Winds breath color
Through the air, promising
Hope, trembling with
Sincerity, laughing like the
Dreams who whisper
Through the silence, erasing
Even quiet with His music
Gentling the soul, the spirit
With a sense of the kindness
The softness of light
Penetrating the darkness
Grace beyond words, stirring
Joy that knows only to dance
With the song of compassion
Tuned to His mystery,
The glory that brings a tear
Amazing hearts who forever
Need to know He is here, so near
Abiding in the wind, the music
For souls who can feel Him
With trembling, passion, inspiration
Alive in the one who believes
Without Him, there would be only
Darkness, dread, despair –
Without Him, His song, His love
There would be no hope, no faith
No joy or grace – only fears and tears
Where, because He lives – there
Are songs, music, to console and cheer
Throughout forever, through all the years
His music is the wonder
That brings peace its significance,
Joy its implications,
Love its importance – because of Him
There is hope for eternity
Forever, in His presence, with
The promise of music that requires
No instruments – only the angels
Praising through the heavens,
Where we can know Him fully –
The One who brings real music,
Music that abides in the spirit
Music that breathes praise and blessing
Music that reminds us – He’s our heart’s
Very best blessing…
With music, we praise the One
Who created us to give back – to Him
The same One who created – is
The only music my heart hopes to hum,
Music so alive even the spirit joins in….
To sing Him a song created by His love!
