The Ides of March

Spun spells pummel our Earth ... as a Sun scanned absence swallow,
vacuumed blues taxes light once deemed eternal ... plus righteousness,
escapism from existence ... edges evacuation,

Birth ere the latter days ... ventured the laurels that were Rome,
the incarnation of iniquity ... masquerade innocence,
like clovers and thistles ... lure eyes above the common grass,

Furtherance besought ... midst tossed bone for multi contentment,
parades that paralyze souls ... usurp minds to sweeping abandon,
celebratory hails the seasoned ... emblem of power,

The gods and goddesses' palms of warring pulse ... 'tis peacetime,
nonetheless ... tributes adorn the temples of Mars in abundance,
'tis time of awash hands of mere grimes ... toxic suffers freely,

Citizens housed upon Palatine ... the triumphant hill,
felicitations honorable legions ... protectors of Rome,
promissory constants ... declared Remus per Romulus,

Roman Senate played a chess game ... Caesar kept them in check,
every move was scrutinized ... made vulnerable and powerless,
autocracy trumps democracy ... seeds gangocracy,

Plans are planted within plans ... schemes are shrouded inside schemes,
the beast entrails read ominously ... Spurina forewarns the marked,
timely debts to be paid in full ... matters to be settled,

At the Courts of Pompey ... the assembly awaits for him,
armorless donning senatorial garb ... metals pierce a man,
till mute ... last recalls *haruspex, "Beware the Ides of March".

*Haruspex; reading of omens from the entrails of sacrificed animals. The subject of Shakespeare's title play came from his thorough accounting of Plutarch's writings.

Premium Member Somewhere Down the Road

Somewhere down the road we pass
Under sun's heat, drops amass
Sweat and tears we blast
First kept then cast
Under the Moon's hex that was

Journey along the road we surpass
Under the bridge, jubilation of wrasse
Above our shoulders we carry the mass
Somewhere down the road we pass

Through the wide and crooked roads are crasse
Rubbles spewed by winds on stained glass
Up the road of heights is a watch glass
Down the road we seize grimes of brass
Then lie down on beds of hushed grass
Somewhere down the road we pass

Ranch Hand Sunset.

Upon the flushing milieu of twilight,
Vague shadows of the ranch hands brook.

A proud slow march on hackneyed legs,
In the slow emergence of autumn’s dusk.

Today’s sullied labor grimes the worn denim chaps,
In the dawn to dusk harvest of the seasons haying.

An aching exhaustion on sweat muddied faces,
The price and the pride of the old rancher’s toils.

Barns piled high from the summers green fields,
The homestead prepares for the silver of winter.

Lost in the muted glow of sunset’s backdrop,
The prairie echoes thanks with a soft cowboy song.

Finally

FINALLY

Multi-emotions/ coming and going
It's been awhile since/ I sat down with pen and paper
It's not that I/ have nothing to say
It's the multi- emotions/ flowing in my head/ while my heart ache

Don't know /where to start
My heart is broken/my body in need of his hug/ just to be held /hear his voice/
one more time
whispers/ of everything, scent of his pipe/ cherry smoke

I know/everything/ will/ be/alright

Angers builds/not at God/ but at myself

ONLY...?

Asking/God why?

WHY???
 Didn't I/ say good-morning/ open the door
Good morning / Dad/before
 that day/ bothered me

Instead/ I wrote a letter/why on that day
Call me/if you need me
Multi- emotions/within/deepens/
I am/not ready for this/ not ready to say/ good bye
Knowing /I must

Daily/ I pick up/ pen and paper
Nothing comes out/but tears/ instead/hands shaking/STOP
As I/ carry these/ multi-emotions
I carry /to escape /into my world
I hold/I hold/ holding /this paper

Tears starts/ as I / sit down to try/not to cry/ looking at this pear
Multi-emotions stirs/holding back my tear/ I try/ how many days/ weeks/ months/ years/ will I shed?

For you Dad!

My mind/My soul/ Knows
But/ my heart won't let Go
I ache/I ache/this pain/not seeing you/
I ache

Uncontrollable shakes, takes over
ME...

