Oooh, I love this :) We have no ice to melt where I live, but I so remember from where we use to live, after a cold snowy long winter, the joy of when the snow and ice melted. What a wonderful Haiku! <3 Hope your day is sunny, beautiful and blessed Debra <3 ~BJ

Hi! BJ, I enjoyed your comment. It was a warm and sunny day outside today. We were out cleaning up the yard from the last ice storm, which broke a lot of limbs off of the trees. I can't wait until spring. The daffodils are peeking up through the mulch, so it won't be much longer. Have a good evening. Blessings ~ Debra

I like this one. I can't imagine how people survive the snow and ice for the long winter, but people do. We just have to try to survive the summers here in the south. Your visit to my page was encouraging. Sara

Hi Sara, Thanks for your comment. I enjoy reading your poems. You are lucky to live where there is no snow. It was a beautiful day today in the high 60's. It won't be much longer until spring. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Blessings ~ Debra
