Best Consolidate Poems
He meandered lonely
just a senior citizen
trawling the pathways of his computer,
when suddenly one day in a flash
an enchanting name jumped from the screen
into his unadjusted head,
whilst still in a daze
he had cut copied and pasted,
the delete key not an option
when sent to his favourites.
Then like magic, poetry began to appear
every single day a new poem would emerge
all written in a familiar dialect,
to begin with down to earth
raw unadulterated poetry
the kind that attaches itself to one’s mind
bores in to the head, rattles around
then lays awhile
then keeps coming on back, over and over again.
Poetry that penetrates, like an arrow,
pierces the heart, tends to linger
deep in one’s consciousness
disarming the most vehement of thought,
poetry that creates calmness
making one at ease, especially one
old with age and recipient of an endowment of excruciating pain!
Soon the poetry began to blossom
as all creations do
in the springtime of their lives,
the purity of Wild flowers, colours of the rainbow
free to sway within the gentle breeze,
soon each daily dose of verse begins to transpire
into carpets of lavender
upon the woodland stage, cascading Bluebells of joy,
the epitome of beauty unfolding
before one’s very eyes.
Again the poetry continues to consolidate,
poems of form formularized those conceived of
the Peace Lillie so sensuous in shape
so assuring in grace, a hard life the Lillie endures
yet one, only of positivity etched into each stanza
of bold narration for all to peruse!
Then a transformation
to the Rose, the very sense of beauty,
when with words of wrought
thy language comforting long into the night
to ease each day a journey of plight,
yet for you sweet Rose
thy poetry, it is not at an end
when to the Orchid you graciously ascend!
Many are those that come and admire
the wonders of your beauty those words on fire,
yet some desire more
with cunning and subtlety
those to manipulate to control
for one’s own ends.
But the Orchid remains safe
suffers no fool,
nurtured in extreme climates
is strong and worldly wise,
the poetry just keeps on coming,
flowing like tears of joy,
from an eye of one who’s happiness
is assured every single day!

In the grip of Rivers of Babylon
Arise to consolidate your fight for faith
And God pain and strain from your comfort zone
Will slay to renew and reinvigorate the breath
Essential to make a way
To the salvation you deserve
As on bended knees you pray everyday
Your God in due season you serve
Reminding the Devil is a liar
Whose maneuvers to lead you astray
Can no longer soar higher
When into your life returns the ray
God shines brighter and brighter
Clearing dark clouds
That for an instant held you tighter
Enveloping you in doubt shrouds
You fight better and better
As faith grows stronger
To break away the sin and temptation fetter
The Devil squeezed a little longer
When you prevaricated
Granting him room to ensnare you
As your faith vacillated
Until your faith resolve in Babylon grew anew
To consolidate your path to salvation
Whacking the Devil
Into submission
Alongside his bags and tags teeming with evil.
An Invitation
from Salt Lake City
(1) In this great nation, the
United States of the America,
People who had been
residing for quite a while,
And if you have never
ever been to Salt Lake City
altogether
Should come and visit
without hesitation at least in a
whirl.
To all our friends, treat
this as an Invitation, who-so-
ever.
(2) Although Summer time is
relatively gorgeous to stay
It rivaled the heat of our
Golden Land of Myanmar
Far exceeding the
temperatures all day.
Also in the open season of
Spring that we all admire
There are lots of Canyons
to go around if one desires.
(3) In times of Autumn
Season, when leaves fall
Whirling to the ground
like a chopper,
Little birds work hard to
stock supplies for winter long
haul
According to the mundane
nature that never falter
As humans, like the
Avians, we labored year round
Our people donating a
cent, if earned a dime
To consolidate good deeds
in next life all the time
That is the real goal of
Myanmar people that all shine.
(4) Winter solstice is the
coldest of all the time
Snow caps the mountain
peaks, serenely and beautifully,
Embracing the city and its
lakes magnificently fine
The beauty and the grace
of the City that is
extraordinary.
Sights and sceneries
embed in your memories that
entwine
This is the Salt Lake City,
our domicile that outshines.

