Best Installment Poems

A Single Blade of Grass

I’ve read a lot about the stars—
sought precious knowledge of deep space.
Wondered when we’ll go to Mars—
pondered if we’ll leave this place.

Some problems here on earth, it seems;
though much here that I treasure.
But is it still a field of dreams,
or merely life in search of pleasure?

Nothing here we really own.
In error the thought we can possess.
We’ve mastered the installment loan;
now we are addicts of excess.

Has it always been this way?
Searching daily for advantage?
Hunting for the easy prey?
Putting them at disadvantage?

Consider then the nascent earth,
rolling forth in its perfection.
Safe for us from date of birth;
lives within our world’s protection.

Shouldn’t we give something back;
become ardent stewards of all life?
Summon strength that others lack;
depart from paths that beckon strife?

In doubt that you might shepherd change
and render chaos into sanity?
Offer truth in fair exchange
as worthy bargain for humanity?

This would be a daunting task—
challenge to the noblest mind—
yet some are unafraid to ask
what they might do for humankind.

Let thus emerge a sacred mien,
that one with purpose can surpass.
For lawns could never be so green
without each single blade of grass.

Premium Member Body Map

Sleepless, the body becomes
a mind map strung out on a bed,
color coded in degrees of pain.
Each movement sends an update,
a glowing patch of deepening red
or a lava line of heat solidifying
into a poker branding plunge
with a white hot X.

Staying still is only a temporary
reprieve, a lull for nerves to reset
and crank up for the next assault.
Inhabited space pressurizes
to send throbs pounding
on the walls of each weary cell
accompanied by waves
of relentless ache.

Thoughts clamber upwards
looking for a way out
but fall back into a dark
gravity, consumed by
that agonizingly slow countdown
when the next dose of oblivion
can be dribbled out of a pill
which, with any luck,
should get you through
until morning creeps across
your bed
with another installment.

Green Bananas

A time is reached in life if one remains
Alive to tell the tale: those certain things
He once performed routinely, ascertains
The notion, habits must desist which brings
About awareness: His mortality.
Employment ends; Retirement is here.
The monthly saving wanes. Frugality
submits to lavish tastes. The thirty year
Installment loan is paid. But now he’s glum.
He now forbears purchasing bananas
That are unripe for fear his death may come
before they ripen. Shakespeariana
Unfolding: Final act that yields a frown:
The man’s demise, they ring the curtain down.

 Silence is Deadly

Stand up
if the masses did
Trump would be a gravestone

Notes:

Some will tell you never to be silenced, yet will not mention what exactly is the issue. This is typical of people purporting propaganda, hoping to win people to their side without really saying what they believe. Let me tell you very clearly. We should never be silenced by those propagating fear and division and stating literally false facts. Hitler did this successfully. Please don't fall for this again. All those close to Trump not involved with him, have clearly stated his lack of knowledge on issues, never mind his prejudicial views and that's being kind. If one or two agencies or departments was critical well ok, almost every agency, The CIA, the FBI, The Federal Reserve, local politicians all along the border, and the list goes into the hundreds, have stated he is wrong. Listen to experts not a con artist.

Longer before becoming President he has money laundered for Russia, all verifiable facts.

By the way, the wall is not 5.7 billion, that's an installment, the actual cost depending on who you listen too is between 30 to 60 billion dollars, and that's not were most of the migrants are even entering the USA.

Do not let McCarthy exist twice!

Thoughts

It’s amazing to have many thoughts,
The worst is when you know they are simply thoughts that can be shattered,
A pile of thoughts was increasing that became a palace of dreams,
Within a blink and years of determination, it is all destroyed.

As if the world is a graveyard, so that old thoughts are buried and destroyed,
So that there is a birth of a new one with genuine perserverance,
One cannot complain nor blame,
Sometimes, some situations only show that it was only meant to be buried.

Some people are part of one’s life to only make sure that happiness comes in installment,
And they deserve the credit to everything,
Thoughts, Oh Thoughts, bring me a day where I am glad I have none left because it is hard,
It is hard and seeing every breath slipping away without leaving any motivational belief.

Then I turn to be different and knowing I will come through this and move on,
Thoughts are meant to be filtered,
And some thoughts are meant to be buried in the graveyard of false hope,
So that one can learn how to smile again embracing a new ambience.

