when a man loves a woman
is how the song goes
it's the start of an equation
how I will hopefully show
man is factor x
yet a man in love is x1
a child in his thoughts
brings it up to c4? a son
the missing link
in this saga is w2
so off he goes to a dance
hoping that W2 will find him too
so what have we got
let's lay it out on the floor
we have x1 + w2 -c4
sure you know the score.
something his missing
this equation doesn't add up
guess it's factor y
let's take a look
X1+W2 (Y} = C4
the missing factor you can see
is Y which stands for !ove,
hope you agree

'Kimmy's Bliss?' Find yours too (on the yellow brick road)!
'Courage' leads to adventure, 'Brain' lightens your load!
But real 'Heart' is the answer we're all looking for,
She's a 'Wizard of Ah's,' (1) you will come to adore!

Most reviewers just rave, and complaints, hardly there,
Personality plus makes it hard to compare,
She's not in it for tips; so your smile's her reward,
"Kimmy's Bliss" is one place where it's hard to be bored.

'Kimmy's Bliss' "Boss" is Brian, HEAD poet-at-large,
But the NECK's truly Kimmy; he should call her 'Sarge!'
Though he 'gives her the business,' still her's is the art,
He just dreams that his poems will play a small part!

You're name's "Miss Apprehension,' and these days who's not?
Life on Mars might be better, but no astronaut,
Put your worries aside, 'Kimmy's Bliss' give the keys,
And you'll find that 'hair problems' will all bend their knees!

'Clementine' (2) (we hear) wore 'herring boxes' as shoes,
Could it be, hair expense was the cause of her blues?
Ruby lips, bouncing curls, kept the boys looking up,
'Kimmy's Bliss,' decent shoes, might have saved, buttercup!

Now if you're one who's hassled by "little blue man,"
Count on 'Kimmy's Bliss' poet to do what he can,
Write a godawful poem for daunting effect,
Should a very tall building (3) and you not connect!

Is the Easter Egg Bunny the one you pray to,
When you're planning dream date, need a smashing hairdo?
Easter Egg 'Kimmy's Bliss' hides is sheer hair delight,
Please don't blame her if you get to party all night!

Poet's Notes:
My goodness, writing these poetic little four line advertisements is fun! See 'Kimmy's Bliss 1' for the first seven adds!
(1) A reference to the famous movie 'The Wizard of Oz.'
(2) A reference to a famous American folk song 'Oh My Darling Clementine!'
(3) A reference to a goofy pop song from the 60's. 'Kimmy's Bliss' always recommends non-violent solutions!
Billy the penguin went to the dentist
because he didn't take care of his teeth,
All brown and yellow like a fungal growth on your feet!
Billy was always snappy and chatty,
he loved to interrupt,
Now he felt punished after years of making
the tooth fairy bankrupt.
Inside the waiting room the tick tock
of the clock got louder and louder,
Each passing second was a pitiful reminder
that Billy was going to face a life without gnashers
And oh how he loved his mother's rashers.
He sobbed.
The dentist called his name.
With each mortal footstep an imprint of shame and pain
ohhhhh Billy had no one else to blame.
One falsely accusing grandmother,
One misunderstanding brother.
One tear upon the cheek,
One heart that is very weak.
One life that was sad from the start,
One pair of lovers torn apart.
One very chastising world,
And one very sad, lonely girl.
Taking it all away
Drowning in a contact list
Burrowing in a zone of friends
Never felt so alone within a crowd
Never heard my conscious
Screaming so loud
Burning guilt spews like a broken fountain
I live in a lie I have made the truth
Where sheer emptiness fills me
Where darkness lightens me
Into complete numb
I will never feel the same
We will never mend just the way you want
Nothing adds up to your delight
I will never have the courage
I feel the ache take its toll
And like I have known it all along
The pain of truth always remains
I can hide. . . I can claim sane
I could lie . . . and say it will always be the same
Nothing adds up
I am positively stuck
But somehow I learn not to care
Like the lie living in truth,
My cares lie deeply folded beneath
It lingers and hates itself
Nothing truly adds up
Except the pain of truth

By all means
I know what
This comprises
Of
Simple advances
Complex thoughts
And one big
Nothing
Sort it out by
Making lists
Hoping it helps
To showcase
The missed
Simple words
Complex emotions
And one big
Nothing
By all means
Why don't you
Just say what
You mean
Clearly and loudly
So my heart can
See all that is not
And all that will
Not be
Simple looks
Complex actions
And one big
Nothing
Braising traumatic brain injury pain
easily distracted by too many ads
the sheer notion of being creative
is having a creative space to write
sincerely fight flight beyond plight
don't be sucked in
by the metaphor of one person's war effort
in love's battlefield
desperate for change of social sciences
when stress adds up our minds the first to give
I set the stage for you to elaborate it
take the show of crucifying yourself away
to save me from myself
turn around so i can see that smile
and then we shake hands
to never betray one another with a kiss
struggling knowledge shows
right for right wrong for wrong things
clear vision needs there
everyone deserves
positive in all the ways
negative feeds back
struggling at least adds
to one's self experience
opens the next door on.....
