Oh, BW, how this touched me. My pet is a little blind dog, and I have the remembrances of our walks and plays together. With her blindness came lethargy and lack of interest. She finds her way around, but I weep inside for her as we both age.

A pet will always be a friend, a part of the family. Gripping write; thank you for sharing!
