From the darkness
of our broken hearts
beams light
from the crevices
giving us hope
for a second chance
A Single Beam of Light
A lighthouse marks the entrance to the harbor
casting the gales, a wicked smile
with its brilliant ember warning.
It's beacon peers out
enthralled, piercing the darkness.
Briny waves with pounding shouts
toys upon the ship's defenses.
It sees the ships near.
Let go of distracted fear.
Seek refuge on a single beam.
You don't need to go any farther.

If the stars never sleep without their twinkle
Like a man whose dream is a real delight
Does the sun often glow because it is fickle
Like a woman telling her man to fly a kite
While the clouds block sunrays from being seen
I can never really help but see a hidden light
That opens my mind and makes it keen
When the moon is out and shining bright
If only I could find a woman who glows
Without a mention of my bad habits or faults
Then I may see a beam of light that flows
Then I may finally beam with true delight
Beam of light, I am
Searing through the galaxies-
Infinite, hotness.
A beam of light passed through my eyes
And showed to me a world disguised
So near,yet far,we do not see,
Unless by gift of grace redeemed.
That world is full of peace and calm
Its colors mingle,like a balm.
In such a moment all thought dies,
Revealing Love which underlies.
Colors caress my naked eyes.
Sunlight blesses new designs.
I stand enthralled,and do not wish
For one delight,other than this.
My breath slows down, and filled with joy,
I rove my eyes with bliss to toy.
Everything is just itself.
This is now my living wealth.
Beneath the noise of city traffic,
This mellow joy,love soporific,
This depth and peace, is always near
