Premium Member Deplorable Dejection
Deplorable dejection is despair.
It goes beyond mere human fear or dread.
It’s hopelessness, for which there’s no repair.

And should it cloak you (oh so hard to bear),
it's like a second skin you cannot shed.
Deplorable dejection is despair.

At times it visits youngsters (sad yet rare).
Most young folks...

Rejection Dejection Connection

Rejection

So common to creation
this forced engorgement
signaling neon lit liquor stores
caressing the parched heart of acceptance
combustible fuel rails through veins
mercy begged
inhumanity relived…
again

Dejection

Diner eggs
hours old coffee
starch clad plumpness
white as snow
fills cup after cup
for me
for me

Connection

Outside
my eyes peer back in
a pastiche of winter night innocence
sitting now...

From the golden lamp a genie emerged
For a thousand years he had been submerged
Said, 'I can give you vast wealth
Or I can give you good health'
But either one by itself is a scourge...

Despair Came Close To the Borderline of Dejection
anger - bridge between hate and aggression
aggression - workable part of hate

think before you trample on
re-think before you quit feeling

hating others is society's way to maintain on surface

sometimes to sink is right thing to do
going down does not stand necessary for abyss
it could...

Abyssal Dejection
I guess i never will actually understand, i guess i am just antithetic

The quintessence i see

The quintessence i know

The quintessence i feel, all beyond my control

To be oblivious would be angelic, live my life identical to all the planet

Just close my eye's and pretend

Imagine the...

Do Ejection of Dejection
When your mood is terribly shattered
When it cannot be properly bettered
Only remedy is chanting God's name
God will help you play wisely life-game

When you are by lethargy attacked
And when peace can't be tracked
The best technique is to just wait
And not flatly fall for fate's bad bait

When...

Dejection
Cinnamon stares
like wishes blown eastward
and stained on your skin
Well chosen words
like aching from depths
to your heartbeat akin
Glass shattered sound
like armies entrenched
holding hands 'round your soul
Tears, golden tears
like locusts still pulling
the shade on the girl
Wistful embrace
like haphazard thoughts
under wood to ignite
Shoulders sunk low
like a battle...

Harder To Resist
Feeling Isolated and dejected like an outcast,
From years of intimidation, humiliation and rotten past,
Broken by dejectedness; a defined rejection,
Life has become a hopeless situation.

All I see around me is fear and pain,
With my integrity and wishes painted with stain,
I wish to live and try,
But all...

The feeling of emotion is the beginning of dreams
The search for the meaning of emotion is their end
As they overlap seamlessly at the edge of my twilight time
My mind starts to sink in dusky obscurity, unexpressed.

After the futile walk...
