Snow was falling gently, as I walked in the pristine park; oh, it was so silent, I could hear the flakes whispering; I was just so peaceful- I soon reached the busy street. And saw an old lady, trying to push a shopping cart; and she needed me, so I pushed her cart to the store; it was a random thing- she seemed delighted for the help. One day I saw a man, begging in front of a subway; I asked him what he needed, he said, he wanted to get lunch; I gave him five dollars- oh, it was just a random act. When I journey downtown, I bring a big pocket of change; for we have homeless souls, so many that will hold out a hand; what's a few coins to us- I give out coins in kindness. Random acts of kindness, are so easy for each to do; they can be little things, each kindness will be rewarded; ten-fold it will come back- so if you see a need, do it! ________________________ January 30, 2017 Poetry/Verse/Random Kindness Copyright Protected, ID 17-871-235-0 All Rights Reserved. Nice one BW. A mentor of mine often told me "If you have the capacity to see a need then you have the ability to fill it."

You would like my son Constance, he always brings his leftover dinners from restaurants home & on the way give them to the street people. Thanks so much for the entry! Light & Love

Some people are cynical about giving a little money to down and outers. But who knows what little spark it may light in them. Lovely poetry from you as usual.
