Cars are the wind on the streets
semi-truck wheels shriek thunder,
rain shatters against stone and brick walls
on dusty roads, oak trees fence with twigs—
wushu wooden clatters.

Dreadful arrays of dryads
azure and amethyst gossamer haze,
sleek, silken strikes gist an opera of wisteria,
as they sway to silver breeze's sibilant rustles.
They chant lullabies in lyrical lilts of hued iridescence,
of hearth and opals back to my scarlet nest.

Angelus silver trills, the sylphic sways of pure rays,
Coral rosary—incense strands of aurulent rimes
hum, endless hymns echo as choral evensong
alleluias softly peal out—doves with wet eyes
that drift upward on whispery—ethereal wings.

Ocean's plea emerges from apothic abyss,
a voice conveys the core of faxed shores and stars,
with earth and wind in a solemn tone.

A cosmic biography—in loud squeals and sighs
sea vernacular hinges on nature's lasting awe.
Breath goes to fog—snow melts into puddles—rain returns,
a china-white grave—encases the deceased deer,
before thawing in the morning—icy skin lies frozen.
An eerie distance holds my hand in a purifying blizzard.

"we woke up early one morn, ego shorn
it felt as though we were in form reborn
nodes within stirred, boundaries blurred
our head and heart, with love concurred"

When heavy clouds shroud the moon with lotus lies,
we walk through fiery flashes of illusion,
seeking blurred validation from starless skies,
whilst in uncertainty, hearts find seclusion.
Darkness unfurls crowned eagle feathers to rise,
letting ego flee through alchemist's vision,
surrender to serenity glazed with gold,
there's a sunset that slumbers in rain so cold.

Grace ebbs and flows through ripples of black and white,
listen to the sagas of echoing breeze.
In the abyss of your soul, is cosmic light,
and with faith intact, confined fears we shall freeze.
When doubts we cleanse through clear consciousness in sight,
keys to a meadow, mirroring inner trees,
Standing firm, unshakable midst storms of strife,
In zen we reap colors to the root of life.

But betwixt twisted tendrils, bud of peace weighs,
and It is from the demise of pride, zest thrives.
Transforming rusty browns to vermilion rays,
a prism of sparkling hope, through which mind survives.
Love is an essence served in jasmine arrays,
whilst with compassion embraced, contentment strives.
So let shackles of shallow shadows unchain,
behold the aura of pink roses to reign.

Premium Member Incandescence

Your incandescence drew me to your flame
Moth-like, I gravitated to your light
Then feigning nonchalance, I asked your name
The music of your voice set me to flight
And added several inches to my height
When you inquired of my name I saw stars
Stellar arrays beyond Venus or Mars
Puncturing through the thick shroud of the mask
I use to hide my stories and memoirs
My lady! All you had to do was ask!

Premium Member Joy of Christmas

Joy of Christmas tolls hooray, buoying elation of Santa’s sleigh
As celebrating the birth of almighty sacred church bells ring
Reverberating in melodic music ~ chiming, jingling merry way

Halls of happiness aptly display, glittering décor of golden inlay
Where in rhythms of pious hymns carolers gaily dance and sing
Joy of Christmas tolls hooray, buoying elation of Santa’s sleigh

Around tree’s ornamental arrays children sway, pry, and play
While echoing from heartbeats of glory pulses of prayers ding
Reverberating in melodic music ~ chiming, jingling merry way

Moonlit stars scintillate glaze of silent night’s cheerful-- yay!
Streaming themes of angelic euphony, praising heavenly king
Joy of Christmas tolls hooray, buoying elation of Santa’s sleigh

Boughs of green holly, donning red berries, venerate holy day
Conferring glee in blessings of divinity, as spiritual rhythms swing
Reverberating in melodic music ~ chiming, jingling merry way

Invoking eternity in wreaths of flowers devotees earnestly pray
As faithful cling to missives of peace the beloved angels bring
Joy of Christmas tolls hooray, buoying elation of Santa’s sleigh
Reverberating in melodic music ~ chiming, jingling merry way

Premium Member A Quiet Fury

A quiet fury gathered on Horizon’s distant side.
Its merciless intensity was destined to collide
with unsuspecting entities entombed beneath the ground
all huddled ‘neath a canopy, immune to earthly sound.

The timbered crown held steady 'till it met the tempest thrust.
Though some were felled by Heaven’s flogging, others stood the gust.
Malevolent gray shadows rolled and tumbled in the toil
as ominous dark nimbostratus stewed within the boil.

The sky peeled open wide releasing terrifying might
as spears of jagged lightning were unleashed upon the night.
A bolt was hurled from heaven and it found its mark below,
within the silent forest stood one massive tree aglow.

Barbs of lightning pierced its trunk and blew the shards of bark
into arrays of shrapnel as it ripped its limbs apart.
Then torrent rains began to pour upon its ravaged frame
to calm the rage sent from above, extinguishing the flame.

Those mighty winds have faded to a whisper once again,
the Sun returns its solace as it beams across the land.
The silent calm of morning is restored by breaking dawn.
For now the quiet fury from the Heavens has withdrawn.

