Latent Desires

A world of illusions procreates
blinking sustained delusions
existence shivering in probabilities
memories afloat in traces astray
If only I were a meteor
I'd cross those barriers
to merge their essence for you..

Surviving beliefs proclaim strengths
astounding errors of hurled conquests
a seed of faith cocoons itself
in hazy blue dreams
If only I were a blissful rainbow
I'd splash hopeful colours
melting through the breeze for you..

Dark hallucinations evaporate
shrines of intuition exasperate
realities hinder imaginations
locking invisible worlds in mist
If only I were a feather in clouds
I'd wipe the dust of charades
sweeping showers of love for you..

Mortal moments stride along
paranoia of wanderer remains
wondering if forever sustains
a light to caress tender heart
If only I were a pious rivulet
I'd wash away those scars in flow
gleaming reborn leaves for you..

Superfluous battles of anxieties
pointing ancient spears of malady
shattering trust of naivety
masked crowds leading to agony
If only I were a lighthouse
I'd guide your fears in storms
projecting lucid emotions for you..

Sometimes I wonder if I really belong
to a world lost in speculations
If only I were a nurtured moment
If only I were a frivolous feeling
If only I were an eternal story
I'd orchestrate a timeless journey
mesmerizing parallel universes for you..

My love I am just a heart
striving to breathe in reality
scattered along my latent desires
all I am is a scintillating memory
tapping your silence in whispers
to hold you in my arms maybe..

Premium Member Those Pair of Latent Eyes

She has a pair of subtle eyes to brood in forlorn,
the vile tale of heart rending cacophonic dissolution.
Those eyes were meek, never crude
to yearn the ties of proximity longed!
Those meek adorable eyes have endured
the absolute phases of reckless decimation:
have witnessed the brutal armageddon
of its plunderers desolation,
who have thwarted her genial expectations!

She has those mystic musing eyes
to impulse in pensive disposition,
an amiable abode of assured assertion,
to recreate the invisible affable bonding of elation;
a placid reciprocating ambience of virtuous relation:
has flair for the protection, the care, the infallible affection,
despite, those hands' propensity for imprudent desolation!

Those pair of sober eyes longed to thrive in composure and attention; in delectation, never in aversion!
Oh! what a horrific sight, with the axes in the hands,
the slayers and usurpers of its tranquil serenity
are waiting like sordid savages for her dire extinction!

Her latent moistened eyes are witnessing the march of those executioners:
are sobbing in utter horror and dismay,
cursing and shrieking quietly her non kinetic endeavours,
to conserve the sacred entity in virgin forests; pristine,
from the unscrupulous callous ventures of the predators.

She has those whimpering eyes to foresight;
to remind the dire repercussions
of dereliction of reckless deviations;
Are wailing and mourning in utter seclusion,
the ceaseless thumps of the usurpers' annihilation.

Those Pair of Latent Eyes are Nature's Eyes, neither vague, nor obscured:
silently screeching and watching,
the relentless heedless ravagers' devastations,
Not yet any restoration, despite beseeching imploration,
needless to predict, will reveal in various manifestations!

Latent Tuberculosis

Rosy lips,
And rosy cheeks,
Plump face,
A person with a grace!

His ‘good’ (?) health,
Behoves his wealth,
Eats well,
Looks well!

But becomes easily breathless,
Often gets night-sweats,
His health is virtual,
And not real!

This ‘big’ boss,
Can not have “Koch’s!”
Some one may challenge,
Beware! A strange cozenage!!

Premium Member Latent Desires

As lightning fills the room
a fright’ning flash of doom,

and thunder shakes the night
I wonder if it’s right

this feeling deep within
concealing latent sin,

these lusted dreams that be
a latent part of me.

Premium Member Latent Wonderings

What if mine eyes were trained to see
the eyes of God watching me.

What if my pupil were old soul in young orb
or my budding muse was more inquisitive.

What if I were schooled to be seen
and heard, with grammatically correct words.

What if my chores consisted of travels, via
books; with landscapes and minds to enrich mine.

What if choreographed moves to piano tunes were
another of my chores, before evening walks by the sea.

What if I was told fresh air was comparable
to God's breath, and morning was first gift.

What if giving or sharing were expressed
as voluntary instigator of blessings.

What if I was made to see all races of us; young and
old alike, as students and teachers until our last breath.

What if I was shown the beauty of converse
no harsh words of course... I'd C all A's and Bees.

