Zany it truly is, Sam. I'm happy to see you used Zydeco, a dance native to my part of the country. We have a bad rep for voodoo, but I guess that's not as bad as living in a Zombie zone. Congratulations on Mile 21.

Wow....This is altogether zazzy.....! I am sure you have done so much of research. In my my extensive dictionary also, I cannot find so many words starting with 'z'. Indeed I feel like zooming, swiveling and swirling through the Zodiac or am I am in a zombie zone. However I feel unsteady and going zig zag slipping out of the orbit. Sam your humor sense also is projected high along with your scholarship. Congratulations on your win and proud to be sharing the podium with you.

My Dearest Rhyme Time friend your lovely message just zips through my heart like zazzy zorillas in zoot suits and sparkles like zircons with joy! It is "zo" joyful and an undeniable honor to share the podium with you! As a friend used to say "Zounds!" I had more fun than is allowed writing this "z-illy" poem. I had to look up numerous terms and read them twice: I like many verses, but this one is my favorite: As zany zoo zonks out to zanza Zzz's. Hi Mala! My inner child thanks you! I really had a ball looking up all these "z" words then putting them into a story - of sorts. They seem to write themselves a story after a good swift kick from my muse! With your love of children I know you could create something wonderful, whimsical and totally delightful! Thank you! As I was writing this piece I wondered to myself why I had chosen "Z!" But in the end it was so much fun to investigate those weird "z" words. Wondering if I should include a glossary, i.e. a zoster is a girdle. Anyway -hoping your are warm and cozy. Blessings!
