Notes About The Poem

Winter Bestows

First sight of fallen white virgin snow
Tats lace patterns on window panes
Grandma's breakfast stirs the house.
Wood burning flames chatter
In the old fireplace.
Festive winter
Children take
In its
Lace.
Charm
World cloak
In loose flakes.
Tinsel snowman,
Red Birds rustle the
Winter evergreens, and
Denuded trees by the front
Open porch greeting passersby.
Sun melts deep, shadows seize a cold night.

Congratulations on your win. Don't put too much ginger or pepper or cumin. Make and keep, warm, strain and drink full day. For cold and cough basil leaves work wonders. Put cut leaves boil till water becomes half. Drink. You will be up and running soon. Hugs. Rama

Here is a link to exercise you can try. Along with this also do Anulom Vilom exercise. https://youtu.be/91FICPE0_jA. Try it. Take care,Rama Put some grated ginger in water boil strain and drink. Keep it mild. You can also add whole cumin seeds and pepper powder. They help in digestion and cure cold :) merry Christmas and Happy New year