Latent Storm

Stiff, resinous clouds
sleep upon the tempest tail
gathering strength to churn.

To kindle love latent within

You have no time, time’s not with us,
Back still, let love be brought with us.

Let no time rob our love in life,
Nor spill over love’s pot with us.

Forgotten we have naught with time,
Nor has ill time still caught with us.

Let’s give it a go, make it work,
Let’s find that missing dot with us,

And kindle love latent within,
Seek what was long unsought in us.

Premium Member Latent Pain

The promise made
From soul to soul
Is but a trade
Of things once whole.

The sojourn brings
A changing spring
That ever flings
With what time brings.

The mood seems clear
Where loss of cheer
Strings a new fear
Where pain must steer.

The flood of toil
Leaves empty spoils
That till the soil
As harsh times foil.

The touch of jest
Can ease harsh fest
In that lost quest
As cause flunks test.

The sad sad smiles
Now seem to pile
In sober wiles
Less than worthwhile.

The promise then
Once made in haste
Is but a when
That leads to waste.

Premium Member Latent Heat

Latent heat’s invisible,
with potency tangible,
feeling caterpillar’s sigh,
dreaming of a butterfly.

Plateaus before peaks a test,
to check if in trust we rest,
knowing that in timeless time,
we’ll imbibe bliss throbs sublime.

Latent Energy Within

A latent state of energy

Combined with spirituality

Combined can set us existentially free

From this twisted deluded false reality

Where hate and envy rules supreme

And racist, xenophobic, jealousy are held up as piously

As the glorious genocidal warmongering regimes

A state where heroic acts are enacted through slaughter

Into the valley of death they rode

To kill or to die

Let's celebrate this and ignore that it defines

Man's inhumanity to its fellow man.

Deep within we must find this latent energy

To make a stand

To break free from this state

To find a new one of peace, love and grace

Where we ride into valleys only to help and save

We need to find a better place

Where being heroic is an act of kindness

An act of love and stopping the hatred

A new state of tolerance and sharing

Of coming together uniting and caring

There is a latent energy spiritual state within us all

To create our earth as this place

But we need to find it and educate

Everyone to help them find this same place

And to leave genocide, destruction and intolerance behind

See the light and stop being blind

The blindness that's caused by anger and hate

Caused by a negative, ignorant state

Show people living in an existentialist way

Is better than surrendering your life to a state

That wants to slave or throw your life away

To a system that's twisted and flawed and is now in decay.

An undiscovered talent wonders waiting to be exposed
The power of reason can be exemplified, a latent quality.
The known geniuses who found the switch, their minds metamorphosed,
Brian Cox to mention one, a living reality.
They say mental telepathy is a latent talent.
I think that is a total fallacy, intuition I would say is more likely.
Geophysical latency, a piece of carbon, in it a latent diamond.
A sandy beach what latency lies in its depths,
Lalique, Tiffiney, Daum, Steuben, glazed holes in walls.
Poetry, in all human life, a latent talent,
sadly not all can reach the switch.
Poets, arnt we the lucky ones'!

That Latent Summer

A strum of guitar in the rain
falling softly near my shame
all those kisses in the past
a memory a thought an everlast
no I didn't no I couldn't but I did
you knew I couldn't keep it hid ?

laughter peels hearts a stripped
eyes of color butter whipped
nicely thoughts burnt cigarettes
you and I reading, "The Gazette "
yes I folded like an origami cloth
as I clung to the flame like a moth,

on the veranda you a newcomer
on that hot and lonely latent summer .

Latent Black Payback

Losses not consolidated leave contributor raw
Arrears rip pages of rational compassionate law
Turblent thoughts toss turn to channel retaliation
Embittered brain rubs static into smooth radio station
Nocturnal curtain eternal drawn over forgiving stance
Tortured cortex tar drips coal smudge repugnance

Behind lids of eyes fingertips pressing upon
Lacking exposure conjures warped projection
Attonement can't be granted during darkness
Confessions sparkle once in white starkness
Killing accountability in murky private mind

Proliferating hatred sees old harm magnified
Asperity of sins committed stew in torpid trench
Years of historic plot twist regale harsh revenge
Bulged breeding dim ideas seethe evil scheme
Attack mapped by movie shock putrid scenes
Creeping balaclava covered crow bar at chest
Knavish initiation repaid with blood reaps debt
