He Is My Love, My Reason
today is the day
valentines day
that day
where you are supposed
to express your love for that special person
as if you need this day as a reason
to show the world the love you share
to tell him how much he means to you
isnt that person the reason?
isnt he enough reason?
he is my reason
he is the reason for so much
hes the reason i wake up in the morning
the reason i go to school
the reason why i dont fall asleep fourth period
the reason for the doodles on my notes
the reason i cleared a space in my heart
the reason my sun shines
and my smileing is constant
the reason my heart skips beats
and my lips desire his
he is my reason
the reason for this crazy
unbelieveably strong
uncontrolable, lawless, unrestrained
abiding, changeless, imperishable
love
boiling madly, pasionatly, fiercly, rapidly and forever
in my chest
makeing every other mandatory action of life
astonishly harder to focus on but beyond belief easier to execute
and before i know it
this astounding paralyzing amazing love
is every reason i have
or need
