force
Now we shall see the power of prayer
to remove the threatening dark horse

Cancer is a vile disease
we were with you then
and we are with you now
to practice the power of prayer

Though this time is not as the last
for one who is in Priestly study,
to show compassion as a friend
and pray as a theology student

yes one can do both, perhaps
that may make it more powerfull
that power of prayer, that we share
I want you to know that it is there

you beat it once with the power of prayer, you can do it again.

May the Lord grasp that cancer and pluck it from your body, and bring you back
to the wholeness you were, for yourself and Linda my Q10, my best friend.......

In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit We Pray.............

Power Outage

The sky turned black;
Yes, blacker than night'
When the heavens were split,
By a quick burst of light.
Scientist tell us that lightning
Goes from the earth to the skies,
But, truthfully, it happens way to fast,
To be verified by my aging eyes'
Something was struck,
For I heard a large boom.
And the lights were immediately,
Un-Operable in every room.
The storm lasted mere minutes,
While the power outage lasted for hours.
There was nothing we were able to do,
Until we had a restoration of power.
Sometimes that's the way with my spiritual walk;
I've cut off the power to live what I talk.
Yet, there is no need to wait for the utility crew,
I can once again let the power flow through.
By reading God's word and making time to pray,
Soon, I will find abundance of Power coming my way'
To quote the words,
Spoken by Jesus my Lord.
"Faith comes by hearing,
and re-hearing His word."
But faith without action-
He tells me that's dead'
If I add motion to my faith,
It's "Power up" and full speed ahead'

                                                                                    Arthur Ball (H.S.L.P.)

Passport To Paradise, Visa To Victory

Praise the lord for his milk, might and mercies,
Praise him for his love, light and Lordship,
Praise him for his peace, power and presence,
Praise him for his grace, grains and greatness,
Praise him for his word, works and wonders,
Praise him in sickness, strength and sorrows,
Praise him in winter… whatever the weather,
Praise him for your breath, blood and body,
Praise him for your wealth, woes and weakness,
Praise him for your earnings, errors and essence,
Praise him for the storms, the stars and sunshine,
Praise him for the rains, the rods and the rainbows
Praise him in spring… summer; sweet or sour seasons
Praise him in his sanctuary, while sitting or standing
Praise him for the soil, the skies and… the seas
Praise him for what you owe, own and hope for
Praise him for your past, present and prospects
Praises is the passport to peace, power and progress
Praise the lord wherever, whenever and whatever…

Defeat Satan!

What power does the devil weild
To use God's armor and the shield?

Say no to all the devil's tempts
Or else might become plain wimps!

The power of the Holy Spirit
To have the Word; I want to hear it!

Always bending to the truth
Praise the Lord and keep your youth!

Keep the faith; have no doubt
Unless you want to be kicked about!

And in you heart be not a fool
Jesus is the only rule!

Premium Member Angel Wings

A halo glow, faint, it’s shadow,
hangs on gossamer web of angel wings.
Voices flutter through naked space.
They float on clouds of love
high, high above the universe.
Singing praise and adoration
of man in his purest form.
The portal breeched in beams
of energy bursts reveal
nothing to us, as we give a slight
tilt of the head and tightening of the brow.
Yet, something is amiss, we feel,
as our equilibrium shifts ever so slightly.
They come to us, through us
all around, over, and wondrous to
behold, if it were possible.
Yet, we vacillate, we speculate,
we vacillate more. He sends His love,
His promise, for any, for all, or none.
It is our choice to believe, or not.
He simply wants to know
that in our heart of hearts,
we recognize the greater power
which is His and His alone.
The Power is over, under and through us.
Call it what you will, but recognize it.
Angelic beings exist because of this power.
They interfere with us in ways known
only by those who are touched, and
by those who can feel their presence.
There are many names for this Power
and for the angels.
The names grew out of a primitive time when
every family unit was separate,
when each was its own little nation.
Yet this single power had revealed Himself
to all of them, separately, and many names
were given Him.
Therefore, today, there are many who believe
that their concept of the The Power, is the
only true concept.
Some feel it is their duty
to convince others of this fact,
even going so far as to kill those who disagree.
The Power reigns supreme.
His word is law and some say
prophets came to foretell His law and judgement.
Some say He came Himself to give the message.
His name, established in peace and love
will endure forever, outlasting
even the fragments of this world
floating in decay.
While angels continue their
song of praise.
