Quiver
Lift my soul to the farthest height
and let it fall into your eyes
so you may protect my love
like a precious jewel, that glitters and glows
on the landscape of your heart
let it be a guiding light in your darkest needs
feel my heart quiver
from your kiss of warmest rapture
feel its scented petals drifting on the wind of dreams
where two cross the sacred stream of love
beneath soft flickering glows of star-lit skies
and find the moonlight splayed upon our silhouette
in a welcomed understanding of quiet wonder and beauty
as we travel through the tender tethered region of love
