God
bestows
great blessings…
plenteous, precious
overtaking* us
with heavenly treasures
while we hearken unto Him
and diligently do His will…
…ministering as faithful stewards,
…serving with joy, pleasing Him by faith’s might.

*Deuteronomy 28:2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the...

Premium Member Winter Bestows
First sight of fallen white virgin snow
Tats lace patterns on window panes
Grandma's breakfast stirs the house.
Wood burning flames chatter
In the old fireplace.
Festive winter

and the doughty willow
fades to grey
And how heaven bestows
whispers to her flock
but we turn ourselves
into vessels of hope...

The Fear Silence Bestows- Sos
In the stillness of the night I saw myself-
captured in quietude and sinister peace.
Suppressing all that hovers,
truth saved by ivory silk covers-
I long to feel the calm life used to give.

So, I tarry and stroll along shores of woe,
stacking sandbags against the river of
tears...

The Pain Death Bestows
There was less affection when we last parted,
I had a feeling you were broken hearted.
It had been a few years since your pain started,
I...
