Sir Edmund Clerihew Bentley
passed away, so he sent me.
He wrote of gumshoe detectives,
and eschewed dumb invectives.

As a tribute to Sir Edmund Clerihew Bentley
I now write this unique form- consequently

Premium MemberBentley Get Off the Ground

Bentley, get off the ground!
I smiled because I am shopping child-free.
In charge of no one except myself.

Where he'd undo a charm bracelet, throw it all around
He'd say his name so loudly then he'd make a giggling sound

She got another cockatiel,a smaller one than Bentley
"Pretty boy Bentley"he'd yell out and look at
