True Friends
It's a wonderful thing to have a friend
Although good friends are fairly rare,
In one's lifetime they'll come and go
A good friend is one you cannot spare,
True friends never forsake you,
Standing with you come what may
Always knowing the right thing to say,
Instinctively knowing just what to do
Offering help though you never ask,
More than willing to come to your aid
They will never put on a phony mask
I believe true friendship will never fade.
