Wild spirit -
I cherished you tender
within my halo of prana;
careful not to hurt you
as I worked to set you free
using hands of peace
in harmony
with my heart's song
I beheld your fragile form
of freedom lost
as your panicked eyes
pleaded release..
and in those precious
and few sacred moments
I felt you relinquish
your fight or flight
to my mission of mildness...
a unifying lesson of love
befell us that day
as we exchanged gifts -
and when again you flew
through reflective silvery winds
on turquoise wings anew
we elevated in mindful mercy
to compassionate heights
in revered reverberations...
gratified to be reborn
in your new found freedom

Mystifying indeed it is
The twelve petaled lotus bliss fizz
Beneath which hidden, petals eight
Spake Master Djwal Kul, truth is this
Esoteric truths lie in wait
To garner full depth, make heart chaste
Inner sanctum, our master’s home
In void of our heart, He does wait
Threefold Christ flame, within heart dome
Therein resounds, cosmic gong Ohm
Prismatic light bright, bliss vibrant
Transmuting then thus, our genome
We vaporise in the current
Pristine white light, luminescent
Cave of heart, garden of Eden
Thousand suns glow effervescent
Conscience speaks, we do as bidden
Love’s fragrance, remains not hidden
From head to toe, we’re bliss replete
As above, so below - Heaven

When we say, ‘I am’, our hand goes to the heart,
signalling it represents seat of our soul,
which drenched in God’s love deems no one as apart.
To open the heart is our very first goal,
without which in truth soul’s life quest cannot start
but the problem is, ego is in control
and so animal instincts as yet prevail,
with thoughts orbiting dark desires that assail.
The heart is all love and love employs no force,
so it’s only by free will that we can choose,
to make our touch gentle and change our life’s course,
heeding voice of conscience, repaying our dues,
atoning in silence and feeling remorse,
praying like a child till love begins to ooze.
Heart is the centre of our chakras seven;
God dwells deep within, so take it as heaven.
Ashoka Chakra is on the flag of our nation.
It symbolizes movement since there is death with stagnation.
Twenty-four spokes comprise the mighty wheel.
They represent the rishis whose knowledge and power were real.
The spokes signify love, courage, patience, and peacefulness.
There is also magnanimity, goodness, faithfulness, and gentleness;
along with selflessness, self-control, self sacrifice, and truthfulness.
Don’t forget righteousness, justice, mercy, and gracefulness;
as well as humility, spiritual knowledge, the fear of God, and empathy.
Finally, there are moral values, spiritual wisdom, the faith or trust, and sympathy.
They are all the virtuous qualities of dharma.
Forever may the flag fly over India.

