SHALL WE DANCE

Shall we dance, as two snakes encircling one another,
A bite to the strike, whom draws the first blood of
Passions bitter poison.
Venomous vipers, engaged in a twisted game of hidden desires,
Shielded by golden bands of confinements vows of promise,
Yet yielding under the guise of the serpent’s folk tongue.
Reptilian lovers Intertwining, beneath the light rays of the
Elliptical moons illumination, deceiver’s side slithering,
The truth of reality’s harsh dawning to come.
Desert tempest creatures, crushed under the swelling
Sand storms of destiny, rising in the winds rip tidal shift
Of exotic’s throngs of passion, then dashed upon the
Rocks of calamity’s destructive force.
Behold the skins of shame, we’ve shed in this our lost
Garden of paradise called Eden, as we descend limb
By limb, unraveling, retanggling, in a mutual enticement’s
Partaking of the unripen fruit, in this the harvested
Orchard of deceit, and lies of pleasure spoils.
Rattling’s bad to the bone species, are these
Deceiver’s dwelling under the moonlight,
Loves vanquished, by passions burnt embers
Of lusts cold blooded flame.
Veracity’s fiercest retile's in mortal combat
With their human hearts, or their raw physical
Basic instincts, the animal within themselves,
The beast of desire, exposing the coiling in raptures
After glow of the exotic.
In the emerald eyes of the snakes flashing, these
Are the transfixed, paralyzed prisoners of loves
Passionate vipers, the cursed of the forbidden.
Poisons intoxicated figures, silhouetted in the red
Moons seduction zone, he the hooded king cobra,
And I his empress taipan of the orient.
Glittering do our scales of temptation, damnation,
Oh but to die in this incoilment’s display of eternal
Abandonment, a climatic apex of poisonous predators,
Ripping, tarring at their bare exposed fleshes
Atonement, unsheived are these carnivores
Of passion.
Shall we dance, as two snakes encircling one another,
A bite to the strike, whom draws the first blood
Of passions bitter poison.

The Trouser Snake

There once was a king cobra called Lance,
Who heard music and went in a trance.
People thought he was asleep,
As his thoughts were so deep.
Then he reared up and lunged for their pants.

King Cobra

When spoken to talk lightly,
     I have no good advice.
A King of cobras answered me
What he told me then was this.

"There are different things to say
     Different things to do
     A different path to choose
A different way that you lose. . ."

     I didn't hear you clearly;
     I didn't catch your name.
     Fire burns my conscience,
But no one is to blame.

     "Others walk a silken thread,
     Others never knew.
Little are those things I know
     I never knew I knew."

     A cobra and a liar;
     A Beggar and a thief!
     A missing intuition
     Without meaning or belief.

"You are other things you say,
     You are half a day;
     You would answer callously
     And I would go away."

Who would ask me what you know?
     Who would like your name?
     No one told you endlessly
That I am just the same!

     "Walk or talk in bargains;
     Sell me for a price.
Your conscience has the upper hand,
     And I was never nice."

The Dream Snatcher

A storm's raging in the realm of Daga
Coachman pulls his horses to halt
There stood a castle with gargoyles spouting water
While rain poured cats and dogs

From a Royal carriage descends a passenger
Cloaked head down to his feet
An owl was terrified of seeing him, flew off instantly

At the crack of thunder, bats came rushing out the halls
A dark shadow appeared at the door, and made a trolling call
“Dreaded day to you My Lord,” this way to den
"Dream Snatcher" was trapped in a mirror
As King cobra slid pass and went

The Devil removed his cloak, and the incantations commenced
“Dream Snatcher you are hereby summoned to snatch dreams of children
I command! Away with dreams and frighten them...
Scare them with blood sucking vampires, soul eaters, and ugly ghouls
Let no child escape, the dreamless fate that will ensue"

"Come forth and honor me
Bow down on your knees
And the Demon chanted
"Ra-Ra- Daga-Daga-Dunga, By the powers of darkness come forth from the mirror, Ra-pa-pa"

Out of the mirror came a blinding streak of light
The Dream Snatcher was set loose to spread havoc at his delight

Then Lucifer spoke to the Thunder God of sky

" I'm sending out this warning to children everywhere
Look in the corners of your rooms and under your beds
Up at ceilings or maybe somewhere in your heads
Watch out! Who's that there? He's coming for you"

The Dream Snatcher is here...

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!"

King Cobra and I

I startled you as you lay dreaming
With burnished scales and body gleaming
Upon an ochre sunny, sandy bank
Contrasting with your elongated flank

You rose with quick-silvery motion
Without sound or needless commotion
And spread wide your captivating hood
While in awe gazing, mesmerized I stood

You flicked your fork tongue at me testing
Simultaneously threatening and protesting
Swaying to your primeval ancient dance
As I stood rooted in admiring transfixed trance

You tasted once again my human essence
While I in turn took in your luminescence
And then with an imperceptible low hiss
You vanished, leaving me in humbled bliss

Knowing a Trap

All the markings of danger read,
actions upon it make you dead;
back off from it by prudence's stead.

