Well If You Insist

Well if you insist

I am not the color of my skin or the clothes on my back.
I am not who or what you assume me to be.
I am not a foul mouthed gun toting beer swigging cigarette smoking menace to society.
I am not a high school drop-out uneducated crime committing felon.
I am not your local hi-jacker who ties you up and tosses you in the boot, drops you off in the middle of the veld for no one to find.

I am Christian and proud of it!
I am A father A lover A brother and A proud uncle and role model to miniatures of me.
I am Leader and a thinker and a doer and speaker.
I am confident and loud.
I am a product of my father and his forefathers.
I am product of my mother’s womb and wisdom.
I am fearless I am Sound I Am a proud African Son!

And I will live my life so that long after my passing it will be remembered!

Some people insist that I keep writing limericks
Don't want to overstay my welcome in this mix
So I'll write a few
But back off, phew!
Unless of course youse guys start throwing big bricks

Premium Member If You Insist

I ran into the room, said, "Do I smell bacon?",
but couldn't decipher the smirk Jim was making.
"Sure, if that's what you wanna call it!
Hey, why not stuff your gullet?",
and like a true American I was taken.

Insist...Resist

This is so surreal
 How do I deal
With a man that cares
 And catches me unawares.

Caught me by surprise
  He refuses to disguise
This love he has for me.
Says it is meant to be.

He is loving and kind
To my faults he is blind
He sees something good
 Says I am misunderstood.

He wants me for me
 Not who I should be
He says he will wait
Or go my pace of sedate.

He always persists
 And does so insist
That his love does exist
 So how can I resist?

I Insist

A place to sit, to insist the other exist.
Instinct ink; a brief connection to persist the other exist.
A place to relieve myself from this brief connection.
Instinct ink; a recollection of all things beneath.
A place to sit, and the smell at my feet reminds of all the visits paid my grave state.
I insist, a place to exist would be eventually diseased or the others' seat.
I hate myself and everyone else for discussing my health.
I self service the help, first I self service myself heaping portions of self help.
Maybe, above all we, recall that disbelief with humorous forgiveness.
Maybe, a place to sit, to insist the other exist, is the exact form.
Instinct turned ink on walls now speak for all things.
A place to exist would rejoice in the moments known love could damage my grave state.

Experts Insist On a Bovine Contribution In the War Against Climate

I'm Olive, a once flatulent cow.
Spinach is all I eat now.
That silly green grass
is a thing of the past,
for a new wind is blowing this hour.
To methane reduction all power!
If you're a cow too,
show assent by a moo.

Comment:
What could be odder
than this switch to new fodder?

But Time Came To Your Side, Saying, Now I Insist

Fate, know this far deeper thought- stay alive I must

For one shallow day, die I become bone and dust

Silent, so calmly asleep, turn I into stone

Beneath green pastures, weeping I for her alone

As fleeing winds, moan when hearing my futile cries

I that so deeply weep, beneath Nature's blue skies.

Fate, know this- your awesome powers, I did resist.

But Time came to your side, saying --now I insist.

Insist

Why do people react to the verb insist?
Most of them, I noticed, take it as insulting.
Have lotta men 'round me. I can resist.
So cut out your attitude. It's not exulting.

So you tend to think if you are that rich
Every woman would immediately want you?
But did you come to think how to enrich
Your game? Here's something new. I will give ya a clue.

If you're expecting sex from start, right on!
But for me it is definitely a turn off.
Get lost! Most probably I will move on.
I mean it's true. I'm sorry that I'm rough.

We met on Tinder. I don't know you much.
You said, I shouldn't be making you a favor.
I'm responsible for future as such.
While there are real jerks out there of every flavor.

In your research three minutes are enough
To know if the partner suits and is attractive.
Words are deceiving. Maybe you're a fluff?
That's the reason why I avoid being proactive.

So I would rather take it rather slow.
Anxious? Is it really too much to ask for?
Get a cab back to your little bureau.
What you really need is probably a whore.

God Does Insist

God Does

What God does insist;
Him we should never resist;
Pray and will persist.

Be my darling for me honey a Valentine Just be mine…
Thank you for loving me as yourself
I thank you for your so loneliness
Is your strength, your heart beats strong?
I embrace you close aligned with the Father’s arms;
Be my darling for me honey a Valentine, Just be mine…

Endearing love harvested heart, I love you sought
Reign down from the hands of God, I love you wrought
Caressing steps embellishment, I love you more, not less
God has blew His prefect breath;

Be my darling for me honey a Valentine, Just be mine…
I hold you in mine heart, I witness your spirit soul due part;
I love the love you love, I am in love with you love so true and I am snug;
Be my darling for me honey a Valentine, Just be mine…

Come onto me let’s get warm;
Embrace allow me to rub your face, May I stand next to your perfect space?
Endearing love harvested heart, reign down from the hands of God
Caressing steps embellishment, God has blew His prefect breath, come let us kiss;

I insist that

I insist that you see me
for who I am,
even if it hurts.

Because my humanity
is worth more than your comfort.

Insist Long List of Rascist

what they did insist
must add them to a longlist
those they call racist's

would not let him in
lonely little men had been
from knee came some skin

a nomenclature
does exist in all nature
pretty when mature

had heard sound of train
had looked through my window pane
saw small deer in rain

would hear whippoorwill
which was always such a thrill
nighty had a slight chill

it continues to exist

Insist To Regain

I am trying to view a dream
I can make you again revive
By the magic of my words
I can give you a new life
I know my effort is true
I am working on true art
Fiction say moon is immortal
Fact say moon is not immortal
But in the world of fiction
I am making your alive sketch
My passion now passing
By the limit of emotions
Now my heart insist to regain
I am insist to bring you back