Late night overthinking
Heart racing, made up situation anticipating
Feelings chasing, dread encasing
I return, rewind to the start, replaying the awful part.
When they said that, what did they actually mean?
Conversation misconstrued, I probably came across really rude!
Going through that scenario
Searching for a way to let it go
Heart racing, situation is escalating
Tears rolled, feelings uncontrolled
I was the glue...holding it all together, what happened? Who knew?
Mentally stumbling
Rock and a hard place,
Put on your brave face
Dulling my shine
When will my mind be mine?
Getting caught on my thoughts
Trying to shake it, positive thinking,
deep breathing, count to ten, not working - count again.
Feeling like I'm sidestepping, continually procrastinating, forever underestimating
I'm in the way, just annoying, self efficacy so low, what to do? I don't know!
People do this so much better,
Heart still racing, face sweating
Non stop fretting, forever regretting
Everybody knows, cognitive overload
Short term-isms vs long term gains,
Refrain, hold back, don't do that!
Don't call them.. what would you say?
You can't say those words, total dismay
Stop it now, enough damage done
Heart racing, painstakingly debilitating
Beating faster, approaching disaster
She looked at me funny, although, that was ten years ago!
It was a silly thing to say, nobody got it anyway!
I've definitely spent too much money
Have a drink - stop the overthink
Numb it out, dim the shout
Not going to have time, I can't be late
thoughts re-group, consolidate
Move out the way,
pushing thoughts to one side, no where to hide, missing my stride
Am I mentally unstable?...No, normally quite able
Damn it, forgot the birthday card
How could I forget when I was remembering so hard
Heart racing, anxiety overtaking
Energy is decreasing, thoughts requiring releasing.
Confidence - an easy task, smiling - just a mask
Need to sleep, mind too deep
Deep breathing, count to ten - not working, count again.
Same time tomorrow? why yes of course!
Powerless to stop the overthinking force
You drew me in, warmly handed Embrassing me

"Mountains climbed; exhausting behavior,

you that I crave.
Thrusting forward, crumbles my head first,

As waterfalls flow gently upon my face,
picking thorns on this percing heart; torn,
I F-O-R-E-V-E-R * L-U-S-T apon you again
and again... I will consolidate A true love so
deeply, with in you.
Temptation, leaky parts
The erratic behavior of
Industrial, copper hearts
Kept in the dark , despairing,
The dysfunctional silence
pumps through the grid,
Anonymous, incomplete
Too vast to forbid and
Ambiguous too. Herders,
Hurricane force baiters

Surround it with walls,

Splinters burned for heat
and the wrapped nutrition
consumed under close
medical supervision,
embalmment, drip by drip

against our good nature,
I’ll be jumping soon.

