Thank you, Ann, and you are right. It's a wonderful Jewish tradition, esp. the part about my wife kicking my derriere. lol Blessings and Bounty, Gershon

I would love to be at a Jewish Sabbath on a Friday afternoon, have been to a Jewish wedding in fact two, our Jewish friends we med and made on holiday, invited us to their daughters wedding, but they were immigrating to Australia 6 weeks later. Glad you are safe and sound as well as is your poem! But perhaps she would have done right, if you were wrong, she sounds like a very normal wife! Hugs, blessings, Jennifer.

Thank you, Valsa. I hope I don't come off too heavy-handed, and that these kind of writes really do come off as informative (and never prescriptive)! Thanks again, gw
