SHE-TIGER

She-Tiger patiently watches,
 In shadows,
Dark concealing realm,
Green eyes pierce nights,
 Blackening shroud.
Ever weary, seeking motions,
 Movements,
Beware the bush itself seems,
 To come alive,
Beneath moonlights twilight mists,
Heavy foot steps cautiously,
 Tread.
Traveling along a carnalistic path,
Deaths servant stalks it's prey.
Revealing raw natures twisted fate,
In her flashing gaze, ageless,
 Wisdom lies,
This huntress most majestic.
Sleek jungle mistress, fearlessly,
Striding.
Forgotten trails cutting,
 Edges unyielding,
Patrolling vast wilderness.
Drink deeply clear waters purity,
No other creature dares,
 Come near thee.
Forests chameleon, hidden,
Amongst bamboo thickets.
Camouflages golden blends,
 Are parted,
By divisions striped bands.
Feeding legacies future brood.
Crowns glorious jewels,
 Young cubs at play,
Learning life’s lessons to be,
Remembered someday.
Rough dull stones at first,
Finely polished y age,
One day they'll sparkle,
Under sunshine's rays.
Royalties queen, stands tall,
Upon prides rock,
Surveying an evergreen,
 Kingdom.

Premium Member Innocence of Youth

Acquiescing to love's defeat,
you subdue sad feelings within.
For when passion's flame flickers out,
anxieties slowly begin.

Dominating reality;
bitter tears flow with brutal force.
And wash away the promises,
that kept your hopes and dreams on course.

The weight of betrayal hits you
with the force of a speeding train.
And you're left spinning in a trance,
oblivious to all but pain.

Fueled by half-truths and deceit;
your happy thoughts begin to ebb.
And soon, your vulnerable heart
falls victim to depression's web.

Your soul's susceptible to lies,
for love camouflages the truth.
And salvaging remnants of trust,
you shed the innocence of youth.

Premium Member Tormented Secrets Kept

Within these four walls secrets kept
Memories festering, emotionally crippling
Screaming, turmoil, and madness
Chaos and chaotic people sting

Dreams of shouts for freedom,
Emotions built and have died for a reason. His
sadistic unconscious goal of desire. I beg,

“Please No More! “

My empty words echo only to be heard by these four walls
Refuge under my tear stain pillows,
abandoned by my own shadows long ago.

To sleep in comfort of dark shadows
So no one sees how I’ve slept
Keeping a smile camouflages my emotions
Unexpected fear has made me wept

Grief affects my mind and soul
Divorcing myself from the self-distraction gateway
Showing me there could be a better way forward
Instead of retreating into the four walls to stay of arms way

Spotting something bright in the deepest recesses
Swallow my fears, force myself to understand flirt
Allow myself the luxury of breathing in the human rainbows
Gleaming suns warmth eternal comfort

Premium Member Red Lipstick

There’s red lipstick
When her legs, dressed in denim, float teasingly through the air, and her soft, gentle hands caress her daily life.
All we see is red lipstick
When she hides secrets behind a subtle, tough leather jacket and her beautifully dressed, warm face smiles.
That glorious red lipstick
Camouflages her deep, seeking blue eyes as she gazes into you and her tender words ignite your thoughts.
Her proud red lipstick
Makes her wicked, sharp laughter carry her irony and her innocent mind screams out curiosity
All the while her dark red lipstick is yelling at the world- see me!
There’s red lipstick.

The Valley

Dawn develops with snowflakes
It also commences with sunny glow
The peak stands with green bushes with some small fleece like folks.
Fleece folks with Liliputs owners grazing with passion.
There is an enormous terrain at the foothills of peak filled with some matchbox like houses.
The lake isn't usual as it is red under a blue sky.
The tulips and roses recite a story of their red colour.
The valley itself is a saga of wonder, beauty and dark reality.
Reality that camouflages behind the greeny bushes.
But tulips and roses are there to recite.

Dedicated to "Kashmir Valley" ( India).

~ Day and night have doors between different realities ~ quote by poet

  Children are an infinite
  source of wonder and w h i m s y
  R e v e r i e has the ability to let thoughts fly
a balance between illusion and reality

The time from the light goes out in the evening
  until morning dawns
  The darkness is experienced
  dramatic and frightening
The ceiling lamp transforms into an evil bat
Mysterious shadows behind the curtain come alive
Scary creatures, sharp teeth and magic
  Even under the covers
he caught quick glimpses of the monster
  The dangers of darkness
  defeats of trolls and dragons

  Between sleep and wakefulness a h a l l u c i n a t i o n
  A d r e a m can play tricks on us
  camouflages itself as a chameleon
  V i s u a l i z a t i o n may not have
  the words to express feelings
  but awakens the child's curiosity
  and challenges the i m a g i n a t i o n

When the sun hits the window pane in the morning
  (with eyes of fear)
... scary trolls, doubtful in daylight

Premium Member The Uncanny Stranger

The stranger is strange, pariah, leper sounds offbeat,
 Neither truculent, nor relevant, all destined to encounter the doomed relic;
The bizarre outlander, alien to stimulate the instant pulse-beats!
The uninvited hobnobber, one despises to welcome in routine frolic.
The stranger is unsolicited, the object of latent fear,
As strange may be the ways of the unbidden ones' intentional cares!
The stranger is unfaithful: weird to tranquility, comfort and cheer,
For the sceptical one, we become anxious by a mere fateful encounter!

