~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The world aspires toward reflection. Words are the oblique mirrors that hold our thoughts. We gaze into these word-mirrors and catch glimpses of meaning, belonging, and shelter. Behind their beautiful, bright surfaces is the dark and the silence. Words are like the god, Janus; they face outward and inward at once."
language, more than just words,
a tool for expressing what’s inside
for sharing the beauty, darkness, and depths of our souls
for letting our various emotions take a ride
language, more than just communication,
a bridge that connects us all
a way to share our human experience
and breaking down walls that make us small
language, let us choose our words with care,
make them a reflection of who we are
language is a gift to be treasured
a beacon lighting up the darkest soul, making it aware
