To Hear a Choir

To be in the presence of a choir In any given church Are listening on the radio As one begins to sing that Might grab your attention This could be good or bad Sing like your in the shower Like it's only you around At times some might stand out In another time they might blend in But in this moment they all Have nothing on there mind But praising in one harmony and accord This is when the angels are heard When all voices are in unity Some might throw up there hands While others cry and feel like shouting For when all come together It's an amazing spiritual presence Releasing all worries and cares of this life When God is directing our path This does not have to stop after the song For this presence of God will keep you rejoicing It does not matter if the pastor doesn't Preach your favorite verse today It does not require everyone to welcome you Are if someone came in late And took your seat while you were singing You will show love that they made it Give them a smile and hug and say glad to see you Then it will not be limited to being at church This joy , peace , humility and love Will conquer anything you will face To take this love to a lost world It takes God to reign in us to fight this wicked world We are all bad and none are good When God tries to clean you up Listen to within you not the outside noise When you can see all as brothers and sisters Mother's and father's in this day It's a special time We will not like the sinful nature in many But they have time and need someone To help them see there is something greater For if they can't see something different Within you living it's all in vain For we were all born blind in darkness And only through God will the light reveal And pull one out of darkness Love you all
