The love God gives remains unbound.
Jesus of Nazareth came down.
Everlasting, His love abounds.
Deliverer and Redeemer: crucified, He died.
Eternal sacrifice, His perfect life tried.
Painfully executed, giving no retort to their lies.
Omnipotent creator, teacher, and revelator
Righteous, He lived, and died; over sin the victor.
Incomprehensible pain He, for us bore.
Two women, Mary, His mother, and Mary Magdalene
Inconceivable how perfect love and wisdom fomented.
Overcome with grief, Nicodemus and more lamented.
Never ending love, on the third day Jesus the Christ, alive presented.

God’s blessings are new every morning
I awaken to send up praises to Him
And I want to remind you of His warning
For those who do not believe, the end is grim
God sent His one and only Son into the world
To be a sacrifice for those who would believe
Find salvation in the One who has whirled
Each of us into a dance that we could never conceive
A dance of faith that believes in real praise
A dance of joy that fills us up with pure wonderment
A dance of hope that reassures all our days
A dance of love that gives true abandonment
God’s blessings are alive with a roaring fire
Revealing compassions that come from above
His revelations are the miracles that inspire
Enlightenment and a rich creativity built by love
God sent His one and only Son into the world
To save us from sins that would be an end to us
Thanks to Him, all our sins have been buried
In a past that is cast far away so there is no fuss
We no longer need to cry about our dreadful past
He has saved us from the darkest night of terror
He answers prayers that come from the heart if asked
And gives renewed hope to those who prepare her
Heart… Give it to the Lord God above, Jesus of Nazareth
The One who brings the greatest peace and love
The One who brings blessings that are earth shattering
His salvation is the greatest gift sent from above
Jesus is the answer to every problem!
Have faith and believe He is the good Shepherd
He is filled with a love and peace that is awesome
With Him living inside, you’ll be alive forever
There's a Good Man just up that hilltop there.
A Good Man,
He loves all children, both the troublemaker and the perfect ones.
He loves the poor and gives them alms and shelter.
He loves the hungry and thirsty, he feeds them and gives them wine.
He loves all who mourn, and comforts them.
He loves the ill and heals them of their ailments.
He loves the peacemakers, and befriends them.
Among these things, this Good Man loves sinners, and he dines with them.
Despite these things, that Good Man is up there on that hilltop, among the thieves and the criminals.
Despite his love for all, he's treated like a murderer, flogged and beaten.
Tortured;
All for his blasphemy.
He was forced up that hilltop against his will,
But never did I see him strike any who condemned him,
Nor did I see him curse all who struck him.
As the beating sun scorned upon the crowd and the Good Man,
No longer carrying his piece of wood upon his back;
His face turns upward, to the sky.
And he calls for Elijah.
Soon, the Good Man dies.
The King of the Jews dies by Roman hands.
As the Good Man dies,
The earth trembles
The sky turns cloudy and blackens out the sun
The winds nearly blows us all on our backside.
Soon, it becomes apparent to all onlookers,
That this man was no Blaspheimer.
The Good Man was the Son of God.
And instead of bowing down to him,
We crucify him.
And so,
I tell you,
On the top of that hilltop,
Dead,
Among the sinners,
Is a Good Man.
A Man who loved all.
A man sent by Elijah and killed by us.

Up Golgotha’s hill Jesus carried a cross,
to take upon himself all of mankind’s dross.
Thereby to be hung between two convicted thieves,
each Easter we hear the story His death leaves.
But this isn't where Jesus' story would stop,
the soldiers affixed a sign to the cross’ top.
Saying "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews,"
He willingly was paying all mankind's dues.
Among themselves, His garments, then we're parted,
and each Easter, Christians celebrate, brokenhearted.
Lots were cast by soldiers, for his seamless robe,
now this occasion is remembered around the globe.
Figures of immense reputation and popularity they were
Attracting public attention and admiration in the pursuit of their great works
Leaving behind them a legacy of some kind
But going with them their unique characters.
Wasn’t the explosion of Christianity the work of Jesus of Nazareth?
And the burst of Islam not the work of Muhammed of Mecca?
Neither will the admirable leadership of Julius Caesar;
Nor the conquests of the unlearned Charlemane,
And the military successes of Alexander the great,
Be forgotten in History.
If the British can forget Napoleon’s continental system
Jews then, would forget Hitler’s concentration camps
And history would entirely cease recalling his mentor Mussolini.
What if Carl Marx did not propound radical socialism?
Lenin then, would not have smashed the bourgeoisie and ruled Russia
Neither would the principles of Marxism-Leninism be sustained by Stalin
Nor would Churchill seal the border between the East and the West with an iron curtain.
A grave mistake it would be to forget Martin Luther King Jr.
For if he be forgotten, Mahatma Ghandi then would also be
And the entire movement of nonviolence
Will stop covering many pages of modern history books.
Had it not for Kwame Nkruma and Hastings Banda to cut the rope of colonialism
The ambitious Cecil Rhodes then,
Would have drained the whole continent of all its economic wealth.
The ascendancy of Nelson Mandela from the horizon of apartheid
Was not the beginning of Maximillien Robespierre’s reign of terror;
Characterized by avenges and reprisals
But the emergence of Abraham Lincoln’s true democracy.
What if Caesar were not butchered?
William Shakespeare then, would not have been the greatest playwright
Causing Charles Dickens and Chinua Achebe not to appear.
For the existence of a Jewish state, David Ben Gulion fought
But for the reemergence of a Palestinian state, Yasser Arafat strives.