FINALLY
I break / I break
DOWN
Not wanting to/ but had too/
Multi-emotions/daily fills me/ with anger/joy/ sorrow
Praying for PEACE, to smile/ when I think of YOU

Asking /God for tears of Joy/not SADNESS /because/ I believe /you are with him
No more fighting to be strong, Because I love you/ I miss you daily

DADDY
I EXHALE/ I BREATHE for memories giving to be shared
PRICELESS MOMENTS
So, I write to heal

Welcome To the Opera

"Welcome to the Opera"

when the rains came
they came in great torrents
like Sophia tears of grief

a drowned world
waiting trepedatiously
for some kind reprieve

humanity on its knees

The Sophia of Jesus Christ/Nag Hammadi Library
"The Sophia of Jesus Christ is clearly dependent on Eugnostos the Blessed, both of which were unearthed at Nag Hammadi (in two differing copies for each). The Sophia of Jesus Christ transforms Eugnostos into a dialogue with Jesus. Douglas M. Parrott places the two side by side in his translation for the book The Nag Hammadi Library in English edited by Robinson.

INFJ.

Make You Feel My Love

Through rain's flood
and in winter's cold,
your tears cry for it's
warmth. When life's
struggles leaves you
low and within your
world you have no
where to go, I'll make
you feel my love.

When windy sorrows
consumes your heart
and you feel your world
falling apart or when
the brightness of you
nights are clouded by
the greys of what should
be your shinning light,
I'll make you feel my love.

I know your moments
are often over powered
by life's daily grimes
and through your strength
you find it hard to attempt
it's graft. I know at nights
your dreams are crowded
with the next days dealing
and your faith is controlled
by this low feeling but I'll
forever be here to make
you feel my love.

Premium Member Changing Direction of Time Arrow

In time arrow’s one way course the winds of change blow,
wafting from the fading end to an unknown another new,
the thrust of transformation they get from the power
the spurt of history gives that goes on increasing ever.

The direction toward the world order received from
the compass of current events can’t ever be altered,
the intent it inscribes on the social landscape page,
the crafty world leaders design, is difficult to change.

Mankind strives to shed the unwanted old grimes,
like the autumn dry leaves the wind sweeps away,
bury under the sand layers of senile forgotten time,
but they rise in new forms in authoritarian regimes.

Indomitable spirit emerges from the debris of history,
new generations of belief and value emanate strong,
like escalating momentum of human rights paradigm
that’ll succeed if ever it can defy the vested interests.
,
The time arrow strikes hard with manipulated wrath,
transforms fast and invariably the vulnerable core
of the traditional society proud of integrity and unity,
imperceptibly into one of intolerance and hostility.

The conventional concept of herd living in free world
changes to isolationism with disintegrated families,
evolving into self-destructive fragile breed, collapsing
under psychic stress of changing times of uncertainty.

If the maneuvered course of post-cold war geopolitics
demolishes the critical balance of power and authority,
weaker nations will turn into mute and powerless pawns
in the game of chess, its rule devised by new world order.

Sanitized For Your Own Protection

“Sanitized for Your Own Protection”

non bis in idem
“untrue”, she considered
the letter was passed
between steel lines
vertical
and read
“you’re not born again
until you are dead”
signed
“Sanitized for Your Own Protection”

Invisible, the cuts in a heart.

Love in its many parts
A Jigsaw Puzzle
Bleeding
pieces of a life
moved around
on clean courthouse tables
before all the books of Judges
discounted time now lost
heartache and the truth recognised for what it was,
reprised like a mouse trapped on a spinning wheel
unable to "get off"

Red
A Road Light
the doe stopped dead in her tracks
was roadkill from the start
she was marked
pulled apart
and disjointed
by the beloved hunter
a haunted unnamed ghost
now seeking forgiveness
tongue out to receive the host

A Jigsaw Puzzle
pieces moved
forward on a
black and white board
bleeding out
the violence unseen
sanitized
abstract bruises hidden
light and dark
veiled like a bride
maintain some kind of dignified

Silence;

but not the eyes
non bis in idem

THE WAIT OF WAR (The Creed)

I cannot do I cannot speak,
all I can do is think
And if I speak I’ll nowhere get,
and this I much regret.

In search for peace of soul and mind
..in time, I know I’ll find
But while I search, man strives to stash,
 then awesome power unleash!

The woes of war, the stealth of death,
to these I make refer
The pangs of pain, the fangs of fate,
will not at all deter.

