ADD ONE WISH

Christmas and the holiday season is a time to look back
and…while at our life and our memories we gaze…
to relish our family…our peace, our love, our happiness…
to be astonished and amazed.

As we look out on the faces of children and adults
and hear holiday music in the air…
we like to think in our little world…at least

Magenta Agenda

I try and try to read long poems
But then I find if it carries on
I daydream or lose focus
A.D.D. does hocus-pocus

I try and try to stick to a plan
But find myself wondering and
Traveling roads less than ideal
Who’s to know if it’s worth thrill

I try and try to use my muse
But in time I become her

Guitars and Add Lilacs

Whence didst craft stopped the Winds of War,
and bring forth peace, forevermore.
Exact it is a slumber hence,
awaken sorts some recompense,
weary minds do not ask for more.

Sub base, Washington, in Bangor,
breaths a sigh scares I, what they store.
A misty boy loss -- skilless, thence.

   Blossoms line my laden descent 
down to the perked watering hole 
that plays empty theater, 
awaiting my creative path, 
a royal welcome -
represented by accumed variety and presumed clarity, 
of intentional therapy of renewed sensable youth.

I'll come with poetry

Some of my poems are truly inane.
Screeching, preaching, a run away train..
Impulsive poetry is to blame.
It's just my style. I'll sign my name.
It's never racist.
It doesn't seek to defame and
none of my musings would ever proclaim,
to "make America great again".
Poetry soup is a haven, a safe space.
It's certainly not a Presidential race..

My mind can be like a red bird free
flying from thought to thought
suddenly a new subject enters
And ideas fly like splinters of old wood
carved by imagination into new shapes
new faces new subjects new loves new doves
never occurred to me to use this in poetry
but I try and well this is the end result

Zero

 Added to born,
born to add,
added to live,
live to die.
What is life?
Life is zero to start with,
adding numbers for years
to be always resting
until the resault is zero.
What is life?
We start being a zero
and as a zero we finish.

5 pounds of ground pork shoulder
1/2 cup of ground pork shoulder skin
3/4 pounds of chicken livers cooked and chopped
1/4 cup of white whine
1 cup of pigfeet broth
3 cups of cooked rice

Colours Add Colours To Life

A splash of colours on a plain white sheet,
I add life to the paper, That's what I see.
I mix those colours and derive brand new ones,
Sometimes they seem absolutely anonymous,
But I still love the shades, the perfect blending they furnish,
They highlight the place wherever they reach.
They turn a paper into a masterpiece
They turn every desolate

little buck would have been more formidable without the head gear
where do you suppose he found that? the guests asked each other
he’s a lodge favorite, the proprietor replied. We have a relationship
