The winds of time settling in one's own mind,
Clarity of the past will dissipate,
In the winds that blow you may be inclined,
To find yourself standing there with your fate.
Like the pollen in a flower, waiting,
For life without yearning would be shallow,
On thin ice we all find ourselves skating,
We must treasure every moment, hallow.
Soft bells will chime, a peaceful melody
Serenity inside, accept a life
Imperfect, yet with highs, with love, you see?
It's how we are, all we can do is strive
And washing over you are waves of calm
The peace you find inside a soothing balm