animal kingdom
a solar plexus child
joy-- yellow chakra
Here I am
Base of spine enmeshed with
earth ruddy like my cheeks and
bloodshot eyes
feet--firmly planted
take root where home is,
where nourishment, like a crimson bag of waters, is.
Humble, for my
somatic vessel has its origins
on this very orb Gravity has pinned me to,
like an amanita to forest floor.
Palming a bit of red dust and
I am animal and palpable
no different from
the cardinal flying overhead,
the pepper-scented geranium,
the garnet embedded in clay.
Sunset--cool oceanscape.
Our feet pound the gritty ground
as our bodies swing around one another,
frenzied, heedless of decency. We whirl and
sway, enlivened by the rosy coral breeze
that dries the tiny oceans on our brows
and in our armpits;
those oceans mimicking the vast body
dancing, flowing, oozing, subsiding
before us. We dance, dance in time with the waves.
Your hand is in mine and how sensual--
but the crescent moon beneath my navel
is my own sacral place.
Moonstone like a cantaloupe illumines us and
melting into one another, we claim our right to feel
tasting universes in the salt
that is a part of everything
From my tail bone’s tip to the top of my head,
Rainbow hued wheels are spinning,
Emitting bright colors, letting energy in.
Converting it; returning to the aura to be used again.
The Root Chakra is red, at the base of the spine.
It controls my passion and I think it's sublime.
The Sacral Chakra is orange, two inches below the naval.
It controls emotions, and procreation while I'm able.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow, just under the ribcage.
It controls feelings and the intellect, in which I engage.
The Heart Chakra is green, in the center of the chest.
It controls healing and love and is the one I like best.
The Throat Chakra is blue, at the throat’s hollow.
It controls devotion and relating, I try to follow.
The Brow Chakra is indigo, at forehead, and is the third eye.
It controls spiritual insight, and the psychic world I must try.
The Crown Chakra is violet and white, at the top of the head.
It controls spiritual enlightenment, I may not know till I'm dead.
All of these Chakra colors make a person complete.
They’ll help you recognize your soul mate when you meet.
Your Chakras will spin until the day that you die.
Making your aura hues glow, on this you may rely.
*Note: I have been an Aura Photographer since I trained and bought my aura camera
in 1997. It is a very accurate way to measure the body's physical, mental, emotional
and spiritual well being. I use it in conjunction with my reiki (touch healing).
Chakra Etymology: Sanskrit cakra, literally, means wheel — more at wheel
Date: 1888
: any of several points of physical or spiritual energy in the human body according to
yoga philosophy
Form:
heart chakra--
an anatomic center,
a pulsating pyramid
of humanity,
revealing
illumination to
revolution...
melodic open
blue throat chakra overflow
soft and kind words of
too much wisdom from
lil child of a few short years
prophetic and calm
sweet lines of peace stay
on her lips both night and day
giggly bluebird speak
Purple Chakra
She wears in dreams and enchantment our mad hatter’s hat
cloaked in violet desire and so called co-incidence of purple
Just a few blossoms Jacaranda from the doom of rock bottom
I spelt the word ‘love’ with the petals in between roses and colour
the wannabe hippie of times long gone by on a path yet unknown
A rehab from drink and from madness confinement in mind
body soul removed from temptation inpatient impatient solitude
‘So strange this beautiful woman here before your arrival she
formed a small purple heart on the manicured lawn. You would
like her she’s Tanya Michelle bright and emotional calls herself Tai.’
A visitor truly unknown pitched a few days after un-thought of no
sense no connection no intention no blossoms of meaning or reason
a fairy tale story frog princess prince sensation out of the purple
‘You must be Tai I am Kai I suppose we have something in common’
a beeline from nowhere how I knew I not know may the Universe tell
synchronicity spelt out from the winds gravitation pulled in together
Now we dance to the moon and swim with the tides scent the fragrance
sing to the tune of fortuitous fortune paint purple mad sanity in words
rainbows melting pastels poetry in motion poet trees’ hot temperance
Just one word had been spelt one heart in the garden of freedom
two seeds released rising high in the air in miraculous sparkling
waters dust from the ashes volcano erupted meaningful madness
We travel together ever since wear hats purple hair flowers dreams and
infusion have been flying ‘Taikaiwe’ on infinite eternity from that
momentous moment enshrined in the blossoms

For contest: Something Seemingly Insignificant
And Unexpected Changed My Life
Guru chakra announces the master’s presence
Subtle, soft, humming tingling, rapture ineffable
Joyous peace, infused by sublime bliss incense
In-form nodes entwine in intimate dance affable
It is here wherefrom love magnetism is regulated
Constant flux of soma nectar within body flowing
Dormant conduits spring to life feeling now elated
Thoughts recede and heart’s aura begins glowing

2nd chakra is centered around feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection.
The energy of this chakra allows you to let go and move into a new transformation
Linked to kidneys & water elements this chakra metabolizes energy nutrients in Luminous Energy and processes Earth energy through Chakra 1. It digests emotional energies of the nervous system.
Vam
The sound VAM, raises vibrations and aligns this chakra
The color for the second chakra is orange, and the gemstone for this chakrais amber

Self-Reflection
Sleepless nights to hear answered prayers
Evolving despite the naysayers
Living in my truth
Faithful I AM regardless of proof
Revelations of the events to come
Evolution is the gift in return
Fearless children we all once were
Legendary status is given if we don’t detour
Embracing everything that made ME
Collecting memories restoring traditions
Taking charge with a clear vision
Imagination used as a form of manifestation
Oasis dreams fulfilled once I complete my mission
Natural instincts, life tools He’s already given
On her forehead and neck, the quartz does its trick,
In green and purple and blue,
And then on her chest, her belly and legs,
Regenerating her soul to a new,
Positive health of confident thought,
With an absolute beauty in stone,
Centring her all in her design of a life,
Centring all she has known.
Now balanced is her voice of love and of faith,
Her safe and esteem in her mind,
She can now live in full and see the big pic,
Now her energy has been realigned,
Once a week she allows the flow from the quartz,
Once a week for mental control,
Once a week she lays and lets the quartz work,
On her mind and her heart and her soul.