King cobra fangs and crueler things,
cautions wary and messages brings;
attacks come like a siren sings.

A ship captain must know to moor,
when typhoon waves strike the shore;
a trap is set as in classical lore.

Knaves and scholars face equal risk,
the silent sudden attack is brisk;
the unforeseen trap is swift as a whisk.

A man, a warrior makes plans in haste,
he has no time for justice to waste;
but wisdom tells the poison pill is laced.

Pouch Poetry 5 - 9

5.
is it true love
or i do take it granted
that i’m in love

or i do love to think
that i’m loving

and there is
neither any welcome address
nor any opening song
in my love

my experience with heat of fire
and with burning pain
in the flames of water
is nothing less

6.
in course of burning
i look around

the chilly-plant in the tob
planted in my won-hand
producing green-chillies

oh-ho how sweet they are

it is no chilled-body
that has earned
my life or death

no remarkable mark
is endorsed
on the lotus-leaf

now easily some words
can be written
on you

i don’t know whether
those would be at all
some lines of a poem

7
someone falls in loves
someone makes love
love comes to some another

there is the far-off
whispering

at first she constructs me
then destroys rightly

i notice her
for the first time in six weeks

the love
that writes
in the footnote of the tennis-ball
a desperate struggle for existence

within our skull
there is the love

or the midnight of the orion

the little squirrel asked now
are you in your seventies
or eighties

those houses with the coating of
the sky the air the light-and-shade
provide me with the presentation of
a wig and
a set of artificial teeth
8.
the love
that touches the hand
in drizzling

the love
that gets lost in the brandishing
grasses

would they want to inform
that the flowers don’t have any skyscraper

in the layers of the flesh and blood
of the detergents
as if a whole human civilisation has been suffering
from suppressed pain

within it with the dry spell of
anger and cough
the time

had there been no feeding from the love
does the human civilisation stagger

9.
do you think those words
or it’s myself

whatever may you say now
i’ll travel within a great death
to die

rather after my demise i may tell
i’ve informed everyone …look

beneath the large evergreen flower tree
the game of light and shadow continues

beside those simple households
besides a high-head mobile-tower
what else would you like to be

is it a bath in the ganga-river is it a leaf
of the water-lily or it’s a king-cobra
tell me

i would now make love
with that idea from you

Swing

Three young kids sit on the double swing
In nearby woods nightingale will sing
As kids swing on the swing
They talk about everything

They talk about adventures in distant places
Light of joy lights up on their faces
To the south tropical beaches
To the north cold breezes

The animals like polar bear in frozen tundra
Mongolian death worm in distant Asia
Wolves chasing caribou following the alpha
Komodo dragon, ropen from New Guinea, and Indian king cobra

View from the swing is far towards north, south, east and west
Each of brothers will have his own quest
The swing is place where they will rest
As they will expand their families crest

The swing reaches far to the air to great expanse
The vastness of that expanse
Makes children’s young souls with joy dance
It is like a dream a romance

But as fresh air reaches the lungs the vision inside it will turn to transcendence
The vision of to universe counterbalance
The spirit that will begin as one writing universe laws and end in brilliance
Equal radiance at the end from base and planetary destiny absolute eminence

In worlds most distant waters children want to swim
But for now let them dream
Swing so small so large to a child will seem
They will remember the wonder years when one day they realize their dream

King Goes Into Trance

                                    Ballerina dance
                      On seeing her stance
             King goes into trance

King wants to tango
He looks like Django
Under the tree - mango

              The cutie says "No!"
                   "King! please let me go
I am not in moe "

                                   The cutie in fear
Jumps on the chair - near
              King hissed up the gear

09.03.16

The inspiration was a picture of a scared Ballerina on her toe over a chair watching something very fearful and I have imagined it as a King cobra ...

Forest

The vast forest deep and dark
The northern side surrounded by meadow forming an arc
From the west, ocean in which exist whales orcas and great white shark
From the south mountains in which great king is a monarch

In the forest trees grow tall
Each has its own unique soul
The beauty of the forest can be seen in fall
When golden and red leaves from those trees fall

The forest can be dangerous but enchanted place
Still there are many difficulties in there one must face
The forest is not on this earth or other space
It is a metaphor a beyond a spiritual place

But back on earth a dragon in actual forest will dwell
He has three heads and long tail
The secrets of soul to him their visage will unveil
And that is what will make him excel

Those secrets are of course in the forest of the metaphor the sky
To which no bird can simply fly
This is the place where secrets will lie
And their glory through the dragon to earth they will supply

