Our Eternal Love

Your smile came my way, Just the same as yesterday. Hope, as a rainbow in the sky, Tells me our Love will never die. Still your whisper in my ear, Says my truelove is very near. And that twinkle in your eye, Gives the answer to my why. With this note, my love I send, Our love will last until the end. Surely, 'twill be an eternity, For love could never end twixt you and me.

Indeed I am. I did marry a woman 7 years younger than myself...70 & 77 next week, Feb 10th. We both are extremely aware of how few of our friends still have their spouse with them (in the flesh). True love must be a force of nature not just chemical reactions, if it could be replicated or replaced, I’m sure a pill would exist, not just them big blue enforcers lol, excellent poem Bill very deep, cheers David

I think it is too deep a thing to be said in Truth by me. It is something that flows through me, that is more than me. As are all abstract things, a force or unexplainable experience. No, not possible. IMHO True love is the Love of God flowing through one person into another person. It's hard to explain, but to me it's: I God you, since God is Love. Therefore, I'm really saying I want for you, what God intended for you. Getting long winded. Smiles and Blessing, Bill
