Sonnet, ( Lost Love In Sweetly Welcomed Dreams)
Note- We exist as, our past , our present and our future. Some may look forward and rarely look back. Others live for the here and now. While other still look back and cry, rejoice, marvel at, feel regret for and even treasure life's memories.
I look back often, more so to see again the good(precious memories) but never to ignore the bad--as those oft deep and hot fires are what made me as much as did the right path I occasional sauntered onto in my wild youth. ...

In Night Dreams, We Go On, Forever True A time, a star shining from distant view romantic dancing, all summer with you. A clinging, like moss on a strong oak tree golden paradise, our time being free. In night dreams, we go on, forever true our world was romance and loving was new. Under bright moonlit stars you sing again my only one, my lover, my close friend. A place, enchanted by your dazzling eyes sunny rays, beach sands under blue skies. Pray I, wondrous dreaming shall never end blessings our past love will forever send! Your beauty seared into feverish mind O' that true romance, love the deepest kind! Robert J. Thank you my friend. I do so dearly love to write sonnets. My wildness in my youth gives me much to write about.

There is always that "one that got away". And, what a lovely tribute to that "one". Bitter-sweet....

Ahh, my friend- you saw the bitter-sweet in this piece and perhaps understand that such are often treasured times that gives one cause to look back and contemplate life and its mysteries.

Thank you my friend. Very pleased that you enjoyed reading this one.. I have been fortunate in my life, to have survived the many storms that came from my wild ways. Fortunate too, that I met so many wonderful women, although I was too stupid to settle down to just one-- until now.

Such a beautiful memory to hold. Your note at the first was very encouraging - the bad times did truly contribute to what we are today. Everything you write is lovely to me.

Thank you my friend. I often write about my past life, past dreams, past loves and this world and its mysteries. Seems I have written most of my life..
