Too Comatose To See
inextinguishable
is your appetency
for what you suspire

you feed on this drug
to make life passable
but by the same line
that educes endurance
it will transport
inevitable death

Apoplectic Begat Comatose

Eh, Bebe ...
clueless you with the wide eyes open,
which can’t see

So apoplectic of heart,
paralyzed by the cobra sway
of changeling channel charmer words

Gen Z baby gloomer
remote diaphragm controlled,
go back to analog sleep

Oh oh ... video comatose —
Nightmares begat by daydreams
of reel...

Comatose To Life
Comatose To Life

Somewhere on a small island called Penang, historically known as the Pearl Of The Orient…
There is a heartwarming tale of how tender loving care revived a comatose patient…

The patient is a fully qualified Florence Nightingale about to launch her nursing career ..
Full of...

Comatose
On the recovery bed
Oh so forlorn but full of hope
As they gather round all so sad
To pay tribute to the not yet dead
For I am comatose
My life in suspension, for those who know
I can feel no pain, but I can hear the sounds
On another realm...

Comatose Omen
You made me feel trapped with every kiss you planted on my lips,
It felt like heaven, the sun held nothing to your burning passion,
Electricity graced my tingling hands with every time we touched,
Somehow I fell into deep and stumbled over the edge,
And like a...

Comatose
Comatose: inspired by Insomniac by Maya Angelou, for Joann’s Copycat contest

There are some morns when
Sleep conquers,
Heavy and masterful.
And all the tricks
That I groggily try
To shake it from my head
Are futile as raising the dead,
And much less hopeful....

In an irrevocable warp speed instant,
my head collided into the likeness of drying tar,
absorbing each horrid layer of concrete.
That pitch-black, tacky substance covered my body,
so that I was trapped, sightless, into immobility.

With pounding pain, like a full force baseball bat...

Comatose
When I come too close
She becomes comatose
from An overdose
Of some bad love
I suppose

Her heart calcified from the bleed
Now there's a stone where it used to be
A fort built around her being
Echoes of pain's sound for seeing

There's damage done to repair
She needs a spark...

Comatose
Its been dead today, dont fall apart, this sickness wont leave me alone monotone

Once black touches the water its black forever and hard to dilute. Still lost in a haze transfixed in a gaze slowly fade into the shadow of a doubt dream drip...

Comatose
Gaining muscle
Restraining lies,
It was time for a new beginning.
And though it pierced unmercifully,
the dagger still won this round.
Fresh blood eliminates the guilt and the forgiveness plunges into the ground
an eery waltz is the only sound-
remembered from the memory,
where good met a horror story
and...

"Are they going to take him off life support?"
I heard my middle daughter whisper with burden.
In a silenced gasp of terror,
I knew I was the subject matter.
A doctor's prognosis, in layman's terms:
damage irreparable, vegetative state expected.

I wrestled with my failed act...

Hourglass, Comatose of Memories
Just send me, send me to the moon
a free pass to a carnival of lost gravity
I just want to be alone
Time is passing through the hourglass
can you flip it over please
I wish I had an eternity
but what favors me doubles back to be my sworn...

COMATOSE

Some call it verse without the rhyme
Marcel Marceau without the mime
The wasted words get joined in prose
and leave me mostly comatose.....

Yes busted prose is comatose
like coffins in a hearse
modern verse is for the crows
for making nests or worse......

Comatose
I see miles and miles of lavender...
Fields of lavender
The fragrance stimulates my entire being..
Colors in the atmosphere so intense..
So vivid..
So vibrant..

Never have seen so many magnificent colors..
There are colors of which..
I have never know existed
Rejuvenation I feel..
Reborn I feel..
Revived I feel..
The previous I..
Isn't I..

Previous in...