The stanger lies in our conscience; in a distant land in paradoxical disguise.
Masquerade, the image generates an uncanny fear to sigh!
Sounds delinquent to subjugate the wires of prudent conscience!
Nonetheless, cogitates as usurper of peace; an ineffable parti pris.
Self-centred, they are loquacious, spell bound like con stars;
Babbles from the masks, camouflages as the epitomes of pretenders.
Unknown, unfamiliar, stirs alarms not to mingle, to be away, to be cautious.
In disguise, comes the alleged stanger to ruin ones' peace to shudder and shatter.

But the most alarming of all preconceived archetypes, are the strangers:
Who lingers on, as routine friends and well wishers,
On whom we doted on, are the real dear strangers,
Who by feigning friends, acted quisling, an obvious stranger!
'Hold!' sometimes left us dumbfounded with their insensible fickle deeds;
Even when the unknown stanger might spare and stand by us in awful needs!
When our intimate ones deny to wink at the distress;
While busy in spilling the beans, our woes go unnoticed by the feigned well-wishers.
Indeed! They are the untagged apparent strangers, fugitives in our trials.
Beware of those strangers, whom we adore as near and dear ones, 'bosom friends,'
the agnates and cognates, to entitle the crown, “an actual stranger" who elopes in tmes of miseries!

Heart of Gold

She camouflages her gold
vaulted in smiles
shrouded in humor
glimmers of hope suspended
her armor is made to shield
arrows of affection deflected

Amour was histories last dance
only a pirate of captains rank
would understand this ancient map
splintered shovel may be rusted
sea salt takes its toll
every pirate seeks a treasure
and sails the world to know
where such gems may be buried
alas when you find good fortune
put your feet to land
traverse fields of flowers
and give that gal your hand

Kiss her tenderness, buried beneath
lofty passions
after a heart so pure
treasures to beholden
love often interred far en deep

Nature and Human Juxtaposed

Deep in your peaceful mind,
confusion starts.

Like volcanic eruption.
Deep down the depths,
of the dark blue sea.

Your heart and soul collide.
In Conflict, Causing a rift.

Like the tectonic plates,
that collide and shift.

Disturbances are brewing inside yourself
Concealed by your demeanour.
Smile, that camouflages your despair.

Like the tsunsmi that originates,
below the unfathomable depths.
She cannot be seen or heard,
on the surface of the calm sea.

when all avenues you expend,
to solution find.
And hope narrows down.
You garner all your strength peacefully.

When the depths of ocean,
recedes close to land.
She gathers all her strength,
and sucks the sea along the shore.

You use all your vocal,
physical means to express.
The pain, your anguish,
and your hidden desire.
Exploding in a frenzy,
that Impacts humanity.

The tsunsmi she rises,
to great heights,
Rearing her mighty head.
Rushing to the shore,
Destroying all that's in her path.
Conquering land masses.
Changing the contours of the coast.
Causing loss of life.

Having vociferously convinced humanity,
Regarding your wishes and needs.
You have victoriously conquered,
those who opposed your plea.
Wisdom prevails ,You carry them with you.
Occasionally there could be casualties.

Having expended all her energy,
she receeds back to her rightful state.
Taking along the spoils of her fury.

Nature and humanity are entwined in a way.

Nature expresses her displeasure,
not because she is outraged.
Its only when the balance,
of nature is disturbed.
Her energies so expended,
creating natural calamities.

As for the human casualties?
It's humans who encroached,
Into natures way and space.

Human calamities are caused
by the imbalance of mind,
heart and soul.

Matter of intellectual bankruptcy.
The thinking mind remains static.
Does not evolve with the changing times.

Nature she does not have this gift.
She can only do what she does best.
Accumulate and expend,
energies in her natural state.

My Husband Your Bride

Like a ghost I flitter through the night
keeping to the shadows
abhorring the light
Tears... Unrelenting grief

The night camouflages and no one can see
the shadow of the person that once was me
The day lays me bare with nowhere to hide
Where the raw pain and your memory collide
Agony... Unrelenting grief

Gone is the treasure of our history
Evidenced in this lonely debris
Only silence now
reminisces with me
Anguish....Unrelenting grief

A penned art on vellum once tied in velvet ribbon
What lies beneath me now the conclusion is written
Droplets of amber have spilled upon this page
They pool in the dirt here upon your grave
Desolation...Unrelenting grief

Remembering the touch of our feet
Fingertips on my shoulder your breath on my cheek
Early mornings recounting your dreams
25 years How oh how am I supposed to breathe
Heartbreak...Unrelenting grief

You took with you the heart of me
My glory my purpose my identity
You disappeared without a trace
Hide and seek in an unfamiliar place
Incertitude...Unrelenting Grief

Can you hear them cry
Oh Daddy why
Gut wrenching wails
Swollen eyes fail
Empty...Unrelenting grief

Till death do us part
My husband your bride
You parted I perished
With your suicide
Irrecoverable... Unrelenting grief

The Tongue's Mystery

The tongue's mystery

The heart's backdoor of the laughing stock
In his furtive,serpentine tongue lodges
The tongue straightaway of the highbrow, brainiac
In his beating, locked up heart camouflages

Many a foot does stumble, vacillate and actually fall
Withstand against all the odds, above all
A lapsus does incapacitate and intention reveal
Prompts irreparable mischiefs elusive to heal

Legitimate ! A tongue isn't in itself a flinty bone
Yet could fragment relics doubtable to atone.