Orgasmic Bliss Final Installment of Sweet Honey

“Orgasmic Bliss”

I lay you down on your back so that I may stare into your eyes
Slowly I begin to make love to you in a more sensual way
Kissing your lips, your neck, your breasts, and your ears
Hearing you moan as I make love to the most beautiful woman in the world

You start to move your hips thrusting them towards me
Trying to get my entire length in your welcoming vagina
I push forward trying to give you what you want as I bottom out
Our lips meet as our tongues become entangled driven with pure lust

I break our kiss just for a moment so that I can look into your hazel eyes
They open then close with each thrust forward into you
You are so beautiful I am unwilling to take my blue eyes off of yours
No longer having lustful sex rather making love passionately

You begin to thrust even harder into me and I can feel you getting close
Your tightness around my tool let’s me know you are getting close
I too can feel my balls tighten and my hips move faster to match your thrusts
Without warning we both explode in orgasmic bliss as you release your sweet honey

Whosoever - Will (?) All Are Welcome (Never Stop Believing) Pt.3

You know....whomsoever(?) you are...in this reading(Poetry) my inquirlization is to
capture an emotional thought to factualization. The fact is that we're living in per-
ilous times, as life itself attacks daily with common everyday confrontation's; This
poem is my third installment into the Principle of "Never stop Believing". For I con
stanily will find myself dealing with issues sinfully & unspiritual, but I kept on be-
lieving on a Higher-Caller. With all my faultualation now being blame on myself.
NO! no-one else, falling in that same old pitt, I tried to forget, tried and tried, I Kept
on believing, now there's no regret. "A journey to the Mountain" represent our modern
day Moses appearing and that with his dream a black man can attain respect if he
believe's in the factualization that belief's comes through courtship with the Heaven's.
That place were this Higher-Caller calls out to follower's lost and abanded and also
spiritually confuse. Only sin they truly are devoted to is through the life of drugs and
alcohol, further ripping themselves from the Naturalization of generation of this ALMIG-
HTY-Friend", showing up (presently)faithfully in your life while you were to ashame to
acknowledge that he's the Comforter of realization. Say(to yourself)" Whosoever Will"
for it means you and I must "never stop believing", that always we're incline to achieving
the just reward of doctrintation. So all are welcome-whether white, black, red and then the
perilous ones would understand the burdens of Justification:

Premium Member Brainstorming

Declarative mantras in tenacious pulchritude
reiterate the unbound verisimilitude.
The cohorts cannot comprehend the vicissitude.
Learning and judgments are encumbered in lassitude.
My thoughts are accomplished extemporaneously,
although they are all confronted adversatively.
Examples of life’s essences contrary to me,
adulterated by each potent adversary,
appear contiguous with each stark antonymy.
I seek honest truth from an external faculty.
I search for a scrupulous freelance authority.
Though time is quick, I seek this elusive entity.
I beseech your unencumbered intact allotment.
This installment will help elucidate my judgment.
Will supplies be exhausted in a fleeting moment?
Be munificent in this required fulfillment.

Setting Up House

I met a woman, fell in love
She was a gift from above
Soon she became my spouse
We gathered things and set up house.

Some things were new without a flaw
Some were hand me downs from Ma and Paw
For some we saved nickels in a can
Some were bought on the installment plan.

Children came – a total of four
Two boys – two girls- no need for more
We managed to provide room and board
Did the best we could afford.

We moved around from house to house
On an adventure – me and my spouse
Gathering things to which we would cling
But we rarely got rid of anything.

Tables, chairs, couches, and beds
Cabinets and shelves taller than our heads
Mugs, pictures, and bells we did collect
Mementoes and heirlooms on which to reflect.

A man gathers a lot in over fifty years
And remembers many of them with tears
Many a thing still fills my house
But it’s not a home without my spouse.

She has a room in a retirement home
Care is provided and she cannot roam
I dreamed one day we would be old timers
But I never figured on Alzheimer’s.

Now I have a house full of stuff
Too many things - more than enough
The time has come to downsize
To an apartment in the high rise.

My children came one by one
Went through my stuff until they were done
One takes this and another takes that
And managed to do so without a spat.

Giving things away is a lonely task
My irritability I cannot mask
Gathering things with my spouse
Was more fun than cleaning out house.

Down-Sizing

Moving boxes now
Sorting through life's memories
Trying to balance

I feathered my nest
Filling the rooms of my life
With such fine objects

Stuffed into corners
Old emotions are guarded
Tears are welling up

I pick some things up
And put them back where they were
Letting go is hard

Hoarding is not good
What am I to do with this?
Now that I am here?

Things are not flowing
Even my words are jarring
No rhythm or beat

The order is wrong
I want to scream out loudly
"No, I can't do this!"

