The View

Today I climbed to the top of the mountain. I rested there, and looked out over my life. I didn’t expect the path to be so hard, I thought There would be places to rest along the way. It does us to good to look sometimes and get a new perspective on where we have been so that we can get a new perspective on where we can go from here. Keep writing. Sara

Oh, Barbara, I do hope you find more joys than tears in the years ahead. I'll be sending an email to you shortly. Very compelling poem; it speaks to everyone as those twists, turns and successes are part of all lives. You have a very sweet soul, dear. Love, Carolyn
