It Was One of Those Mornings
After a late night out I awoke
To rings and knocking on the door
Reeling, I dragged my feet down the stairs
Prepared rude welcome with a roar!
Blinded by the bright light I made out
My youngest sibling, brother Mitch,
Waving our joint pools list which we’d played
He cried: “We did it!! We are rich!!”
