Immerse Thyself In Wisdom

Wisdom, how can I know thee? Through the pulse of my sensitivity. Fully encompass me in thy glory. Reveal to me your whole story. Hold nothing back in thy revealing, That my soul may know thy healing. Let all my senses be employed. Let your completeness be enjoyed. May my eyes thy beauty see. As the flower of truth unfolds for me. Allow my ears all sounds to hear. Through sounds of silence make thyself clear Fill my nostrils with thy smell, That I may enjoy every minute detail. Let all your texture in me thrive, Enhancing each moment that I’m alive. And with my mouth allow each flavor, To linger as each taste, I savor. Last but not least, may you always be near. For life would seem senseless if you were not here.

Wisdom is a gift bestowed on us by God ! It is much higher than intelligence ! One rich in wisdom will be a complete human being with nothing lacking in him. This is an earnest prayer to God to soak you in wisdom. May God grant your prayer. Great sonnet dear Bill

Thank you, Valsa, your words of wisdom are an encouragement to me. To have the gift of discernment, to be able to know the voice of God and the voice of the deceiver is a blessing I've always desired. I'm good at be loyal and faithful to that which I know to be the voice of God, but sometimes struggle with the lack of sureness in my ability to know what is false. I just want to be a conduit of Love to my fellowmen and women. That is my greatest joy, to experience God loving others through me. No doubt you are referring to Godly wisdom, since the wisdom of this world amounts to foolishness. Proverbs chapter 2, the introductory verses are outstanding in this regard. Great poem Bill
