Banned from Allpoetry
A moderator, with approval from a manager, found that someone broke the rules enough for
us to refuse access to the site to them for a time.
This ban was placed on: elhart, everyone1
This ban started on Nov 15 2:33 PM
This ban will last until Dec 15 2:05 PM. It is now November 18 06:18AM
If this is not you, please contact us at bans2@allpoetry.com
This is sent to both Larry and James.
http://allpoetry.com/elhart
http://allpoetry.com/everyone1
It has been requested recently that certain site rules and guidelines be followed.
This was then followed by a final warning and directives from AnnD the Site Supervisor. As
well as a reminder towards the rules, terms of use, and conditions to which your membership
of Allpoetry was to be fulfilled to allow further use as a platform to post material deemed fit
for purpose.
This and the aforementioned requests and warnings, you have now been seen to renegue on.
Your recent posts inciting civil unrest within the community of this private site.
The threats of actions being taken against censorship which has no place considering the
private ownership of the site.
The flagrant disregard of warnings previously brought to your attention.
Using the pages of Allpoetry to fuel a personal disagreement of the rules when requested
followed by moderator staff, not just on this occasion, but over the last year or more.
The past directives and requested informative rules asked followed have been the building of
the action now being taken. A one month ban, on both accounts.
A final and next step on the ban ladder will be a complete denial of access to Allpoetry and
sister sites, this will be the only action left to take.
Any attempts to access the site via alter accounts during this period will meet an immediate
addition of the names to this ban, and the actioning of the final stage.
This will be filed along with all previous correspondence from site staff from the creation of
both accounts.
If you have any questions regarding this action, the email is supplied to do so.

I had a dream —
different ... dark ... obscure
Mine’s wasn’t like Martin Luther King,
it was different
So very dark to the core
In my dream I saw his dream
masquerading as a fantasy
There were separate, reality TV camps competing:
radical, bellicose talk of Black Lives Matter,
and virtual, cyber walk of alt-right hate chatter
There were bone chilling sounds of
nuclear voices ... uranium saber rattlers,
and automatic gunfire arterial blood splatters
And in my dream
there was an iron-copper, ruddy king’s ring
coveted by a smiling Joker, batty as a Mad Hatter,
with an itchy trigger finger
And this nightmare of a dream snoring-ly lingered
My sleeping eyes saw a lot of marching in the night,
clashes of angry protest signs and torches burning bright
Different colored children wasn’t walking hand in hand,
hugging and kissing in harmonious unity
No, they were casting stones at each other,
hurling heavy curses and jagged profanity
In my dream, that dream that Martin Luther King seen
was a fake news rerun cancelled program broadcasting
And the interrupted voice of a moderator said:
a gunshot to the head killed Martin Luther King dead
Then there was a funeral for his dream,
with a sad procession of Obama supporters crying
I saw horror of horrors ...
dark clouds ominously began to evilly congregate,
and the fair trade winds wasn’t waving the flag
Fear merchants were selling whiskey bottles of hate,
and commemorative red, white and blue gag order rags
For some it was a festive atmosphere,
a grand occasion to sample a taste of times past
Blowing lead pellet trumpet sounds
of a shotgun baby shower blast,
Birth of a Nation music was merrily playing
Vaders celebrating the death of a starcrossed king’s dream,
opened my eyes to a rude Gentile awakening —
slumber promises begets delayed praying
I had a dream —
so different ...
That of a pauper, not of a king!

Subject: Why do I get an error when posting messages to a group?
The worst thing that ever happened was the whole web page disappeared to the
right of my screen once eye was able to snag it and bring it back but that seems
so impossible how that even worked and it only worked a few times not always
and when it went it went too far away and the mouse would not retrieve it and the
only thing that eye could do was to log off and back on and that won't work not
anymore.
The pain in my poor sober jaw the suffering that eye do for love is worth the price
of admission to heaven when we go.
Once there just inside the door there is a field of purple flowers where my
mansion lays in wait a picnic has been set complete with chicken fried steaks
and ice cream cones for me and mye parme.

What good memories living with our parents and grandparents Dr.Wolf and Dr.Erika,
My sons Kirk and Erik and my younger sister Antje and I all lived together in the beautiful house.
My sons signed up for soccer, my oldest son Kirk and his team won the soccer
championship,
Erik liked playing soccer too.
My younger sister Antje used to play lacrosse,
She also enrolled in the martial arts program.
I became a vice-president of research and education,
As well as moderator of discussions.
Went on to become a champion volleyball player with the Parents Without Partners team,
Our team won the championshio with a friendly game with the Americans.
I used to go on a picnic now and then with my sons,
We would buy a bucket of chicken from Colonel Sanders.
Afterwards we would get an ice-cream at the Dairy Queen,
When we were back home we watched sports on Television.
We watched the hockey team win the Stanley Cup,
The Blue Jays won the World Series.
These were days to remember,
I would drive our young children to elementary school.
They did exceptionally well at school,
Continued their schooling in the community of Bolton.
My handsome sons graduated and then went onto to date and marry,
Kirk and Jenn married in Muskoka and have beautiful children Merrick and Maya.
They moved to British Columbia, fell in love with the scenery,
Erik and his beautiful wife Lisette married in Costa Rica.
I always say society is living their dream,
May God bless us all.

