Best Alarmed Poems

Falsely Alarmed

A simpleton mewls.
Streams of martyrdom
sate white porcelain.
Sins and suffering
hover like pumice.

Pruned fingertips
scratch metallic
drain passages
seeking escape.

Dread subsides
as bubbles
vanish and

whimpers
simply

laugh.

The Silent Storm, Dedication To Don'T Be Alarmed Vaughn Harper

A man being a vocal host
But he is a legend from coast to coast
The voice behind the “Quiet Storm”
A night to sit back and relax
Forget your day, this is a night to be not perplexed
Music to put you in the mood
A Full Moon night, but harmony and tone that would make you soothe
Vaughn Harper being silk and smooth
Mr. Harper’s voice could calm any storm
He was a Radio personality that will definitely be missed
But it was his captivation in memory being the twist
Mr. Harper was the voice that carried you through the night
Relax in the dark and turn off the lights
His voice was something of pure delight
But his tone that would excite
A smile having its own light that would shine bright
Mr. Harper’s name was written in the stars
But his souls is at rest
However, truly Heaven says it best
Your life has gone far
You are more than just Vaughn Harper referred to as are
Your talent being your reward
But’s a radio announcement stating, it’s was time to come home
Heaven responded, “you need to be with my singing Angels
Your voice will be full of praise
But your fans on Earth will remember in how you would amaze
The Quiet Storm signed off
From the air waves to his silent heart
Thank you for letting me enrich your homes
My voice being pleasure being your friend when you felt alone
As the Quiet Storm, I prepared you to maneuver through any storm
But I am under God’s care being an eternal norm
My tomorrow has arrived today
My flame burns with love astray
This is Vaughn Harper saying sleep tight and good night.

Alarmed

Don't you just love it when you set off an alarm,
Accidentally of course,
Which causes one no end of alarm,
With bleak thoughts of how your day will change course.

Of course,
On this particular day,
An unexpected force,
Came into play.
Which actually lessened my sense of alarm,
As one could only laugh at this new course,
That came into play.

I only rang the wrong customer,
To tell them the alarm had gone off,
And what with the noise of the alarm,
And with the customers,
Having similar names,
No wonder the code to turn the alarm off,
Did nothing to lessen our alarm,
With the customer telling us not to worry about cleaning today,
When for the second time we heard the alarm.

But before we left for to go on our merry way,
I realised I had called the wrong customer,
And all I could do was laugh,
At something that had almost blown our day off course,
But not my wife whose voice was turning coarse,
She could not even produce a single giggle this day,
As new names for me were invented, as a matter of course.

So after waiting for the alarm,
To run its course,
We got our cleaning done for the day,
Without being further alarmed.
But we were concerned of course,
That none of the neighbours, though armed,
With their own alarm,
Were in not in any way alarmed,
But I suppose we have to accept that today,
That is pa for the course.

Alarmed

Ding
The dryer just went off
I swear the timer just said 10 more minutes
Time to put my happy face on
And leave for work

Don’t forget to brush your gums
With fluoride issued toothpaste and
Wipe your butt with bleached trees
Made in some Chinese factory

Time to exit your box shaped cage
Made from plaster and trees
Open the door of your dinosaur recycler
and

Ding, Ding, Ding
The car screams with the door open
Your already at work

I swear that drive was at least 20 minutes
But just as you open the door of the office factory
Your boss dressed in a black latex suite
Walks out with a wip and a latte

and he slaps your ass
And you smile and thank him
With your happy face on

Ding
Oh
Won’t you look at that
Is it lunch already?
I swear I had

Ding
Oh Dang
What a day
Time to stop pushing paper made from trees
And start getting ready for my trip home

Into my gas guzzler I go
Seat Belt made in China on
Happyface can come off
And the day can begin
I can’t wait to get home and stretch my toes and

Ding Dong
Pizza guys here

I forgot cash, how am I supposed to tip the pizza guy?

Ding Dong
One second
You yell
Ding

Dong in your hand
Your jacking off to some chick who’s body is
Shaped like an hourglass
By some guy with a massive cock
And you just wish your little rooster crowed like his did
But her Butt looks like a tomato and oh
OH

A slice of pizza drips onto the floor
DAMN
That sure felt

Ding.. Ding.. Ding..
It’s your 5:30 am alarm
You wake up, pants half down
Pizza sauce on your forehead
Dick smells like cheese

You throw your cum stained shirt into the washer
While you get yourself some coffee beans made in Argentina
and

Ding
Time for the dryer
As you sip on your black coffee
In the shower

Ding
The dryer just went off
I swear the timer just said 10 more minutes
Time to put my happy face on
And leave for work

Alarmed

Living with no purpose or
direction.
Like drones making others
happy.
Stay in line, don't act out.
Don't get sappy.

Don't get out of line with me
boy.
Just do what you're told.
Dollar by dollar.
I will not be sold.
So don't get out of line boy.
I do what I'm told.
Money in your pocket.
I will not be sold.

It's alarming that no one
speaks up.
Punished for protest.
My mind is under tyranny.
I mustn't resist.
Puppets on a string.
Living for infinite.
How can I complain?
You'll have to get rid of me.

Don'T Hunt Me With Words

Don't hunt me with words
for the selfish reason of mine
I want to listen to the voice of memories
before I disinter the broken vows
In case You don't see me, don't be alarmed
I'm lost in world upside down
Let me download the world to fit in
before I'm dead deep into the grave
counting and sorting riches for others.

Life of a soldier

It was the eleventh hour of the midnight, He stood single on the border line,
Drones and missiles moved like light, The whole warzone was seen by lightning shine, He heard the sound of tank and gun fight, Alas , there was no amicable solution or sign.
His walkie -talkie alarmed continuously, The bomb's noise forced him to be alert,
He stood on the same spot for a month lonely,
Loneliness and darkness produced him hurt, Cruel war affected the individual bluntly, Noise and lightning drove the earth into dirt.
Life of a soldier was as equal to the hell, No one was ready to quench his thirst, His neck was ached by the machine gun well, Tactical boots wore by him make to feel the worst, Every second was ready to give him death farewell, His sacrifice and valour should be exposed first.

Alarmed By Bodily Harm

Alarmed By Bodily Harm

What most many women may really alarm,
Are the fears they all have  of bodily harm;
Uneasy feeling,
Looking at ceiling;
Trump had influenced them with his charm.

Things No More

There are things no more that to be are ceasing,
While I grow older and days continue increasing;
Am worn out,
With no doubt;
A new day with much life wish I could be leasing.

Don't be alarmed

I don't want your love
when lust is all i really need
to fill this void.

Inside of me
my heart beats but
its longing for something
more.

Theres a broken doll,
with broken needs, and
she's beging to be close
as close as a friend
I'll still pretend that
it's you I'm choking

so don't, don't be alarmed,
don't make a sound
when you find me feeding

Cause I don't have the time
to try to explain why your
heart keeps breaking
so, let's just pretend
 that we can be friends
and that I'm not out here dying
for the things you believe
your hearts on my sleeve
I'm just out here dying

So don't be alarmed,
don't make a sound
 I'm just out here dying
