Forgotten Thoughts

Forgotten thoughts resurface like the dim light of the stars
seeping from the wounds that sit on shelves in broken jars
never to be mended in the tattered threads I've weaved
knotted in the fabric of the falsehoods I believed
to bind me in the cobalt tide that no one vessel keeps
what seems are dreams for some of you are nightmares while I sleep.

Proudly they parade in gaudy colors crimson laced
radiating fiercly from the fears I haven't faced
crashing as the seas of sorrow wash the taste of pain
out of my mouth as I turn south where nothing left remains
but scattered, dusty memories and used up yesterdays
and scars that last from days gone past in hues of blacks and greys.

Forever Young

The beauty of youth..
We danced in the shimmering moonlight..
Our eyes met..
In a trance of passion..
The flames of attraction burning so fiercly..
A romantic interlude
Our..
Skin softer than rose petals..

Forever young..

The beauty of youth..
We admire our outer beauty...
An innocence
A gentleness
Soft lovely features..
External deliciousness
A vision of beautiful
Joyful eyes beaming..
To cherish the moments..

The beauty of youth..
Still searching for the fountain of youth
May it be we shall never find it?
Physical layers of skin change..
Gravity overides us all with time..
Fine lines appearing..
Followed by wrinkles..

Upon every fine line..
Upon every wrinkle
There is experience of life..
A representation of every fine line..
And..
Every wrinkle..
There is wisdom..

The beauty of youth..
The fountain of youth..
All lives inside us.
The external surface changes..
As do seasons change

Internal beauty remains the same..
Experience of life
With it triumps and tragedies..
Large doses of wisdom acquired with age..

Perhaps the fountain of youth always existed..
Throughout life..
We carry all of experience
Internally..
Bright as the early morning sunrise
Captivating as when the sun sets..
Ingredients to a recipe
Is the foundation of all..
Of which it shall become
Our beauty never dies..
Visions of beauty lies within
Inner beauty is the fountain of youth..

Hunting Daffodils

Along the path I walk,
With a mighty iron will,
Hoping amongst all hope,
To find a golden daffodil.

Although it may be early,
I fiercly hope and pray,
That little flower I love so much,
Will appear today!

Playing My Violin (The Final Chapter)

I went to see you again one night,
To tell you I loved you,
To make everything true.
When I got there, I saw the truth.
The truth is blinding,
I'll tell you that much.
I finally saw your heart.
There it was in her hands.
She held it and cradled it like a baby.
I went to get my violin from him.
This was over, I won't take this.
I refuse to be defeated.
Never will I admit,
I fell for his foolish tricks.
But when I went for my violin,
There he stood with a bloody bow.
He'd played my heart away,
My violin was no more.
And as I stood there and watched him play,
Playing my violin so fiercly,
I fell to the ground, and drowned in my own,
Yes, I drowned in my own blood.
While I drowned and died,
I knew then and there that it was a drug.
The playing of the violin,
Would make you fall into a pit of "love."
You think you are happy,
You think it's all ok.
Everything seems perfect,
While all the while,
The other is making you slowly decay.
He played my violin;
He played it fierce,
And I'd always love him,
Though he hated me all along.

So here I crawl, begging him back.
Begging him for his heart.
Save me my darling,
I thought you loved me.
Make hate to me please,
So I can make love to you.
Kill me again if you must.
Give me your heart for just a second,
Just to rip it out again
I don't want to lay here needing you,
Needing you to hold me and say,
Say that you love, when in reality,
All you want is to strangle me.
All you wanted was to play my violin. . .

The "weather"

Tornado alley is a place to visit if you must
go there with conscious caution
look out for nails of rust

The alley's fraught with winds that fiercly circle with no warning
Look left and right. Look out, that's right!
Who know's what'll be left in the morning

This place is quite forboding
Mother nature does her scorning

It's quite clear to me; staying clear is the key to surviving when it is pouring!

The Battle of the Lesser Evils

The Fear like a shroud coalesces
Round the heart and struggles
To hold in the Darkness,
Forming a shell of iron will
Impenetrable to the Light
That seeks to free the soul.
What power the darkness must
Possess to be held so fiercly.
The battle so intense in its
Ferocity, fading mind and body
And forcing the oblivion of self
So that only the combatants
Remain. Those that bear witness
Do so with a passion and energy
Outdone only by the intensity of
Their silence. All ears are hushed
In anticipation of the sounds of the
Gate swinging open to admit the
Defeated into eternity.
Through eons the battle rages with
Neither giving in to embrace
The suffocating nothingness
That waits patiently, hungrily
Just out of sight.
They are balanced, Darkness and Fear,
Each sustaining the other while
Seeking only to destroy.
They form a purposeful futility
In which they will forever remain,
Each one keeping the other
From the Light.

Watch

Watch as your wishing star flys through the sky,
The way that your faith has been burned up so dry.

Watch as this barbed wire coils your soul,
The way that we love until we're burned in coals.

Watch as the dragon so fiercly stands tall,
The way that you know your opinions wont fall.

Watch as our beautiful family is built,
The way that we know that our roses won't wilt.

Watch as the wings mounted upon your back,
The way that a brilliance you never will lack.

She Is

She is a beauty,
She is a dream,
All who know her are privileged to rub shoulders with her,
Some are flooded with dreams of spending just a fraction of a second with her,
Basking under the ambiance of her presence.

She is a force to be reckoned with
A bag of the rarest dynamite.
From the curves and corners of her body
To the lusciousness of her features
She is captivating
A creature created like no other.

