Listen to poem:
Voice: Sara Ella The road ahead is winding, And curving, never straight. From far, light shines the way, And I’m forever finding, The distance that I made, Will not lead me astray. The voice of truth is calling Inside my chest, it beats A fast and steady drum. And when I’m almost falling, When everything defeats, It whispers, a soft hum. I want to reach that tree ahead, And hug it’s truthful trunk, And rest my aching neck. And everything ever said, In truthfulness has sunk. And finally, I am back. And beauty is not what I see, But I found inside of me, That everything I want can be. *** January 17, 2017 © Darren White

It all begins with believing in yourself, the journey is so much smoother when that happens. Really nicely expressed Darren