A Replicating mode to arise a few
Words or silence bargains.
Love love and love again.
I am the product of Rumi's advice to Emerson and Thoreau,
telling them to consolidate the spirit of compassion and truth in America
wisdom of Persians, layers of Judeo-Christian foundation, civilizing the most barbaric at
the heart of the world
America is finally hearing of Rumi's love through Emerson
and is struggling, on many different levels, to fill the cup of love.
Break apart all those facile screens
Organized overdrawing of institutional bleeding
Walks through maps and tourism
Pushing hour glasses beyond comprehension
At the ground level, animals are recurring
Human bounty participates at the nexus
As species consolidate their voices
Power and choice conglomerate each family network
Brother in arms bent apart
Relegates to the past where futures amass
The tiny behavioral netting with wet tongues crawling
Putative changes through into city potluck
I step outside after a stormy night and gaze upon
A mess of leaves, sticks, and branches disgracing my lawn
And the sight makes my back hurt before I even pick up the rake in an effort to consolidate the leaves and debris into piles
While I wonder if brown leaves could possibly become a landscape trend if I only waited a while.
After some time, I bag the leaves and bind
the branches into bundles with twine.
Then I move on to the bottom of the backyard pool which is full leaves and pine tree needles, as well
And I recall how I once considered a backyard pool to be the apex of success and luxury in life, but now I find I’m second-guessing myself.
The windows are open, their curtains rising lightly in the breeze, then lowering as the air’s breathing recedes
And all I hear is the wind passing through a hole in the hollow rod of my net
Its pitch rising and falling as I dip it into the depths and bring it back to the surface to empty it.
The peace of it all puts me at ease,
despite the work yet ahead of me
My back still hurts as I look over all the cleanup to be done
But I look up and see the clear blue sky through the leafless tree branches above
Then feel my wet neck and back being dried by the clean, rain-washed air and sun
And I can’t help but wish this beautiful day would last forever.
#“OBLIVIOS QUESTION”
Why do you because of corruption banish good governance from entering your passage?
Why do you choose to clad your mind with insincerity?
Why do you choose to lace your shoe with B.sc, B.agric, B.tech, HND, ND,NCE…and you still wear jacket of unemployment?
Why can we boast of 200000 armed personnel and our country cry over insecurity of lives?
Why do we claim to have the African best infantry and mubi residents are still restless?
Why do we have 6.3 billion youths that are educated and we cannot vote in the best crop of politicians?
There are answers to this rhetoric and even endless is the list
We should get it right
Yes we can get it right, only if you can believe in the potential living within you, I and your neighbor
We can get it right, if we can consult our inner mind for a good leader
We can get it right, if we can consolidate our plans by not giving in to toothless, cunning rogues of the political hell
We can get it right, if we can confront injustice and impunity which will hence restore peace to the land #
Ode to what’s been lost
Discarded Protocols and broken treaties
that were of our past
what things we’ve lost and might not gain again
why no one spoke or took refrain
We had come so far to keep us sane
we had a compass to keep us steady
to make it clear what’s right and wrong
why or how we’ve turned away
I do not know but hurts us so
What made us great and stand so tall this was known to all
but now we’ve changed and lost our way
from black abyss behind its summit peak
tortured in the name of terror behind a dying flame
who we are and how we’ve changed this must come at last
We must decide and hold our egos pride
we must ask what were going to be
men of Sparta and of war
or democracy freedom and law
Words can loose their meaning and shrivel up and die
when there turned upside down
reframed for plunder destruction and fear
how can we be clear
I saw her columns crumble Corinth and Doric
a little of the world was lost its heart light beats low
and saddened nights in somber days of grey
In spirit they beheld though grief and joys were few
to go against the wind of times blinded by the sun
or in the spirit they beheld will memory fade away
or set a new of a destiny yet seen
We have experienced a lot in a short period of time.
to consolidate meaning from experiences and be open
to finding our way, try to be objective and critical.
truthful to feelings within oneself and expressing them .
to share them with others can I hope be healing
How does one consolidate such great feeling,
Such knowledge, such powerful, almost frightful thought?
Those passionate notions
That I am sudden to see
Unconscious revelations
Making themselves known
How has it then made itself known to me, to you, and all others
And yet, has failed to be seen to the one that truly matters
The one that will make it all better
Does he see it and scoff?
Does she close her ears to the compositions of your life?
I’ve known many deaf to such arts
I will know many more in the years to come
And of course, I am left to see your deep lakes of pains
I get it—I want to be known and plunged into
To be discovered beneath the wailing surface
Into the depths of deeper comprehension
And I want every single drop to matter
To the one that will make it all better
To the one who believes in the purpose of words
I have tried to muster such a brilliance for years,
And more so to recapture your curiosity for my existence
While the natural, bloodless pains seep into every wrong region
Eyes closing with disgust and misinterpretation
Shaming the one and only confidence “a poem” has earned
Could you not even acknowledge at least, my struggle?
Could you not admire the work, the effort, the sweat of futile determination?
Would you dare even drink from it,
From the poison of bitterest truth?

Are you ready for the main course?
Prepare the condiments
Thin oven mitts
Teas cozies
Lace doilies
It's just a decoy
Here lies the kid who was left home alone while is parents visited The North
Pole
Try to consolidate the front door
And here's a laxative called LSD to aide your constipated mind
Now go on with the insurrection
And fight Parliament for the sake of the proletariat
Who's names are always written in lower case lettering
The limousine drivers
The skrimpers
The savers
The single mothers with bad habits who have to dance off skimpy clothing to
buy formula for their babies because they're milk is tainted with junk
The weary recipients of justice obstructions
And catch 22's
Who have been singled out because they have monetary deficits
Console them
Until Eureka!
Grab some Q-tips and clean out your ears
Stop gritting and grinding your teeth
A new realization is in bloom
When did be aware turn into beware?
When did alertness become fear?
Forget and get over your
Remanding-accursed-sweet-tooth-fatigue-that you let in
Because it's all in your head along with the idea that hyphens make things look
more important and scary
I contest all that ********