When Winter comes, remember me
beside you on those ivory sands
If frozen fingers reach for thee,
arise and fling aside her hands

As you awake on shortening days,
when Winter comes, remember me
We'll pray that Frost forsake his grays
and set arrays of color free

Light snow may fall so subtly,
bright notes on parchment sheer as sleet,
when Winter comes. Remember me,
that I might play each shimmering sheet

Short interlope of Summer gone,
I'm owed no scope of reverie
but hope you will, from this day on,
when Winter comes, remember me....

Summer Snow Angels - Collaboration With Darren White

Spring rain, and I am flat on the lawn:
arms spread, laughing loud.
I create snow angels without snow,
daisies watch with undisguised surprise.

Like the day, I dream in wild red of
strawberries bursting on my tongue;
petal feathers, pure radiance:
sun in sprinklers reflected prismatic rainbow

rain shower painting chromatic arrays
sing the summer colors
painted winter's grey goodbye
fly to the heavens on sunshine rays

Premium Member Once I Was

Once I was a little girl, caught up in dreams
Coloring my world in hues of crimson blood
Flowing through my veins of glittering gold
Whispering feelings of mesmerizing insights
Into the inspirations created from my spirit

Once I was filled with brilliant tones of purple
Sighing with vivid arrays of soothing blue hope
Enchanting the warmth living within my heart
Reflecting soothing sincerity alive with serenity
Capturing my vision and revealing pieces of me

Once I was encouraged by the honesty I could see
Dancing, swaying softly, with a sense of empathy
Filling up the gentle embrace of a familiar place
Where I could see the satisfaction I believed to be
A part of me, the piece that imagines true reveries

Once I was delighted to be alive and free to exist
With shades of peaceful, misty frost, touching upon
Emerald and sapphire ridges and peaks where I knew
The difference between wisdom and knowledge, a walk
Through the combination of faith mingled with courage

Once I was growing stronger in my heart and soul
Discerning the changes that came about with miracles
That graced me with their amazing purity and creativity
Assurance that everything I could hope to be or believe
Would be wrapped up in shadows of promising fantasies

Once I was a fiery yearning breathing out truth and passion
Inspired by sensitivity and melancholy, rich sincerities
Murmuring touches of comfort through my depths
Portraying the essence of dedication and loyalty within
Lulling my anxieties to slumber and finally leave me

Once I was a little girl who only knew the meaning of hope
Through small instincts that left her with a passionate wish
For the moments filled with sincerity, acceptance and faith
The discerning of the spirit that would bring peace and grace
Feelings of security filled with a sure belief in God’s love for me

Tropical Blooms

A slice of sun rises over Oahu
like a pineapple ripened to yellow-gold;
an island paradise under drapes of blue
shining in morning mist on hibiscus, bold.

Behold the beauty of Hawaiian legend -
in tropical breezes, blooms sway, tilt and bend,
and hammocks of petals drenched in bright arrays
are made into splendor of welcoming leis.

Premium Member Wonders of the Universe

Far beyond the blue
High in a velvet jeweled sky
Lies the cosmos and universe
So far from human eye
Light years away.

The vastness of God's creation
Has captured man's fascination
Since the dawn of time.

Modern telescopes
Slowly unravel the mystery
Probing galaxies
Never observed before
As we stand at infinities door.

Arrays of stars and planets
Set against swirling pastel coloured gases
To take the breath away
The beauty of the universe
Fires man's imagination
With it's finery and array.

Dancing With the Stars

Mother Earth bearded with trees,
Blanketed with skin of sod,
Her stony organs composed
of caves, caverns and caches,
Banking precious minerals and gems.
Sustained by the Solar system surrounding her,
and nourished from relished rescources within.

Her ferocious fiery heart
Pumps high pressured molten blood
Through vast veins of ledge,
Bleeding it from mountain pores,
Crater wounds and fissures
on her ocean floors,
Causing salty Tsunami tears
to ripple across her cheeky shores.

Her face wrinkled with the majesty of mountains,
Dimpled with canyons and crevasse,
Stained with grasslands and Savannahs,
and spotted with veneer of velveteen moss.
Pimpled by hills leaking with raging rivers,
bathed in cascading waterfall showers,
and crystal blue water lakes.
Animated by nature,.. her soul, ..her DNA

She adorns her antiquity
with shocking arrays of multicolored wildflowers,
Delicious fruit, a vital ensemble of vegetables,
Herbs, artifacts of energy and natural wonders;
Creating an electrifying, atomic, atmosphere
to stage her exotic creatures and precious beings.

Adorned by a circling celestial priceless pearl,
An exquisite orb as ancient as She.
She, this blue planet,
Center of her spatial stage,
Unabashed, pirouetting, posing,
Tilting and lilting her charms,
to a universal audience of retreating astral beings.

She, spotlighted by an extravaganza of stellar luminaries.
She, Earth, so powerful, energized, extraordinary,
Mesmerizing, distinguished, mysterious,
Thought by many to be the godess,
Star of the Show...

And yet...
and yet ..she herself..
and All of nature..
has been ..
CREATED.