In the forest of the sky among others live two snakes
They live close to the two lakes
One is king cobra smartest of all snakes
The other is king snake who is immune to venom of other snakes

The venom represents spiritual perils found in the forest of the sky
But no matter how much venom this snake will not die
And that power it will to the dragon pass by
And dragons mind will rejoice as towards expanse it will fly

Slithering Meat

Reptile meat got a foul swallow
The creeping things they eat
emit putrid vapors ...
vocal odors lemmings do follow

Falling off the cliff
into the mouth ...
Bask in the saliva nasty

Get paralyzed stiff —
a human mouse ...
Cheesy flavor of a patsy

Snakes eat rats
Big boa sin swallow up
little mice men

Slithering meat
is an abominable eat

Humans eat the snake
that ate the rat
Viper lip spitting fake
was a lying cat

Ouroboros wail,
head eating the tail
Gator toes tipping the scale;
safe open ... lock failed

The creeping things you eat
will give you weasel daydreams
Gorge on the slithering meat,
digest Bubonic Plague schemes

Snakes eat rats
King cobra sin swallow up
pawn mice men

Humans eat the snake
that has flicker love for the Mickey
Fork lips spitting fake,
Komodo dragon claws blood lickey

Ouroboros wails,
serpent head eating the rodent tails
Tapering toes charm the faint frails;
jaws open ... heart failed

A wicked, pulmonary feed
is slithering in the high, tall weeds
A taste of paralyzing greed
will molt covetously into evil deeds

Politely

He sparks the fiery conversation
Ever so slightly, she warms to his cool attentions
Inviting his charm and well placed punctuation
Approving of his advances and clear intentions

It starts out a suffocating initiation
With some discomfort and smoke inhalation
His saxes laughter clearing the air, hitting all her right notes
The tension easing into a sweltering and stimulating intercourse

Her horoscope confirming his bioscope
A sultry extension of her leg...a gentle stroke
His ego becomes the king cobra to her serpent like eyes
Thirsty for something darker than red wine, she licks his lips

Tongues intertwine like forks
His heart howls softly like a fox
Teasing him with silky underwear...
Forbidden to touch like her Tupperware

My King'

Elvis was the "King of Rock and Roll."
And prior to him, there was Nat "King" Cole.
Roy Rogers was known as "King of the Cowboys;"
And NASCAR's "King," Richard Petty, could sure make some noise.

King Kong climbed the Empire State,
While a king cobra hides in the grass and waits.
Refer to Benny Goodman as the "King of swing,"
But if you seek tasty meals, go see Burger King.

During the 60's, TV's Sky King flew his plane overhead,
The King Ranch in Texas is a very huge spread'
People whose last name is King are easy to find.
Martin, Don, Rodney, and Alan quickly come to mind.

A childhood game-which many adults play still,
Is to see who'll remain as "King of the Hill."
Some are heroes, some villains; some may not be well known.
But all will end up beneath six feet of ground.

I follow another King who supercedes these.
He is called "Immanuel" and "Prince of Peace."
His earthly existence was only thirty-three years,
Yet He experienced temptation, hurt, and yes....even tears'

Jesus is the One who walked this old sod,
Our Saviour, Redeemer, the Great Son of God.
I have read in the Bible what He has to say,
And I read His promise to return and catch me away'

Future life in Heaven is not all He will give;
For He directs us now in the ways we should live.
That's why we'll worship Him 'til the end.
For He is our dearest, sweetest, most intimate friend.
And daily His mightily praised we sing;
Glory to Jesus- the King of all Kings'

                                                            Arthur Ball (H.S.L.P.)

Ouroboros Morals

Cottonmouth America
bite the asylum-seeking refugees
at your border entry
Let them feel the hard enamel compassion
of your diamondback speech
Rip the children from their mother’s loving arms,
then take their daddy’s protective pride
and cast it aside
Give hard candy charity
to the forced orphan babies
with no teeth
There’s a flood of separation tears
merging into the Rio Grande
Fleeing families got a belly full of fears,
as human coyotes lead them
to the tarnished rainbow
at the end of their perilous journey
Boa constrictor America
choke the hope of the desperate,
crush the soul within their weary bones
Anaconda America
with the black mamba heart
Deport the parents,
and keep their children
Ouroboros morals ...
scaly dogs who voodoo viper bark
Let your slithering justice
retreat into a cave of isolation dark
King Cobra America
with the deadly adder heart
Feed more hard candy enamel speech
to your poisoned mind citizens
with rotting teeth
Ouroboros morals ...
let the war head
eat the saber-rattling tail
Cottonmouth America
feel the icy cold-hearted compassion
that will devour you from within
Taste the toxin: fiery radioactive fruit
of your mushrooming nuclear family inhumanity —
Molting to death on your own sin