life goes on
cool as an angels kiss
requires a crackling fire
moderator of my world
held in a cast iron stove.
first admission that seasons
are fickle, change inevitable,
rolling on through time
never quite the same.
gazing out through sheltering glass
my mind touches all that is familiar
trees, garden of drowsy flowers
up the path to the red door.
wherein I wait for…
I walked down the stage with moisture in my faces and a subtle smile on which everyone could rely. I held on to the uncompromising truth that could not be denied from my youth.
I still hold the pen that was placed in my hand and held it firmly with courage and dignity to walk over the land and a special cup that was given to me to drink from is still in that secured place in the cabinet. Some things never lose its composure even if it is not gold. Some people can see it from afar and if you are close, you could examined it with a magnifying glass.
The stage was packed around me and as far as my eyes could stretch, I could see hands waving in the thick crowd and the people were shouting and screaming out loud. I wasn’t sure if I should laugh or cry but it was a fulfilling feeling that I could not deny.
I stopped and pause for a while as the moderator made the introduction. It wasn’t Oprah Winfrey, Bouncy, Tina Turner, Adel, Lady Gaga , Taylor Swift, Dolly Parton or Abba on stage, it was a simple woman wearing a simple pair of shoes, it was hard to comprehend how I have survived so long in the lion’s den. The miracle that got me out made the universe scream and shout.
They made the introduction and the voice of the roaring crowd thundered in the sky. It shook the birds from the trees and sends them flying back to the calm sea. I move from town to town with the vessel of love spilling on the ground. Here I was with the object of truth covering my face as we worked on the final round to complete this phase.
All the naysayers and soothsayer, don men and Hench men, flatfoot man, pimps and hustlers, religious dons and gangs are all gallivanting around the town holding up their faces to complete the final round, and as the burden of truth begins to sink in the devil, and his agent begin to sing a petrifying hymn, leading them all to the altar of truth.
I could see behind the curtains, pearls, gold and diamond, dangling in front of me and just across from there ruby and sapphire standing in Juxtaposition staring at the Swiss chocolates piling on top of the dish and the appetite of truth dripping water from their cracked lips.
The crowd went wild, the city came alive and everyone was in agreement with the new crown.
I love a lot about who I am....
A Mistress who has come into her own
A sister that LOVES her sisters no matter what
A friend who will fight to the end for loved ones
A hard worker that does what needs to be done
A mother who REALLY misses her cubs
A lover...enough said there
An ex wife who would love to be mean
A moderator who has to be fair
A college student wanting a new career
And I am a poet....
A poet that writes MANY different ways
I write happy and sad
I write fantasy and haunted
I write about my past and my future
I write humor when I can
I write how I want and when I want
I write for me and for others as well
But MAKE NO MISTAKE...I will not
Change any of my work because it
Does not make sense to you...
You see some of what I write is not meant
To make sense in a logical way....but hey
If my work or that of any other is not to your
Taste...you do not have to read what I write.
I am a poet...a poet who will write what
I want any time and any place...that is what a
Poet does....we write poetry that is for us
And makes sense for us......
I will take the good comments as well as the bad
Just do not expect me to change for you.....
After all I am....A poet......
The moderator asked question after question
Every response, a boring digression
Time sure is money
And that is not funny
So if you watched the debate
You deserve a rebate
They smiled, shook hands and took their spots,
Preparing for a fight
And each made verbal jabs which filled
Supporters with delight.
They ducked and feinted, spewing words
To bring the other down,
Believing that by doing so,
They’d earn themselves the crown.
The moderator did his best
To keep them both on track
But it was hard because restraint
At least one side did lack.
The answer to “Who won?” depends
On whom you would promote.
We’ll learn the truth in several weeks
When we get out to vote.

James,
Your ban has been extended to a week for creating new accounts to bypass sitebans. This is again a site
policy which had you acquainted yourself with initially this could have been avoided. Any further attempts to
bypass this ban will lead to a month.

James, you are receiving a three day siteban from AllPoetry and all affiliated sister sites due to your
persistent violation of rules, namely in relation to spam.
We previously discussed your IMing your poem to over 800 members, since then you've entered one singular
post into over 100 various contests of which it did not singularly meet the criteria of, and then flooded a
thread on the policies board with more poetry (poetry is not for any forum on site).
At this point we've been left little recourse but to take this action, spam and causing unrest within the
membership is not something we can allow to continue.
I would ask on your return you familiarise yourself with site policies and adhere to them, the bans only get
easier to gain and longer in length from here out.

They marched onto the stage,
Their confidence or nervousness
Impossible to gauge.
The moderator welcomed them.
The crowd gave their applause;
And then we held our breaths, in hope
Of seeing someone’s flaws.
Their words lashed out, attacking,
Modern weapons they were wielding;
And both repeated errors –
To the truth they weren’t yielding.
We squirmed a bit at things they said
And silently entreated,
Encouraging our candidate
To not act so defeated.
The commentators waited
‘Til the battle reached its end
And then declared the winner,
Which supporters would defend.
At home, we turned the tube off
And, elated or dismayed,
We wondered if the undecided
Might have gotten swayed.

Plus the VP’s set to meet,
It’s too soon to determine