Premium Member Summer In the Meadow

Down in the meadow, bees are buzzing away
cows laze about, after feeding all day
Wildflowers attract butterflies, in pastel arrays
lapping up nectar, in the warm sunny rays

Down in the meadow, lambs frolic and play
ladybirds climb grass tufts, that gently sway
A farmer wipes his brow, whilst loading hay
midges swirl about, as young horses neigh

Down in the meadow, goldfinches come to lay
gobbling down thistle seeds, without delay
Baby spiders spin webs, in more than one way
none of them mind each other, so all’s ok

Down in the meadow, an old donkey brays
don’t think he’s cross, just dislikes his dray
The residents don’t care, what this ass says
all have things to do, and ignore me anyway

Color Surety

Canvas, calm, grinning. . .blank
Had words screamed, scarecrows trapped on the poles of their creators,
Had words formed psalms that barricaded the strongholds of the heart,
Divine despair would desperately take hold again,
Embellishing the muse
To smile, the impassive smile. . .confuse

Enraptured by your tail,
Coiling, boiling in the hot and hungry sun
The eyes, clouded, caught in a moment of inexorable suffering

Death glistening in the confirmation of tears and groans,
Shading the dialogue that never surfaces
Justice in pale focus. . .constant, still held in out-of-the-blue faith

Please,
Do not allow your perspectives to dull
Waiting so long, I deafened the cries
The very cries I so blindly expressed. . .
Words etching existences imagined

I want you to take the hand of uncertainty
For as I have, I forever feel the tremors that have given me shape
Those very hands create what you dream,
And not what you fear

Take that hand,
Squeeze it tightly
I promise you, once you touch. . .I will never let you go

For I love you,
Oh, unexplained hold. . .
Help me escape the newborn deaths of today
Teach me how to step over the carcasses of calamity
Where the innocent die to inspire the remaining
Learn how to lead me into the lights of your eyes

Please,
Give me your beautiful hand,
I will take you to places you will never understand
And it will be okay

Because where I go,
The scarecrows roam with the roaring ravens
Making music with the pulse of their wings
With the sharp click of their beaks

Where I go,
Psalms of serenity's back way make love with impending day,
Spinning despair into the golden hairs of suspended May

Where I go,
innocent flowers freely giggle arrays of life
And his tail whips mightily,
His black velvet purrs arousing breaths of caramel verisimilitude

Where we stay,
In the forever grip of the trust you and I made,
Justice is pure water,
Cool and refreshing. . .ever smiling

Please,
My love, please
Hold onto this world with me
Give me your needs that I need. . .
And I promise perspective will prosper
The canvas, one blank, filled with detailed destiny of Color Surety

In a Moment's Gaze

Transpiring for tranquility,
For that loving long embrace…
Once again, I look away from my existence
And meet your precious gaze
Of whom do we owe our lives, our hearts, our time?
To the one who has died, or the one that dies yet still, for you..?

I ignore the moments of pleasure so trivial in blinded eyes,
To focus my awareness of your bleeding cadence
I see the fury of jealousy riding on the outlines of your jaw
The tension in your frown, the pain in your still, genuine smile
Your face becomes soft in my presence, though from a distance,
You are terminally coarse
You are breaking, awakening by the frenzy of my love,
Crying so darkly for my mind to comprehend your doomed destiny

And in spurts of silver moments,
I do see you,
In all pools of blood and tears,
Mixing with all of the familiar hesitancies and fears

I am fighting now, to push away the useless light of the ignorant multitude
Parting from their detached arrays, into your sweet supple gaze
Where freely the tears fall upon my breast,
Tortuous, the pulse begs merciless against my chest

Your pupils enlarge, rivaling the world in my stare
Perspiring peace glistening in our blend
We realize in this union we owe each other nothing

For we have died together, loved freely, and lived
	To suffer again no more

Premium Member The Argument

The Argument has always been,
Who gets to decide what is right?
You think yourself a Sovereign?
Let's examine the Erudite!

"Man should make the sovereign choice,"
The Erudite Scholar will say,
"Unaided by an imagined Voice,
No Crutch to get in his way."

But, alas, the Erudite dies,
And, God's predictions come true,
And, truth that is mixed with lies
Will not solve man's deepest issues.

God's word was made to outlive all,
Yet Satan arrays against it.
He brings with him a captive thrall:
Deceived, depraved, unrepentant.

"Reason demands we must oppose.
We cannot accept His burden."
Truth is spewed into vomit flows
And the Devil's Puke is Chosen.

"Nothing is beyond man's power.
Ignore this god altogether.
There is no god, do not cower.
Our freedoms demand no tether."

"The Nations had better listen.
For My choices will always stand.
Jerusalem and Israel -
Will forever bear My brand.

I give you space, and I give you grace,
For repentance and salvation,
But, opposing Me to my face,
And, I give you ruination.

My rage will be unquenchable,
For Satan and the Nations,
My Messiah, insatiable,
Heaven's armies at their stations.

Once again I will validate,
My choices, My Messiah.
You know this because you have read,
The Book of Zechariah."