Those that try to understand her
Are driven to a further state of confusion,
Her beauty screams out loud,
But yet again it is subtle.
She oozes flamboyance
Every detail meticulously placed;
She is imperfect in the most perfect way,
Fiercely sexy, and incredibly cute at the same time..
SHE IS...

Life's Story

The rain falls fiercly,
As I look up into the skies,
Only to see the sun,
And white clouds floating by.

I walk into the woods,
Feeling sharp thorns beneath my feet,
I stare down to the earth,
To see grasses, soft and sweet.

At last I see a rose,
Lying dried up on the ground,
I gently touch it's petals,
And my life is newly found.

All along ive been yelling,
At the wind for being cold,
And shouting at the rain,
When life's story has been told.

I ignored the graceful beauty,
As i blocked out meaningful sights,
For when it's gone I will regreat,
Shunning the flawless story of life.

The Black Anthem's Cry

Black is not evil, It's a Style so grand
A beauty that's been hidden from our sight
No longer to hid our precious hand
and question Who we are in day And night

For black is not a curse
Nor source of shame
It's a color that should be worn with pride

Identity once captive
Now breaks free
A powerful voice for justice, unity
Not just for black history month limited decree
But For all humanity eternally

Together, let our voices fiercly ring,
With unyielding strength
Let our Athem sing
For black Is beautiful A Force So Strong
In unity we rise to right the wrong

Premium Member Son of a Tank

your life wasn't easy
I was nine that morning
your battered face
you said you ran into
a clothesline pole
but it was a tank
the same one I ran into
when you took us away
I should have been
angry at him, not you
you gave your children a life
sacrificed everything
yet I never
not even now
fully realized
what a strong, courageous
and loving woman
my mom....
I'm trying
I hold onto the memory
of that time a bad call
at the very last second
cost me
a fiercly contested
wrestling match
you knew
it was more
than that disappointment
grinding me down
sitting there on my bed
despondent
on the cliff's edge
staring down into a sea of
disillusionment
you came
sat beside me
and told me you understood
how discouraged I was
but that when you watched me
you saw a man fighting a battle
and it made you proud
and it made me cry
god it made me cry

Me

as i cry due to unknotice trying. my hart begins to start to creek. as i lack a womens loveing.not only that but the feeling of her touch .
but as i start to fade to the lower grade. the loved 1s attack me. as if i were a pair of drums being pounded and sounded for the town to here.
attempting to rase me 1nce more ableing me to reach my scores and open the doors alone to sit in my life ruleing throne .
but as i trust my love 1 ruleing in order to hlp me powerful but carefully. as they teach me more knoladge for lifes twisted ways.
but im not dismissing my trying . all that shall do is fail the attempt for the door put u back flat down on the floor.
If u stay strong and firce their shall be no tears that come to fall . as there's no need to have to crawl
but as im always beleaving theres no tower blocking my path. as i stay continue haveing a strong and bold stance.
aginst the non beleaving people as i stay firm strides and stay blocking there dispiseing try to dismount my life ride.
but as long as my walk stays strong and ifight fiercly. i should pass the bleeding with light screaming.
but its all my chooseing and doing it depends on do i go the wrong route trying to prove my rights.
but infact as i calmy look back its nothing but a crash leigering around for another attack .
as i try to to do right and not come to fight and dispose at even looking apoun thee atempts.
but wat come's to me as a dream. never bring's in the reach and kill's the dream.
giveing up on my abilities but yet as i long to b remembered but yet to over come the rock walls and grasp my ending task.
i cant crawl i must be strong not just for mile or two .
but like the loudness of a lighting's boom!! . as im thinnk of these papers wording as i weight my thinking.
as end my thought and finly chooseing to keep trying till my goal is at my grasping and then i shall come to relax and thats a fact

turkeys thoughts about the 25th leary
hurry to the corner
huddle close togther
with minds togther
jerking their brains fiercly
thinking about the fruit and berries
pupils thats already seen the axe
bloodshead
from their closest turkey relitives
and again with brains jerked around to the max
you can hear the cry's of clucking
I think I hear
faint
next year or somthing

Life Must Not Be Lived In Haste

As I fly away through broken dreams
The reins pull fiercly at my grip
For everything is not what it seems
As these words pass by mothers lip
She gives me all her words of wise
promises me them I must use
As my journey takes me to the skies
All I have learnt I must now disuse
For all those broken dreams
Were only waiting to be chased
I open my mind to my supreme
Life must not be lived in haste

He Is My Love, My Reason

today is the day
valentines day
that day
where you are supposed
to express your love for that special person
as if you need this day as a reason
to show the world the love you share
to tell him how much he means to you
isnt that person the reason?
isnt he enough reason?
he is my reason
he is the reason for so much
hes the reason i wake up in the morning
the reason i go to school
the reason why i dont fall asleep fourth period
the reason for the doodles on my notes
the reason i cleared a space in my heart
the reason my sun shines
and my smileing is constant
the reason my heart skips beats
and my lips desire his
he is my reason
the reason for this crazy
unbelieveably strong
 uncontrolable, lawless, unrestrained
abiding, changeless, imperishable
love
boiling madly, pasionatly, fiercly, rapidly and forever
in my chest
makeing every other mandatory action of life
astonishly harder to focus on but beyond belief easier to execute
and before i know it
this astounding paralyzing amazing love
is every reason i have
or need