Possessions are lost
"Out of sight and out of mind"
You know what they say

But now that I'm here
I must try to sort this out
I can not keep it

Clearing out is good
I will feel better, after
All this has been done

Burdens of life's labors
Installment payments all made
Just to toss away

Surely, I am spoiled
Trying to hold on to the dream
Of larger spaces

I have twenty years
At least, I reckon I do
To let go of it

The tears are stinging
This is all such silliness
Crying over this

Today is the way
"Live in the here and the now."
You know what they say

Down-sizing creates
New environments for living,
Rooms for improvement

It requires courage
Each dusty thing was once loved
And now must move on

The Descriptive Injury: Part Ii

it would have been an injury to them both
to attempt a description,
to bring what it was that compelled the girl to silence
(if she had not chose silence beforehand---one outside can never be sure)
to formulate an image, to dispel some kind of physical qualities verbally
which to the person outside
might have made some impression upon them,
because that unique allurement of which the girl did focus
could never truly be brought into any kind of distinction for the rest of us,
in fact to try would only taint it & do a disservice to the whole of the
event---
rather, even a more considerate onlooker, who stopped when crossing into the other room, in order to ask the girl about her moment in awe,
would only force a quick death to what was happening,
like waking up from a dream involving the two,
neither can make the other understand
anything but the attempt at understanding,
for what is to be understood
exists solely on its own---right out there in the focus,
or it lies dead in our savage
description---

and when the questioner came back after a few minutes,
unsatisfied with the absence of any answer
(as so many of us impatient imbeciles are),
after turning, the girl spoke a few phrases
which to the questioner seemed only nonsense at best,
as if she’d been spoken to in a language that she didn’t know---
what had been said was simply a description also,
one that felt only like another installment,
a domino in the falling, predictable effect,
wherein one person tries to get at the heart of the matter,
while the other tries to help them &
a million conversations begin, part ways &
begin again,
constantly picking up the baton & then dropping it,
be it like the boredom of rereading a “choose your own adventure” book,
or a fresh new mistake
found when the collision of the selves within
mess up the overall stability of the
whole.

Sandy Is It Over

Sandy is it over?
We don't get the news here in the woods
No cable in the caves to where we all ran away
When we heard what you'd planed to do

Has the cold harsh wind subsided
Can we all come out from hiding
Sandy we ain't lying
When we say this was all very frighting

Sandy is it over?
Is the world now a happy place
Can I call the furry woodland creatures out
Let them know it's once again safe to frolic and play

Bambi and Thumper are still shaking
The Mantis are still praying
Quite the shock waves you were making
What with the way you were behaving

Sandy is it over?
Will the world tilt back now on it's axis
Will the Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Tornadoes cease and desist
Can our Gluteus Maximus now relax on us

Can't say it wasn't a thrill
We're just thankful that no one was killed
Remember you do this again and we will
Pack our bags and head back to the hills

At times we may be fat, dumb, and lazy
But with all of the above we ain't crazy
Sandy is it over?

My second and final installment to my friends 3 day cleanse...
I think she survived!

2015 Sa and the World Drowning Into

2015 SA and the world drowning into

As Christmas and New year approached,
Our nerves got shaken,
And as we received our bonuses,
And others withdrawn their long saved money,
Everybody headed home with pride,
To show people that they are so paid,
To show that they have saved much,
And the banks with their temporary loans,
Their long term loans in advert,
The loan shucks and their promotions,
Shops with their account and tactics of paying after,
We borrowed and bought on credit,
We added debts on debts,
So foolish we used our money,
Some pleased the friends with bonuses and salaries on booze,
Forgetting that money does not grow on trees,
We work hard to get this called money,
So foolish our money spent and finished,
Endless trips, booze, useless purchases,
Uncalculated expenditures,
Until pockets get dry.

2015, we are bankrupt,
No-more peace at homes,
We have to go back to our workplaces,
The banks are going to need their first installment,
Shops need repayments,
Loan shucks started to send repayments reminders,
Some cards and ID books are locked in loan-shucks,
And what about our previous repayments on the list?
Childrens want to go back to school on new uniform,
We need to have food to survive,
We need patrol for our first month to work,
This is too much to handle on human being,
We went back to the loan shucks,
To the banks for loans,
To shops and other places for instant loans,
To survive the first month our year,
2015, we got into the dam of debts,
Welcome to the world of debts,
As we start the year with debt,
The year-end will still be debt,
In South Africa and the World,
Swimming in debt,
Drowning-drowning into debt.

Electrified Fence

I hope you're aware what you're doin' --
Got a bad feeling you're not
We may be headin' into ruin --
Maybe lookin' at the Doomsday clock

When that end-times gong chimes out,
Who will come to your defense
To say you were roundin' up the cattle
Behind the electrified fence?

I saw death on the installment plan
I saw a Petri dish full of rage
I saw animals eyes in the darkness
I saw the Great Idea in a cage

Still I dream that we'll recover
Someday in the future tense,
And not brand and poke one another
Behind an electrified fence

Electrified fence --
Ain't there no place to turn
All you sinners
May you reconsider
As you feel your hides start to burn

When you're puttin' your love on layaway,
And you pay for it as you go;
When you're tellin' your lover to stay away
'cause you're scared where the heart might go --

Don't be surprised when the bank moves in
And seizes your land and your tents
And you're forced to move in with your animal friends
By the electrified fence
