Rain and Earth are my favorite too. You have sketched a beautiful scene full of aroma of first rain, which often brings in with them, the memories and the pleasing scent of a loving beauty. Beautiful write and congratulations on your win. With best wishes and love ....Ravindra...Kashinath K

Kash, finally getting around to THIS winners' list. Congrats on the HM. I was rereading it and thinking, the LAST one, the haiku, it is VERY much to the true haiku form. YOu did great. LUv, Andrea

thanks for the heads up, Kash. I studied her rules but I don't recall seeing where she said about entering the first line. There are so many things we can mistake doing. That writing was totally personification and I don't know if anyone is going to understand all my metaphors! I'm feeling sad because I can't do many comments again. bye now, andrea
