Value of a Word

I am thoroughly convinced that the value of a word has less to do with meaning and more about refrain -- sort of like, if it ain’t worth repeating...it should not have been said in the first place -- not that any word is entirely worthless, for even the air of a hollow, is a breath of life for something -- sort of like, the shell of a conch is an imaginative child’s Nautilus, where all of Verne’s Fantastic Journeys began, in the heart of a restless dreamer….

Hi Jay; I agree. Thank you. What we say, or what we don't say, could have said for a chance missed -- sort of like the spaces between our words, how long they take, the labored breaths noticed speak silent volumes.

No word is worthless. Communication on the simplest level can understand "no" or "yes" or "marvelous" or "pity". Choose words wisely and life expands. POTW indeed, :o)

Jules was one of my favorite writers. His imagination was endless his adventurous spirit boundless, what he wrote about did not exist. So many of these wonders, actually became to fruition many years after he described them in his books. What a visionary. I have a feeling you are a restless dreamer too Joe. Well done.