so meet Jesus face to face and encounter Him this day
develop a relationship with Him and to Him continue to pray
so welcome Jesus into your heart and embrace His spirituality
for a real encounter with Jesus can change your reality
Easter was the earthquake that shook mankind's foundation
when Jesus the Christ was resurrected to give us eternal salvation
yet many people feel that the resurrection was just mythology
that Jesus of Nazareth did not arise from the dead in actuality
and many people miss the point of what Easter truly represents
as it's not about man but God and the gift to us He sent
for God loved us so much He sent His only begotten Son
whose death was the catalyst for the victory that man had won
In the war against evil we now have God's resurrection power
to lift us up and revive us at any given hour
from Moses to Jesus to the Rev. Dr. King and on to Malcolm X
men of faith whose untimely deaths we did not expect
they thought boldly, cared deeply,
lived and loved with a passion for what's right
they stood up against the powers that be
and for righteousness and justice they did fight
yet the masses continue to follow those who don't care about the whole
those individuals drunk on power who only want to stay in control
but those in Christ know for a fact that true power comes from God
as He is the only entity capable of giving life to the heart
the resurrection power that was bestowed upon His Holy Son
the ultimate life support that revived Him after all was said and done
Jesus the Christ had arisen and with Him we did too
for His resurrection was the divine gift that has made us all brand new
so when you have lost all hope and can see no way out
call on the resurrection power of God to remove the spirit of defeat and doubt
the resurrection power the gift that comes from the Lord Christ
will lift you up and revive you to a whole new way of life
This is the King of the Jews,
The inscription proclaimed to all
Who passed by the cross on Golgotha’s hill.
Pilate could not have known that day
That the words he had inscribed there
Were the TRUTH to mankind revealed.
To be predicted means that you’re the fruition,
Of a rational process, effortful and determined;
We can all predict that someone will soon cure cancer,
And so Jesus was foretold as medicine’s romancer.
The name Jesus Christ means predicted saviour,
And Isaiah 53 verse 5 states that he definitely would be,
Wounded by the government for the people’s freedoms,
But that because of his wounds society would be superior.
Those who were intelligent just before Jesus came,
Felt a wave of change in the medical field,
Where doctors only treated the families of the rich:
The intelligent said that such a wave would equality yield.
When Christ was stressed out, about to be arrested,
He forsook his medical mind and surrendered all to god;
You can see that the god thing is for trials by government,
Or today, trials by society when your stance is not odd.
Upon arrest, the soldiers wanted Jesus of Nazareth,
Not Jesus the son of god, or the Jesus of any divinity tribe,
And Jesus simply replied to them “I am he,” squarely and plainly,
Unlike at his trial, where for speech he had to be bribed.
The allegation was indeed productivity in profession,
His work skill, which came and grew from his family roots;
He got much social power from his healings and exorcisms,
As he had learnt the joinery trade well, had invented new shoots.
Caiaphus asked if he was a king from the miracles he did,
Miracles of course being new methods and techniques,
And he replied to Pilate that god, the church and he himself,
Determine his actions, that their lee-way is his health.
Jesus was popular at church, not amongst the government,
So it was informally considered to be his validator;
The question was whether the people still saw state over church,
For common order to be maintained and not left in the lurch.
He knew he would die for the good he had done in life,

It was a turbulent time but a promise was about to be fulfilled
When all in attendance would become Holy Spirit filled
Understand that the power of God manifests in the midst of your pain
And recognize then the devil will try to paralyze you with shame
Know that when the Holy Spirit comes It comes to renew
Know that when the Holy Spirit comes it comes to make you a new you
There is promise in that pain that you're now feeling
Just trust in the Lord God there will be a healing
So be in the place of praise in spite of your pain
So that holy healing spirit of the LIving God on you can now rain
Now do more than just get it together you need to gird up your loins
Ready for a new horizon and a new dawn
Yes there are some who seem to be okay but are only Sunday converts
Wolves in sheep's clothing spewing perversity and hurt
To dance with the Spirit you need to want to be made whole
So that the Spirit can now come into your life and cleanse your heart, mind and soul
To dance with the Holy Spirit in the midst of your hurt, pain and shame
You need to have a relationship with the One whose name is above all other names
Sacred Secret
It started with a lie
It started with a choice
Choice to obey the Creator
Choice to listen to another voice
Voice of God's enemy
Voice that incites disobedience
Disobedience leads to sinful state
Disobedience leads to death
Death for all humankind
Death because of one man's sin
Sin is a missing of the mark
Sin can be forgiven by God
God had a purpose in mind
God had designed an earthly paradise
Paradise that was lost to humans
Paradise could be found again
Again we could have God's favour
Again we could be free
Free from sin and death
Free from lies and slavery
Slavery to disobedience
Slavery to suffering
Suffering for centuries
Suffering without relief
Relief was promised, but by whom?
Relief identity was still a mystery
Mystery of a sacred secret

Abraham was told "look to the skies above"

Light that would bless all humankind
Humankind that was born in sin
Humankind that needed a saviour
Saviour identity was the mystery
Saviour would come from Abraham

Israel produced the Messiah
Messiah was the saviour of the world

Crucifixion
Christ died on a cross for the sins of all the people of the world; past, present, and future.
Resurrection was a secret plan, not known by the rulers, nor understood by the prophets.
Universal crucifixion knowledge, after the fact, was God's plan directed by Christ to his followers.
Christians were to teach and preach the good news of Christ's crucifixion, burial, and resurrection.
Individual acceptance and personal belief that Christ is God's son is the key to eternal life.
Faith and hope were listed among the greats, with love being the greatest of them all.
Irresistible Grace, in my opinion and understanding, is not taught in the Bible.
X designed crosses was one of several designs used to crucify criminals.
I believe that Jesus is the Christ sent by God to die for the sins of the whole world.
On a cross between two thieves, Jesus told one of them, "Today, you will be with me in paradise".
Never has there been, nor ever shall be, a greater story than that of Jesus of Nazareth.