The times we thought the grimes of greed
were worst of all, by far
The hour is come the crimes of creed
where men cannot confer

The ills, blood spills, the strife is rife,
but still the Godly cheer
The drive revived, the strength at length,
shall rid men of all fear.

The sweat will let, the strain, in main,
but we shall shed no tear
The cause is ours, no pause of course,
we that are faithful, bear.

'Sic infinit; sic vita est'
They leave their worst for best
'Contra malum infinitum'
we that are truly blessed

When all Creation has been killed,
 they’ll have their ‘dreams’ fulfilled
So silent then, I will remain,
to speak will be in vain!

When Heaven Opened Up

"When Heaven Opened Up"

And when Heaven opened up
There, the dragon finally approached;
St George embraced Her Truth

The mother waiting for an apology
that never came, withdrew Her sword
Her heart gone all Light, full and golden,

is seen to do the unthinkable,
exchanges forgiveness with the heartbroken,
the one far fallen, who by necessity has finally won

Her only freedom gate token;

She remains behind
standing poetic with the soliloquy guards
dimensionless, watching over

the written
not spoken

"So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth" / Grimes
https://youtu.be/iH0kfH04U68

"Sometimes you have to lose to win".

"We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive.
He who is devoid of the power to forgive
is devoid of the power to love.
There is some good in the worst of us
and some evil in the best of us.
When we discover this,
we are less prone to hate our enemies."

"Sweet mercy is nobility's true badge."

"The weak can never forgive.
Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong."

"If you ever get a second chance in life for something,
you’ve got to go all the way."

"Mother is the name for God in the lips and hearts of little children."
William Makepeace Thackeray

But with fortune and fame
Some kids get a daft name
‘Grimes’ baby may get issues galore

X AE A-Xii is his name
It reminds me of a PC game
The poor little mite
Is in the spotlight
His parents can’t have any shame

Grimes and Elon Musk’s baby is called ‘X AE A-Xii’ - pronounced
 X Ash A Twelve.

"I can still function but I can’t take out
The broken part inside my brain.
If I turn my face up to the light, you can see
That my lips are covered
With the messy finger prints of ghosts
As they are trying to open my jaw wildly,
Because they think I can issue an amnesty for them.
But they turn out to be distracted and fascinated..."

"Someone take these dreams away
That point me to another day
A duel of personalities
That stretch all true realities"

"Tongues, then,

not for believers
but for unbelievers;
prophecy, however,
is not for unbelievers
but for believers"

Black Friday In Paris

Black Friday is hovering over the wet alleys of Paris
Scratching its nails against the brick walls, holding in grimes
With his every breath, dies a red tulip on the pregnant terrace
Lovers shiver in their empty rooms, chocking on the echoes of innocents’ shrieks
Terror screams and birds scatter into the suffocating air above
Their feathers still wet, dipped in the blood
Pebbles shake as Fear steps on them, having a grin on his face
Rain can’t even wash what has marked peoples’ grieving hearts
The best Wine is now spoiled where music is standing still in the air
The hands of agony are digging the grounds of despair
I pray for Paris and for the great light to shine
For courage and love to be resurrected at once
I pray that His light will shine and overcome the terror
He is the true conqueror and the world’s only savior
He will come riding on the clouds, shushing the terror, making it crawl
He will restore love and will lay down peace
People of Paris will smile and listen to His tender music!
Lovers will fill the alleys once excruciatingly dark
They whisper I love you, beholding the Eiffel right at dusk

You Paid a Worthy Price

Oh the earthy being!
You paid a worthy price...
Guarded me in tough times,
But took himself all the grimes.

You paid a worthy price...
What u gave you was just a bowl of milk,
But you showed me the human's bilk.
What was the need to pay the penalty,
I considered you a weed, but you instead ruined my cruelty.
You stood stff as a rock, whenever the blow touched me,
Taught me to walk when my leg left me.
You gave your life,
Whe serving my life.

Oh the earthy being !
You paid a heavy price...

Feeling Blue

Watching death daily, is like watching for the black messy tar/

to come off your car/ not knowing/ you are driving on it/

the tears in your eyes /pours out/ like a bucket of well water/

your heart/ is racing like / like the horses in the Kentucky Derby/

the souls/ are like muddy water/

where is the hope/ can I cope/

watching death/ daily/ and I didn't /see this/ one coming/
